Hello,
I have used your service several times but have always been annoyed by the informal and unprofessional nature of your emails and website. Last night it went over the top.
I was asked to follow a link to explore and comment upon your new logo. I hadn't really looked at your old one, but a coupon was promised. I was horrified to find a "hilarious" X-rated discussion about the new logo. Of course, customers made awful comments, but your staff egged them on and even posted things such as: ( |)==== =D (and others) to further the mood. All the time making at least R-rated comments to keep things going. I logged in briefly just to tell them to tone it down. My comment was immediately removed.
I am angry and embarrassed. I pass my coupons on to my 13 year old daughter who lives within walking distance of a restaurant that participates. She uses my account and credit card info, but I'm sure she accesses the site from time to time. To find THIS? She is old enough to probably "get it", but I would rather she not see such things upon her father's recommendation. Nor would I allow her to use my card to go to a porn site either. I hope you get the point.
So if you insist upon the informality and unprofessional behavior, could you at least not hire 17 year old boys to handle your online chat? If this was intentional upon your company's part, I find it deplorable. And if not, you should discipline these people for they are the face of your company.

Why would anyone do business with these people. I feel dirty after just two orders
Web site was easy to use -- placed my order and got a prompt e-mail promising that my food would arrive in 60 - 70 minutes.
Two hours later it still hadn't arrived. The web site has a feature to allow one to check on the status of the order -- the status was that my food 'should have arrived.' It directed me to call the restaurant directly and gave me a number. The number was to a local delivery service called CinciBites. I called them and they said I had to call GrubHub directly, which I did. I was on hold over ten minutes on their customer service line. When an associate finally answered, she checked with my restaurant and told me that my order had been canceled because there is no driver. The associate said the restaurant either texted or e-mailed me. That makes no sense, since it was GrubHub that charged my credit card. So, obviously, if the restaurant canceled the order they would have called GrubHub and told them 'don't charge his card.' I think the GrubHub associate who helped me was lying.
Terrible experience and it will be my last, thank goddness the restaurant we like is not far and another delivery service picks up from there also. I placed an order for lunch which included a $7 order of Mongolian Beef I requested for mushrooms to be added. Along with that I ordered over $50 of other food. This was not my first order from the restaurant or eat24, however it is the first time that I ordered lunch or that I received a call from customer service telling me that it would be an additional $3 for mushrooms on a $7 item. I asked them to keep the mushrooms (that is crazy, a 43% markup for mushrooms no thanks). Then the girl had the audacity to ask me how I planned to tip the driver because "according to my account I have never tipped the drivers". That is when I nearly lost it on this girl who called me. First of all I always tip in cash so that the driver actually gets the money so her looking at her computer screen and seeing my transaction history of payments means diddly squat when it comes to tipping anyone what it should have shown her is that I have ordered multiple times from them and that I have established a history of becoming a repeat customer, not badgering me about $3 for mushrooms on a $7 order and definitely not how I planned to tip the driver. This was the last time I would be ordering. Actually the time before was the last time I ordered successfully because at that point I cancelled the entire order and told her no need to worry about the tip for the driver but I had a tip for her that she find a job where she doesn't work with customers because she is a liability to anyone who has her representing their business.
It use to be convenient and a great instant experience until i had an issue. My debit card was charged twice for one order and the guy on the phone suggested it was an authorization charge. Thats funny Because the authorization charge is only a dollar. In the same moment, $23 went through and They were very persistent in saying that they did not see two charges on their end. I waited about five minutes hold five minutes hold. It was a very unprofessional experience. I order from them all the time never had a problem until today, they are incapable of handling problems. I would like to be credited the $23 and now I'll never use your site again because your marketing is very different from your staff. Thanks a lot
I used this app to order food yesterday in San Francisco and today my card had 698$ worth of fraudulent charges. And I know it is related to using this company because that's the only thing I have used my card for this entire week and the charges occurred right afterwards. Thank god I checked my account today. I wounder how much I would have lost. Please safe yourself, DO NOT put your card information on this site! I would never use their service ever again and I hope I can get back my money. Oh and when I went to pick up my food yesterday, the restaurant had a different name than what was on the site, after roaming around the area thinking I was lost, I finally called the number on the order and they confirmed it was the same place just a different name.

