Tonight I placed an order with DQ and I got told one thing. They need to make sure that there is going to be enough work to do the order that the customer is placed. They also told me that it was sent out.
I ordered food from two different locations. Once was cancelled last minute. Second time it was delayed & items were never delivered. Driver submitted a picture on what it looked like it was a sidewalk in the middle of Mordor. There's no rating system on their drivers for a reason. They refunded me the whole amount, nonetheless the company's culture & commitment to bring quality service reflects on the professionalism & dedication from their drivers. I'm cancelling my membership with them.
Every single order. Late, driver can't find my house, doesn't follow instructions to find my house and uses inaccurate map. Shouldn't have a service fee if you have to tip
The driver. Many drivers are careless and have no work ethic. On rare occasions the people that deliver the food deserve a tip.

THEY DO EVERYTHING BY EMAIL, NO ONE RESPONDS, WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY ARE NO HELP, AFTER I CANCELLED THEM, 3 MONTHS LATER THEY SNEAK BACK AND CHARGE ME
NOW THEY CLAIM THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME AND MY BACK SAYS IT'S THE SAME MERCHANT ID AS BEFORE, WATCH YOU BANK STATEMENTS, BESIDES THEY CHARGE YOU MORE THAN RESTAURANT I RESEARCHED IT, A RIP OFF PLAN AND SIMPLE WHICH IS WHY I CANCELLED IN THE FIRST PLACE, ON ARTISTS, I HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD TO AVOID FUTURE CHARGES, I WILL BE POSTING THIS ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA I CAN
I used Grubhub three times. Each time I provide detailed directions to my home. All three times, they delivered my food to homes in a development a mile away from mine. To make matters worse, they tortured me by providing pictures of my food waiting at the door of my neighbor's house while I was starving. I never have this problem with any other delivery services. I won't have it again with Grubhub. It will be a cold day in Hades before I ever use Grubhub again. Hello, Uber Eats!
I want to know how to close my Grubhub account. I used it once, and it was a fiasco. I waited a time and decided to try again only to have Grubhub cancel the order with no valid reason. I worked all day in the cold. I'm hungry, and now I'm pissed. I searched the site, and there's no phone number to call and no place to delete my account. I've had it with ya, Grubhub. You're done. I want the account closed.
Driver cancelled my order after already arriving at the coffee shop with no reason. My coffee didn't arrive to me for at least 25 minutes after it was prepared. This makes my normal coffee that is delish watered down and awful tasting. When I contacted customer service they offered me a $5 credit to use on my next order. On a $20 order they refused to cancel the order or issue a refund because the business had already accepted the order! Got my coffee finally and it is warm on the bottom and tastes awfully watered down.
In my experience the time ti takes to get my food is usually not ideal. Once it finally arrives it is cold.
Long story short don't use this app. The service is horrible and they don't care. I made an order for my handicap kid. I requested that it get placed between my doors for an easy grab as it's freezing outside. The driver left it on the steps with no notice at all. Very unprofessional. I used the chat feature and the rep told me he can't do anything about it. I paid $10 in fees as the order was small with tip. That's how I got treated. The only reason why I used them is it's the only app this store uses-NEVER AGAIN.
So they said they'd deliver within an hour. 4 hours and 5 drivers (if you can believe the website), and they just cancelled the order. I will NEVER use GrubHub again.
I ordered days in advance for a big party today at work thru grubhub, to get popeyes. Well it said the driver picked up the food and was on their way. 5 mins before they were supposed to deliver, I got a notification that my order was canceled! I called popeyes and the manager said she just picked up my order.i then called grubhub customer service and she said according to her records my order was canceled with a full refund. Ok that's great but what happened to all that food for 20 people. She told me the order wasn't picked up from popeyes! WHAT?! So some shady crap just happened and that driver has $140 of free food! The customer lady just said sorry and that's it!
I placed an order for my elderly father. I placed the order at 12:25 and was given a delivery time of1:15-1:49. Then it was changed to 2:15. An hour later,they won't give you a refund. Who wants to eat cold food. My father has medication that he needs to eat and take the medication. I don't want no credit that expires in 30 days. I won't my money back. I will be disputing with my bank and file a complaint. This is unprofessional and unacceptable!
- incompetent company ---they suck on service. Twice in a row they cancelled the order said the restaurant never received the order but I received a email saying they did. The bad thing is, the food was going to my 88 year old Mother, I live in a different State and order her dinner one day Grubhub said sorry here is 7 bucks for the mistake. Ok second day I ordered her lunch, 5 mintues before the order was to be delivered, they called said sorry order was cancelled. Here's another $7 bucks for the mistake. They gave no reason why. There service sucks. Never use them again. The bad thing is I contacted the nursing home both days and told them to hold her meal I was having it delivered, both days I had to call them back and tell them sorry GrubHub screwed up again, please make her meal so she can eat.
I received a GrubHub gift card and tried to use it as part of an order. Completed extra payment with ApplePay who charged my bank. Then App said error call the restaurant. I did, they called GrubHub and they said there must be a glitch. Didn't resolve it. I did an online chat - no help, then asked for manager - still no help. They said they would "review it" and get back to me. Never heard from them. Use Door Dash - and never use GrubHub.
The worst company to deal with. Food neve delivered on time. Customer service reps have no control over their drivers
Food was almost an hour late and then it was delivered to my back door, live in the woods and it's pitch black out but my front door has a light. They went on a dirt road that runs along my property so, they had to climb thru the woods to get to my back porch. Needless to say, my food had not one hint of warmth. I couldn't eat it. I called Grubhub and all they would say is, we'll give you a five dollar credit (my bill was $32.00). I told them to keep their credit because I would never use Grubhub again. I'm still mad and I'm still hungry!
I go hours without an order, even on a busy weekend night. And they drop your orders somehow. Their system is rigged and not worth it. I've done so many delivery services like door dash, etc. but this has been the worst.
I have had no other issues with delivery companies, but GrubHub is perhaps one of the worst. Most drivers there are probably working as a means to pay off bills or a second job, as I don't see why anyone would want to willingly work there, but please do a better job at, you know, your job. If you deliver to a wrong unit, please pick up the phone or answer when I ask about where my food went. Maybe you're $#*!ed or have mentally challenged issues, whatever. But you can probably see or hear :). Anyway, have a super great night.
Answer: I travel for a living and have experienced the lousy service that is Grub Hub. From Philadelphia PA to Shreveport LA and multiple other cities THIS SERVICE SUCKS. There's nothing good to say about it.
Answer: Both. But he is not alone, unfortunately. He only got exposed. Millions others are working in politically intolerant places. We have to change that.
Answer: Yes, it is normal. Original delivery times are almost never met. No drivers, Lost Drivers, Poorly trained or untrained drivers.
Answer: LOL... no kidding right! How can places take 2 hours to get food to you and not necessarily at a peak time. Good luck! Hope you were able to cancel it, but wonder if it showed up in the mean time. For this reason I no longer use a card but pay cash when I get the food. Hope you've managed to eat something by now.

Answer: Answer: Grub Hub does suck big time. No real answer. If you like cold food, delivered late and an "oh well" customer service attitude, Grub Hub is the company you should use.
Answer: They just don't care. Company motto must be "customer comes last". They simply trying to salvage whatever market share they can before they get bought out by a superior service that actually cares about customers.
Answer: Nothing. By this inaction I would say to quit using this bad business. Go with UberEats or maybe try getting your own food.
