This is THE worst food delivery service I have ever experienced 95% of my orders were either wrong or missing parts of it. I deleted the app several times but always went back to give them another chance, but yesterday I just snapped. I ordered a spaghetti dinner, pint of sauce and meatballs from my favorite restaurant as I've done many times. I even left a note for the driver to double check to make sure my order was complete. Firstly, I had requested that a text be sent to me that my order had been delivered. No text. So I go to the front door and there it is. I pick it up and I knew instantly that something was wrong because it was too light. The pint of sauce was missing. I call the driver but he won't pick up. Shocker. So I call Grubhub. Long story short the driver (JOHN) lied, stating that everything was there when he dropped it off. I live about three miles away from the restaurant and they would not make him go back and get my sauce. They basically called me a liar and that the only thing they could do was credit me the $3.99 for the sauce. I didn't want a credit; I wanted the damn sauce. They (CASSANDRA) put me on hold for at least 15-20 minutes but they wouldn't help me; but I was promised a supervisor would call me within 24-48 hours, like that's gonna help. They don't make their employees responsible for their mistakes and they're going to lose customers as well as restaurants they're working with. Worthless company.
Grub hub is terrible! Not only are their drivers terrible but their customer service representatives are terrible and not helpful. We have three different customer service representatives help us through the issue of not receiving our food and all of them hung up if we did not respond within 30 seconds of their sent message. One representative offered to only give us 10% off our next order to replace not getting our food. The driver texted us saying he delivered our food and our food was no where to be found and not even in front of any of our neighbors homes. We texted him back asking where our food was and he didn't answer. Called the company and they called him and he didn't answer. Before all this chaos we had 2 orders that they cancelled at the time of delivery. If I could give a worse rating then one it would be well deserving for this company because it is just terrible. I have since took my business to door dash and I have never had these issues. So if you want to see your food then stay away from grub hub. They should go out of business with whatever kind of scam they are running.
Late! Cold food and bag was stapled by restaurant cause I could see the staple holes but no staples. Bread had chunk missing from it. The driver was named Gift. More like a gift from hell!
Terrible! Over priced! Ordered our food for 5:00 delivery. At 5:35 I called The restaurant And they said it was never received. You suck! If I could give you a zero, I would. Deleted App... see ya
Every time I have ordered from grubhub I have had to wait at least two hours for my food to be delivered. This is unacceptable and I will no longer be using grubhub.
Didn't recieve half the food in my order. Gave me a refund but never really gave it to me. Keep messaging them because I refuse to pay for food I didn't get and they keep giving me the runaround. Very frustrated at this point. They are basically stealing money from their consumers
Honestly the worst of the food delivery apps. Took money out of my account without even giving an option for payment. Would have liked to use a gift card but instead took money from my account with permission. Talked to customer service and told me there was nothing they could do and the order was already completed. Awful! Also - my food was delivered and the app didn't even notify me. Cold food!
My order came to $61.58 My receipt show the same but they charged my card $73.90 where did that extra charge come from i asked them no one knows anything please do not use grubhub
If I could put 0 stars I would! 2nd time using them today and the 2nd time they messed up on delivery first time the delivery never happened the driver told the office they couldn't find us and left it in their backseat instead of calling to get directions. The second time my order was delivered to the wrong address and left on a doorstep somewhere in the rain. I have never had a delivery service have a problem delivering to my address. I will never use grubhub again and I would suggest to people to find some place else to use. If your delivery drivers don't know where they are it's very simple to call the customer and make sure you have the correct place. This company is very arrogant and customer service is scripted for sure. Dont bother using this company!
I received an e-mail 5 hours before scheduled delivery time my order had been canceled, due to no driver available. 2nd time I have tried Grubhub, even after 1st order was missing more than one item. Now I understand all the consistent bad reviews, stay away!
