Well the front desk was just not UNDERSTANDING very rude! I reserved a room due to driving we took longer than expected and then lost the room and paid an EXTRA 70$ for three nights to get in earlier. The toilet didn't flush properly the laundry room was messed up the dryer was not in serviceā¦the pool was not able to be used either and the fridge stopped working the second day we were there and some roaches as well! Unfortunately we had no choice To just keep spending money To move to another hotel so my family and I made it work! Thanks again for having a roof over our heads for the three nights but WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! Or ANY DAYS INN ON THAT NOTE

This site is a complete scam. They lure you in because it looks like you are on the hotel's site, and once you "complete" your booking you will realize that you've been charged nearly 50% or more over the room rate and it is non-refundable, and you've been completely ripped off! Save yourself the headache and book directly with the hotel, do not use this site that will rob you.

Unless you stay 3 nights there is no room cleaning even if you request it. Sign posted says you can request it however it doesn't do any good. I requested room cleaning after 1st night and barely got towel service. 2nd day I again requested room cleaning and was told no problem arrived back at 730pm guess what room had not been touched and there was a tip in the room for the maid but no tip now. Also there were ants in the room two nights in a row. Hot tub was not any warmer than a room bath Water. Customer service was customer no service and did not do anything to resolve my issue other than a I so sorry, BS... I will never stay at anything owned by a Stoney creek franchise ever again.

We booked The Sandwich Inn and Suites, Sandwich Ma thru Guest Reservations/Priceline in September 2023 for June 21-23 2024. We paid in full at time of booking $680.25 We arrived at The Sandwich Inn and Suites on June 21, we were told that our reservation was canceled. We NEVER received a cancelation notice and Sandwich Inn blamed it on Guest Reservations/Priceline. The manager at Sandwich Inn refused to show us or print for us the cancelation notice, she was extremely rude. We left with no where else to stay, our weekend was ruined. We contacted Guest Reservations/Priceline who said they never canceled us, they reached out to Sandwich Inn. The Sandwich Inn refused to cooperate. Guest Reservations told us they could not refund our money because the cancelation happened on the last day WE NEVER CANCELED! We asked to see copies of the cancelation notice from Sandwich Inn to Guest Reservations and from Guest Reservations to us. We never received them because they do not exist. We are reporting fraud. I would never book anything thru Guest Reservations/Priceline or The Sandwich Inn and Suites Absolutely horrible experience! I am not good on computer so unable to upload the reservation but I hope this still gets sent thru

I came back from Chiang Rai and decided to stay at Wyndham Garden since I'm a Wyndham member. The hotel look nice and clean. On the website, it stated that they services their shuttles. When I asked the female staff at the help desk, she told me there's no shuttles. I asked for a map and information, she told me no. The help desk staffs are no help. They are not friendly. They just stand there chit chatting. They get annoyed when I asked for information. I will not stay at this hotel again. Their services are a disappointment.

We are in from NY and paid for early check in. Room was not ready. Further more we are now approaching the 6 hour mark waiting for a room we have already paid for. We are here right now. Do not pay for buffet! Supposed to be open 6-10. Got here at 8:30 and they're completely out of eggs, sausage, fruit, juice, milk, and regular coffee. Only food available is dry cereal, decaf coffee, and toast. This is not worth $14.95! No drinks available for kids, even water. No staff around to speak to. Don't waste your money!

Do not book with this website. It is a massive financial risk. They will charge you more than the hotel will and not refund any of your money. I had put in for one night then called them to add 1 additional night in the room I had already booked. Instead, they booked an additional room for 2 nights. Giving me a total of two rooms; one for 1 night and one for 2 nights. I'm still in the process of disputing the charge and am very frustrated and highly displeased with the result. When I called back they stated they were having technical difficulties and to call back in 2 mins. When I called back in two minutes, they said I needed to wait 1 hour before calling back. Worst reservation experience I've ever had. I will never use them again.

Booked through Priceline so there wasn't many options for us but the cleanliness of the hotel was questionable. The vomit smell in the first floor hallway was overwhelming; however the room smelled clean, so we thought. Was so exhausted, we showered and went to bed. Woke up at 6am to the gross pillows, what's seemed to be mold. Asked the front desk person for new pillows due to mold being on the pillows and she advised that housekeeping would be there about 9:30am. Housekeeping arrives and sprinkles white powder down the hall, okay carpet freshener. This was extremely overwhelming, even people outside complaining. Finally housekeeping is near our room, I advise again about the pillows and he offers a one night refund, until I advise that I booked through Priceline.

My elderly mother was looking to go on a trip and relax for awhile. She looked up where she wanted to go, and clicks on the ad at the top. She fills out all her details and books it. Then finds she has been charged a nearly $300 service fee that was not shown in the price summary, only in the conformation email. So I came to help her call customer service only 24 minutes after making the booking and asked to make a cancellation. Only just before the person we were speaking to went to cancel the booking I asked "We will be refunded for this won't we". No. Apparently " You agreed to the Terms & Conditions we will not refund you". I talked to 4 different people about the fact that that charge had only been shown on the email, before they offered us a $71 dollar discount, I then spoke to another few people before the Discount was increased to $104. I just gave up. We still haven't been given the refund and are not sure if we will. Who knows where they are going to leak my mother's credit credit card details. This is a scam website do not book with this "company".

We were advised if we called the morning of check in we would almost be guaranteed an adjoing room, which is what we needed due to some medical issues. We did this and were told they had it reserved and all was good. We get there and they did not have this done and could not accommodate. They acted like we had not spoken to them. We confirmed by phone number we did call the premises and finally a young man admitted he had spoken with us. We ended up not getting the adjoining rooms. My daughters room smelled like smoke in the bathroom and mine smelled like sewer. You could litterally smell the sewer smell outside the hall door. Took my grandson to pool and there was debris EVERYWHERE! The spa was freezing water. The room, other than the horrible smell, was clean which was appreciated. We will be traveling alot to Atlanta for medical reasons and will try to avoid this place.

DO NOT BOOK THIS SITE.This website is very deceiving. I booked a stay in bayfronthotel cebu. Their website was listed as bayfronthotelcebu.guestreservation. So i thought i was in the actual hotel website. The overnight price listed was 2.6k pesos. Then when i booked it it became 3.9k. And if u dont click a certain arrow it wont disclose everything including the taxes. Then u also cant cancel it. So please do yourself a favour dont get scammed.

We stayed3 days in Coon rapids. Country inn suites. The curtains were dirty. For being newly remodeled. The plug behind the stand didn't work so no lamp. Tried a new bulb no luck an then a different lamp. No go. The floor was dirty In spots not moped good. Spilt coffee by fridge. Toilet paper dispenser s were dirty. Taping mud all over. Thought it wood be better for the price they charge. Won't be going back there. Either will our friends that traveled with us.

We had reservations at the Seahorse, but between a VERY rude manager and dirty bedding, when we told management they told us to come get our money back and leave, So we found this other place, the siletz beachfront and I have to say I am so glad we did. The price was the same as the other and they offer so much more, clean beds, great view from the balcony, free breakfast, was good, we love waffles, we had a good stay here and the staff we spoke with were friendly. I recommend 100%.
As for the Seahorse I would give them -10 plus. Bad bad place don't stay here.
