Guest reservations lied about only one room left ( l rang hotel) and advertised "994 baht" per night for three nights, ( 2,982 baht). But, after booking charged me "5,458.24 baht"…. L wrote a email for explanation, but, no email was forthcoming…. I cancelled the booking, but they still try and charge my credit card… l will not pay or use guest reservations again.

Our stay was fine and very accessible to the park but their management is full of $#*! and very dishonest. I forget my purse( Valentino) on our last day and I called the front desk right away once I realized I forgot it in the room and the guys said the housekeeper just turned it in. I told the front desk that I'm willing to pay for the shipment as long as I get my purse back. I was advised to file a report in ilostmystuff website. I talked to several people everyday but nobody seems to know what's going on there's no transparency at all. Left messages to have their manager Ron to call me didn't get even one. Whoever got my item you are a loser and a thief! I hope you enjoy using a stolen bag and may you burn in hell. Never again.

There was a pair of women underwear on the ground, Hot air conditioning so they save money, dirty dishes at breakfast, lots of flys at breakfast, small beds, and lots of dirt in the bathtub. This place deserve this rating I hope you think and read this review before staying here.

Staff are overworked. Front desk staff functions as check in clerk & shuttle driver leaving no one available during their run. My room had a stale odor. Torn and filthy curtains.
Radisson should be ashamed of this place! Breakfast was sub-par. You must reserve maid service to clean your room. They do not change the linen. Pool area never cleaned my entire 7 nite stay. Cannot stream on Smart TV. Computers were inoperable. Close down and rehab this facility.

Made reservation expecting room to be $134 and credit card was charged $198 which was in really small print at bottom of page. Beware of small print! " The balance of the charge is a fee we, the hotel supplier and/or the website you booked on, retain as part of the compensation" that info was in the email confirmation.

I booked my room with them and when we reached, the receptionist mentioned that she gave the rooms to all walkin, which doesn't make any sense.
After talking to her manager, she mentioned that she will give us a suite but need to pay extra which didnt make any sense either as it was their fault. We had no choice at this point as it was late and stayed calm.
The staff was rude and to argued on how they gave the rooms to walkins even after prior bookings, secondly she gave us the room that had a weird smell. It felt like it was damp, and we got rashes after staying in the room.
And that's not it, so we left next day thinking that deposit would eventually come back as it was advised by receptionist. However it's been 4 days and when we called them to confirm, they mentioned that we have to drive back in order to get the money back.
Plus the manager called us and started yelling that why we gave them bad ratings.
This is obnoxious, I don't understand how these people think that they would be able to receive a better rating after all of this.
Plus they want us to visit the hotel back in order to get our deposit back is like 4 hours drive.

Poor maintenance. I was allocated to room 207, the toilet flush was broken, I made the staff at reception aware the night before who said they will inform maintainence today morning however nothing was done or repaired when i returned back to the hotel later today evening. I called member staff unfortunately despite their help they were unable to offer me an alternative room and told me to use public washroom that is available near reception. My point is I paid all this money for a inadequate service and then be told to use a public washroom two days in a row, i have booked a three night stay and been a customer for the last three month. Now I want a refund or some type of compensation as this is unethical to force a customer to stay in a room under the health and safety regulations with a toilet that does not flush and has remenece traces. I will report this and take it further with the DHSC as a health care professional this is unacceptable.

I am very disappointed with this company…I went on line to book a hotel and they never sent me a confirmation number and I tried calling and they referred me to the hotel and they said no reservations were made…also what started as 140 a night turned into almost 200.00…the hotel was 149 for the room with taxes…this is a scam

The room was dirty the bathroom door missing staples coming through the rug shower door missing and the manager just put a rug to cover the staples and said that was good I checked out early and the manager said he would approve the refund through the third party and they called and he denied everything it's a good thing I took pictures but still no refund after complaint the place hasn't been taken care of properly and should be reviewed because it's definitely not a 4 star hotel and you definitely don't get your money's worth here! Very sad that Priceline had the ratings so high because after staying there I wouldn't even giving it a star.