Placed an order for Chinese, was informed it would take about 60 minutes. Restaurant called 60 minutes later asking me questions on my order, which was pretty basic. Said they hadn't even started the order yet. Told them to cancel it. Was still charged. Was just showing up as an authorization on my card, so wasn't to worried about it. Contacted GrubHub the day it went from authorization to charge - 2 days later. Was informed that because the order was "so long ago" there was nothing they could do. Finally consented to giving me free grubhub money for a future order... a whopping $10 on a $30 order! Never using grubhub again, and disputing it with my bank.
We just did our first order with GrubHub. We ordered food at 7:20pm from a restaurant through GrubHub. At 8:30pm, Grubhub called us to let us know that the restaurant was closed, and that we would not get our food. We could not understand why 1) that restaurant was on the list of GrubHub restaurants, and that they were not aware that this restaurant was no longer open and 2) why it took them over 1 hour after we ordered our food to let us know that it was closed. Poor service- we will not use GrubHub again.
I ordered through grub hub one time. Took 2 hours for my food to show up. I was on chat with grub hub trying to cancel my order when the food finally showed up. I was told by the rep she was going to apply a credit to my account. That never happened. I will not order from grub hub again. I would rather just throw a frozen pizza in the oven. It won't be good, but at least I know when I'll get it.
Ordered sushi from sushi Tom in Weston, fl. Order came incorrect and late. The grub hub driver took the order back, called to tell me the restaurant was closed, and didn't bring the incorrect order back to my house. After I called, the driver showed up half an hour later with one sushi roll missing (which was there when he tried to deliver it before).
My weekend experience on 3/7/15. Oh boy oh boy. Where do I start. We ordered mango lassi & tried their chicken kabob plate thru EAT24 delivery. EAT24 had a chatroom where you can ask for an update of your order. 45minutes came by and i decided to use their chatroom. And there was a response right away asking what i needed help for. Then i replied "I need to know the update of my order". Then it said gonna check. Minutes passed and i saw the "operator" (as it says on the screen) trying to type back but never finished typing. The OP did it twice until about 16minutes later (which was already 1hr and 15minutes of waiting for my delivery) that I got a REAL response. And the response after 16mins was "Hi. I'm Alex. How can I help you?" It made me so upset after waiting that long to get an answer and all I received was the exact same question! I mean who wouldnt be upset for waiting too long, huh?! Anyways, he tried to help me for another 10mins or so and told me that he called the place & that it's gonna be ready in about 15-20mins. So, I waited. And waited. And waited. 15 mins passed and now I decided to call the HUMMUS HOUSE in Hawthorne, CA. The lady said that the driver was on its way in 15-20mins. And then again, I waited. And waited. The guy came in 22mins later which was so weird being late when in fact my house is less than a mile from them! To be exact, 0.57miles. (I didnt have a ride to pick it up at that time coz if I did, I could have saved myself from frustration and delivery fee!)
TOTAL WAITING TIME: 1hr and 37mins for an order of an entree Chicken Kabob Plate and 2 mango Lassi. HORRIBLE!
I got a promo code for $7 off for first time user. But it didn't work. Talked with a customer service person for 30 mins but was not helpful at all. Total waste of time and this seems to be a total scam. Do not order from this site!
Try to get in contact to stop payment on food it never arrived no answer, call restaurant, call gubhub no answer! Just go back to use a phone call to order good

