Where my food!

I have used grub hub at least 7 times. In out of that 7 times I've only received my order 4 times. Most of the time my order is wrong items are left out. Tonight I thought I'd give them one more chance my orders didn't go through to Burger King and they canceled it without my knowledge. This information was not transmitted to me until an hour later.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Both orders within the last 10 days, I have not received my order. Drivers are too stupid to read the name on the receipt provided by the restaurant and deliver the correct order. Is there not any vetting of drivers, or do they just hire anyone that applies? No one attempts to make it right. I didn't want my money refunded, I wanted my food! I ordered for a specific time, as I have to eat at a specific time due to phone calls, conference calls & webinars that I must participate in. If I don't get my food at the time promised, I can't eat! I will never use Grubhub again.

Bad Experience

My bf and I both wanted ice cream tonight. I ordered from DoorDash from a local place because I'm lactose intolerant and they have dairy-free ice cream. My bf, on the other hand, order from Grub Hub, from Cold Stone. We both ordered at 7:30. Mine came around 8pm from DoorDash. But for his, he got a notification at 9pm saying his order got cancelled because they're closed and the driver. Never showed up? Definitely not using this again for food delivery.

This company is aweful! I've tried them 3 times and All 3 times we have waited 3+ hours just for our order to be suddenly cancelled! Unacceptable! No one has time for that assanine crap! Will NEVER USE AGAIN! Would NEVER REFER THEM!

Rip-Off.

Ordered Dunkin Donuts. Order came out to 28$. They never told me The food wasnt available. So after the delivery was done. I recived no food. Uppon trying to get a refund. They gave me 8 dollars. 8 DOLLARS. They made me pay 20$ for TWO DRINKS!

We ordered food over an hour ago and got curious when it didn't arrive. Decided to call GrubHub back and discovered that the order had been moved to be delivered tomorrow. Seriously? Why and when were we going to be informed?

I was ordering tacos for my pregnant wife from taco-bell while I was away from business She had a long day at work and I wanted To surprise her and after an hour wait time I was restless but nonetheless the tacos should have been there in time for my wife to enjoy a guilt free, relaxing dinner. They were late and I was continuously tracking. After the driver picked up my party pack of tacos after 45 minutes for what should have been a ten minute drive the tacos were marked delivered. I called my wife excited for her surprised reaction only to say she was empty handed. After numerous calls I was unable to get anywhere on locating my wife's tacos. I called grub hub only to be put on a bot. After awhile of fighting I finally got a representative only to say they don't know what happened. Grub hub needs to take more responsibility, it's more than people just ordering food because they don't want to drive and get it. My pregnant wife went to bed without eating dinner because I told her to wait. Absolute disgrace

I place an order at 5:55 Pm with an expected delivery time of 7:45 -7:55. At 7:50Pm I get text saying my order will be delayed and the delivery time changed to 8:10 to 8:15. At 8:16 I get a text from driver saying my order has been cancelled. Reason was the business was not open. Now don't you think they could have found out sooner then 2 hours and 15 minutes after the order was placed. I get another message saying I will receive fulll refund within 7 to 10 business days. This is wrong on so many levels!

HORRIBLE! I wish I could give it zero stars. I purchased a digital gift card as a meal for a family that just lost their little girl. Grub Hub didn't send the card! Spent all morning with the family on hold with Grub hub trying to figure it out. Was transferred several times only to be told that even though I had the receipt order number and verified all my info as the person who purchased the card they "couldn't" give me the card number so I could give it to the family! Absolutely ridiculous! When I called their customer service (I called card support before) and asked to file a complaint they transferred me back to the same "supervisor" who was of no help before. ZERO respect or sympathy for the situation. I will never use this so called service again.