I saw they charged me extra then I agreed to and after I spoke to two very rude customer service people where one was making fun of me and the other hung up on me I called the hotel I meant to book and they stated there was no reservation made for me. Then they proceeded to ask for my confirmation number when I said it started with a R they were very confused. Then I realized while calling the customer service there was one button for confirmation starting in R and then all other number were a different button. I don't know what kind of scam this is but it is ridiculous.

The rooms are really small
The coffin did not rest
Parking is really expensive.
And there is no access to the lobby or the rooms from the parking lot, there are two different elevators to go up to the room, the cleanliness was really fine but other than that the room was not nice!
And I mentioned that I am coming with two girls and therefore I need a room with two beds, even the suite is really small and not worth the money at all!

My husband and I stayed at the Microtel Wyndham Suites in Gulf Shores, AL. The only thing that I can say positively is that the bed was very comfortable! However, everything in the room from the tacky mirrors over the bed, to the dated furniture and carpet, and especially the fixtures in the bathroom were in sad need of an upgrade. Besides being old, the bathtub drained very slowly and the hallway floors were not properly cleaned. It was definitely a disappointment for the amount of money that we spent! From the picture on the website, we expected that a weekend stay in a suite for $700 would be money well spent, but we were HIGHLY disappointed and dissatisfied with our room. It will never happen to us again!

Not very accommodating at all. Hotels.com I've used in other countries and in the US for years. Came today and they didn't ever receive my booking. Even after talking to customer service the hotel wouldn't accommodate my stay. They up charged the room for the one night was equal to my whole stay with this hotel. Even with proof of booking and hotels.com resent it. They admitted their system was having errors. The hotel room was bad. For 200+ a night. We expected a cleaner room and had a joint door. Neighbor tried to open it and you could hear everything. Very disappointed in this stay. The best thing about this one night stay because we will move to another hotel is the check out service.

DO NOT stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Loveland, CO. We were visiting for a softball tournament and my 13 year old daughter developed a rash during our stay. My Dad checked the bed to see if it could be something on the bed and while doing so found a black pouch. He opened it to then find a crack pipe. He then decide to check his bed and found a vape. It was brought to the the staffs attention and I was told the manager would contact me in the morning. After allowing several hours to pass, I then visited the lobby to speak to the manager. She tried all she could to avoid speaking to me in person to discuss the situation. Once she finally did she stated that her staff was her priority and that I needed to wait. I ended up contacting the property manager who also didn't seem to think it was an issue nor acknowledged the severity of the situation. It is apparent that the hotel is not cleaning their rooms properly and risking the health and wellbeing of their customers. Especially my 13 year old daughter who was exposed to this! But as the property manager (Kelly Hunter) stated, "it was simply paraphernalia and we did enjoy our stay and enjoyed their breakfast and other hotel amenities."

I have stayed at this property a few times over the past several years and have always been treated fairly. Recently I booked a room through booking dot com and I was allowed free cancellation by a certain date. My travel plans changed two days after and I had to cancel. Before posted date they still charged me $90 usd of a $270 usd reservation. I requested 3 times for the property to reconsider with NO response. In the world of business it's important to have other businesses we can rely on and this property has failed me. I will no longer stay at the Crowne Plaza in Ningbo China. Enjoy my $90 usd.

Staff was very nice but rooms are not kept up as we were told they are remolding - the first room we were in was filthy. They did move us - with a very positive and apologetic attitude. Beds were very hard in the second room and there were no blankets or comforter for the pull out couch.
The gal doing the breakfast room was incredible rude and felt all the guests were a bother.
It was definitely not worth the $142.00 that we were charged for 1 night. If it wasn't for staff being pleasant at the front desk we would've left.

Stay away from these people. They are bad. They have an illegitimate license to steal. They have very slick looking websites that make you feel that you're dealing directly with the hotel. But, you are not. Do yourself a favor and book directly with the hotel. They often have full refund policies.
