Why create extra middle men? Used it approx. 3-4 times and didn't find it useful. Call the restaurant your self. Seems to be directed to people with the munchies that need constant interaction with a smart phone.

I've never used their service but the comments the CEO made inexcusable. He wants employees with opposing political views to resign. He's trying to divide rather than heal. So wrong.

Well it seemed like a good idea, but it isnt. Horrible company. Not effective. Costly. Horrible to employees. Hateful company with no morals. Should be called money grubber. Waste of time and money. There are much better options. Avoid and your life will be better

I will never use a service that is run by a guy who threatens his employees if they disagree with his political views. You said that 20% of your employees thanked you? What about the other 80%? What about the 2% that fear losing their jobs because they had a Trump sign in their yard? You sir are not a hero of the people but a bully.

Used to be good. Now customer service is nasty, surly, and stupid. Maybe they grew too fast. Or just got too arrogant. Looking for an alternative.

Terrible service and rude management. Placed my order and was asked if I voted for Trump. Really strange. Do not recommend anyone to use GrubHub. Just terrible customer experience. Never using them again