So i decided to order taco bell at 8:30 for me and my roommates tonight normal study night with some good food and happy me. Taco bell recommended GrubHub for delivery... They said my order would come at 910, then it didn't so i called them and they said it would come at 940, it didn't so i called them and they said it would come at 1010. It $#*!ing didn't and they called me another like 20mins later and told me my order has been cancelled. Then I get another text saying my order is on the way so I wait. NEARLY 2 HOURS LATER OF TELLING ME FOUR TIMES IT WOULD COME IN 10 MINS BOTH SOURCES CANCELLED MY ORDER. They told me the driver, apparently 2 drivers, waited at taco bell for 40min for my food. Like seriously wtff? Never in my life have i had to wait that long for fast food and why tell me FOUR TIMES my food is coming when u don't have it. I was SNOWING OUTSIDE and I was standing there on the side of the street expecting food to come any moment for 2 HOURS IN TOTAL. They told me they would refund me and give me 15% off my next order, well guess what? THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER. THEY STOLE MY MONEY, CONSTANTY LIED, AND LEFT ME STANDING IN THE COLD FOR 2 HRS EXPECTING FOOD ANY MOMENT JUST TO GET NOTHING

I've been using grubhub for about a year. I would say over 50% of the time they cancel the order. About 90% of the time the order is delayed for anywhere up to an hour. They are really really bad. The thing is they will delay the order 2-3 times, then cancel it. So yo wait 2 hrs. Then learn there is no food coming.
I don't know how they assign drivers or estimated delivery times but it is horribly inaccurate.
Maybe its better in the city but in the rural area we live in it stinks.
And what is up with the 6.99 fee plus some other random fee. If they are going to charge that much they could at least be decent.
Don't try them if you have another option.

Ordered a meal for my family because we have a newborn here. Everything is going fine and then the driver texts me fifteen minutes before my food is set to arrive to say that the restaurant "doesn't want to participate with grub hub anymore." I ask if I can just pick up my order, they say the restaurant wouldn't even process it. I contact GH customer service, and I'm told I'll get the refund. That's fine, but the bare minimum. Now I have starving kids and have to reorder my food and it won't arrive for an hour. I ask the agent about a credit or a discount and I'm told that isn't something they do. Horrible service all around.

I have made the mistake of ordering from Grub Hub more than once trying to give them the opportunity to improve each time I've found myself disappointed. It is nothing but mistake after mistake and excuses after excuse. This time the driver marked my food delivered as she was still in another town. Grub Hub reaches out to me for a survey thinking the food was delivered and when they found out it wasn't instantly offered me a refund that I have to wait 5 days for and didn't bother doing anything with the order or replacing the food. DO NOT ORDER from GRUB HUB. Great concept horribly run business and customer service!

Worst Ever

I've ordered from a restaurant and said my food would be ready by $11:45a. Placed my order 2 hours before hand since I knew i would be ordering a lot of food for my employees. Got a text from them saying it would be late and would arrive at 12:05p. Nothing. The restaurant ended calling me and letting me know that they were looking for the driver and had no idea where she went. I called Grubhub and they couldn't get in touch with the driver. Spoke to the manager and she apologize and said she would give me a 50% refund (which I checked and only refunded me the tax) and some kind of promo which I told no because I would never order thru them again. I paid almost $200 for food that showed up and hour after. Should of known better because we have Grubhub at work and always a problem. Will be looking for something else for sure

I literally tried to use this service for the first time and had to cancel my first order because my order kept getting pushed back and no one contacted me to tell me and I had to do the chat with someone just to find something out and then she ended our conversation without even finishing what I was trying to figure out with my refund so I had to call. I will NEVER use this $#*!ty service again! The least they could do is let me know that no one was going to be getting my order so I could cancel earlier instead it's not 1045 at night and I'm going to pick up dinner because this service doesn't know anything about customer service.

I ordered food at 1:30 in the afternoon. The delivery time kept changing and the drive had no idea what he was going. I watched the driver on the map and he kept going in circles in the wrong direction. I sent a message to chat and the assistant did nothing! Then all of a sudden after closing the chat my entire order was cancelled with no warning after waiting for it for over 45 min. Absolutely unacceptable service on all counts.