Received call from GrubHub about my food being so late. Said she would waive delivery fee. Concerned food would be cold she said to call back and they would do something. Food was to be here 6:15-6:25pm. It arrived at 6:56pm ICE COLD AGAIN. Called GrubHub again and got another run around. Talked to different person who said she'd refund delivery fee. I want refund because I can eat cold food. She "Called restaurant" to see if they would authorize refund. Guess what... no refund. Enjoy cold food! This service is not worth a second of your time. Food is always cold. No customer service at all. Screws customer every time. I'm so glad I'm going back home tomorrow be cause there is NO GRUBHUB where I live. Save yourself the aggravation -- do not use this service!
I ordered from grub hub and my order ended up being cancelled due to weather. I was told to call grub hub and let them know what had happened to receive my refund of $25. Two weeks later and I STILL do not have my refund. I've called 3 times now and they keep insisting to talk with my bank. I am a member of Chase bank which is a very reliable bank. I know they're just trying to scam me and throw me for a loop and I will NEVER use grub hub again in my life, that's a promise.
We are a restaurant partner with Grub Hub and I can say for sure they have THE worst customer service when it comes to the partners that have their restaurants on their sites. Most emails to account reps are returned as invalid. The reps rarely answer their calls.It is very hard to get some one to fix an error they create on your restaurant site. When we call *******790 them to fix any issue the hold time is at least 45 mins to an hour, so I think, because I always hang up after that time or if they answer, the call gets dropped. Would NOT recommend this site to any restaurant looking to promote with them.
I ordered via online order, paid online etc. Kept getting email updates then 93 mins after I order I call the restaurant and they say the never got the order, I call GrubHub to be told the pizza palace never confirmed, well why the hell did u a) still take the money from my account if my order had not been confirmed and B) be told it will take days to be refunded my money if I cancel, I have them call to confirm order, ten mins later I call and be told it will be here in an hour as GrubHub calls and says they told them they were closing and not accepting my order, but they were supposed to be open another 2 plus hours. Now I'm stuck with no food and days before I get a refund
This was the scariest experience I have had in my life! We called GrubHub before and gave them our information but then decided not to order. Well I guess we forgot about that... We called again tonight and we started to tell them our name and before we gave them the first 3 letters they knew our name, number, and address. Well the person on the phone decided he wanted to play a joke on us so he said "I know that because i am standing outside your house right now". Well that scared me because the only people who are home are under 13 years old. He also asked for the security number on my credit card which I don't think is supposed to happen. Also it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver my food
I ordered from foodler for the first time waited 2 hours to have no delivery arrive. My order said completed on my account, I called the restaurant to be told they never received my order. After 20 minutes on the phone with foodler I was informed my order had been canceled (without notifying me) because of a possible link to another account with suspicious activity. I had never ordered from them before, so had no idea what this link was. I was livid when I checked my bank account to see my account had been charged a total of 3 times for the order I never received. A financial manager called me back after 4 messages over 6 days, to inform me their "link" was that my credit card had the same first 4 numbers as another customers card who had possible suspicious activity on their account. Are you kidding me? Guess what Foodler you need to google a BIN, me and a million other people have cards from Bank of America starting with the same numbers! They were kind enough to give me an account credit, which I tried to use, but the same thing happened again, however this time my order was canceled because my account has been suspended, due to it being linked to an account with possible suspicious activity. So I cant even use my refund credit. I have seen so many reviews that are the same as mine, This company is the worst, they should leave credit card security to my credit card security department, and focus on delivering food.
I enjoy the food but when I pay for it I expect to get what I ordered 2 times now they $#*!ed up my order and the driver told me I had to give him a tip bite that you don't ask for what you may or may not get and its rude
Answer: I travel for a living and have experienced the lousy service that is Grub Hub. From Philadelphia PA to Shreveport LA and multiple other cities THIS SERVICE SUCKS. There's nothing good to say about it.

Answer: Yes, it is normal. Original delivery times are almost never met. No drivers, Lost Drivers, Poorly trained or untrained drivers.
Answer: LOL... no kidding right! How can places take 2 hours to get food to you and not necessarily at a peak time. Good luck! Hope you were able to cancel it, but wonder if it showed up in the mean time. For this reason I no longer use a card but pay cash when I get the food. Hope you've managed to eat something by now.

Answer: Answer: Grub Hub does suck big time. No real answer. If you like cold food, delivered late and an "oh well" customer service attitude, Grub Hub is the company you should use.
Answer: They just don't care. Company motto must be "customer comes last". They simply trying to salvage whatever market share they can before they get bought out by a superior service that actually cares about customers.
Answer: Nothing. By this inaction I would say to quit using this bad business. Go with UberEats or maybe try getting your own food.