The driver was late due to a change in drivers. Don't know why? The food was cold. The order wasn't exactly filled. The driver Jonathan was nice and the food showed up. So I wouldn't say the service is bad but I would say that it has lots of room for improvements. Thank you for trying
I order food at 10:45 i get a call the driver is on his way and here it is 12:30 and no driver yet. Now i understand that everything is slow pace now but let customer know so they can expect that. I was hunger and mad at the same time.
Grubhub is horrible. I wish there was a way to give 0 Stars. We ordered our meal from KFC at 7:13 p.m. on Mother's Day. The confirmation email said it would be delivered at 8:19 p.m. then we got another email that said it would be delivered at 8:24 p.m. at 8:50 p.m. I called KFC to find out that it had not even been picked up yet. I called GrubHub and after three people finally got a manager to talk to me about my order. He said that the driver had picked it up at 8:52 p.m. at which I told him about the other emails. Then I thought to have him hold and I called the manager KFC by this time it's 9:15 p.m. and she confirmed that the driver had not picked it up yet. At this point there is nothing that the GrubHub manager could say or do he obviously has drivers that cannot be counted on and drivers that lie. Now after reading the other reviews I understand why GrubHub has two stars. I will never use them again and neither should you. On the upside the manager Kentucky Fried Chicken made sure that we had a hot meal for the family and did not charge us for it
I have never ordered through Grubhub, because I wasn't confident in the fact that they could provide the service they promise. Today, I finally did and my intuition was correct. I ordered at 5:10PM and the estimated delivery time was 5:50PM, but then updated to 7:50PM. This was the first and now the last time I will use them. I called the if-you-have-any-questions number and was on hold for 10 minutes. They apologized, but then said they couldn't do anything for me, so I cancelled my order. I also included a tip for the driver, but when I paid online, the tip amount had magically gone from $2 to $5 (yes, I know that's cheap, sorry). So, from the time I ordered to the time of delivery, 2hrs 40min would have elapsed? My family is staring at me going, "What the hell, dad?" and I have no answer for them. This is a joke. How do they expect to stay in business? Please don't use them; there are many other delivery companies to use as an alternative.
This app needs to be shut down. Cant get anything right with the companies they are partnered with. Hours are wrong, nothing linked to the actual business. Called the restaurant, and they told me everything on GrubHub about them is 100% wrong. DO NOT do business with anyone who has GrubHub as their delivery app.
I cant even cancel my order on their app. I am on hold (for 30 minutes now) waiting to get my order cancelled, because GrubHub is a joke.
I am forced to order limited menu. Over priced delivery. Grub hub tells me resturant is closed it is open this so called service is horrible and should be forced out of business.
These people charge so much but absolutely no costumer service. Keeps pushing back the delivery time. Almost 2 hours later, the order still in the same spot. Just dont waste your time
Answer: I travel for a living and have experienced the lousy service that is Grub Hub. From Philadelphia PA to Shreveport LA and multiple other cities THIS SERVICE SUCKS. There's nothing good to say about it.
Answer: Both. But he is not alone, unfortunately. He only got exposed. Millions others are working in politically intolerant places. We have to change that.
Answer: Yes, it is normal. Original delivery times are almost never met. No drivers, Lost Drivers, Poorly trained or untrained drivers.
Answer: LOL... no kidding right! How can places take 2 hours to get food to you and not necessarily at a peak time. Good luck! Hope you were able to cancel it, but wonder if it showed up in the mean time. For this reason I no longer use a card but pay cash when I get the food. Hope you've managed to eat something by now.

Answer: Answer: Grub Hub does suck big time. No real answer. If you like cold food, delivered late and an "oh well" customer service attitude, Grub Hub is the company you should use.
Answer: They just don't care. Company motto must be "customer comes last". They simply trying to salvage whatever market share they can before they get bought out by a superior service that actually cares about customers.
Answer: Nothing. By this inaction I would say to quit using this bad business. Go with UberEats or maybe try getting your own food.
