Written assumption in CEO manifesto is that every Clinton voter is not racist and every Trump voter is racist. Clinton = moral. Trump=evil. How can he make such blanket statements. So arrogant of him to think he knows the motivations of why people vote for who they do. People's voting choices are very personal and specific and are not up for public discussion by the CEO of a food delivery operation. Welcome to the new fascism. Why create extra middle men? Used it approx. 3-4 times and didn't find it useful. Call the restaurant your self. Seems to be directed to people with the munchies that need constant interaction with a smart phone.

Funny I used to purchase food from your organization. I must say it was good. Those days are over now cause your CEO is a real dumb $#*!! Ever since this company came around I thought it was a joke. Turns out that the joke is the CEO Matt Maloney and how he runs this garbage operation called GrubHub. He tries to force his views on his employees and customers by threatening those who view things (politics especially) differently than he does. People don't want your forced views, they wanted your service. But now they do not even want that after all the food poisoning that has been related to GrubHub. Interesting... a nasty, dictator-like beta male CEO has nasty dirty employees working for him. Good thing UberEats is around. STAY AWAY FROM GRUB HUB, YOU WILL GET SICK AND POSSIBLY FIRED FOR BEING SMARTER THAN THE CEO (who started the business off of a HUGE loan from a 3rd party, remind you of someone you hate Mrs. Matt Maloney?)
I will never use a service that is run by a guy who threatens his employees if they disagree with his political views. You said that 20% of your employees thanked you? What about the other 80%? What about the 2% that fear losing their jobs because they had a Trump sign in their yard? You sir are not a hero of the people but a bully.
Used to be good. Now customer service is nasty, surly, and stupid. Maybe they grew too fast. Or just got too arrogant. Looking for an alternative.

Answer: I travel for a living and have experienced the lousy service that is Grub Hub. From Philadelphia PA to Shreveport LA and multiple other cities THIS SERVICE SUCKS. There's nothing good to say about it.

Answer: Yes, it is normal. Original delivery times are almost never met. No drivers, Lost Drivers, Poorly trained or untrained drivers.

Hope you were able to cancel it, but wonder if it showed up in the mean time. For this reason I no longer use a card but pay cash when I get the food. Hope you've managed to eat something by now.
