This is like the 3rd time i ordered from this site and it was missing the main meal the most important of the bunch and with the other times i ordered it was cancelled because the driver couldnt find my place even though i tracked them and shows there in the area but they dont come. Even if i call the driver they dont pick up or there phone is disconnected. You can dispute the cost but you still get charged with the tax, delivery fee and and any tip you add. They try to compensate with like a code to tell you there sorry but its usually only 5 bucks which in my opinion isnt really anything, plus when they do refund your money it take like more then a week. I tried this got the worst service with it even with a decent tip having empty stomach would not make most people happy about it.
DO NOT EVER EVER EVER use Grubhub or Door Dash. They are owned by the same CEO and both have horrible reviews. Door Dash has an F rating with Better Business Bureau and Grub Hub has a C rating. In 2018 Grubhub "had" an A rating and already within a year they have dropped to a C rating. Before you order from either, research how many complaints they had that month and decide if you want to take that risk. I ordered food for my family; everything arrived but one meal. Basically, the driver stole one of the meals that was packed at the top of the bag. Smh. I don't understand how this company is still in business considering all the bad reviews & complaints it receives per month. I really hope it goes out of business
I hate GrubHub there thieves they're Liars I got screwed over and I can't even watch TV without the five minute commercials every 5 minutes I'm sick of it I'm sick and tired of GrubHub I hope doordash kills them
Driver hung up on me because he supposedly didn't understand English. Order supposed to be here by 1025 now 1045 and still not here. Never again.
I ordered and my ordered was cancelled with out any call or email. Still was charged and dispute it. They say they refunded me but my bank statement shows they haven't. Still waiting. Happened to a friend of mine too. I'll stick to uber eats.
This is the worst food delivery company EVER in Pinellas County Florida. They cancel orders, do not tell you, and take your money. The customer service is awful. I'm not sure what happened because they didn't used to be this way. DO NOT use this service (especially if you're hangry)
2nd time ordering from grubhub and the 2nd time they delivered to the wrong address. Said they dropped it off on my porch, nope, my neighbor's porch on a rainy day! Let's see how long it takes to get my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM GRUBHUB!
Can't believe how many people have had a similar experience. I ordered from Grub Hub and they blocked my order, yet held the amount of $51. When I called to complain about this, everyone was so nonchalant about it as they claimed that it was "just a hold." A hold that happened on a Friday which meant it would take 2-5 business days to fall off. When I asked why it is that they hold funds for an order that was blocked, all they had to say is "that's how we do things." It makes absolutely no sense to block an order while holding an amount on people's card. These people are truly careless with customer's bank information and they should not be trusted due to the amount of things that go wrong.
Unfortunately, this was not my first bad experience with GrubHub. Just recently I had an order that sat ready for an hour before a GrubHub driver picked it up from the restaurant. However, things like that are bound to go wrong every once in a while and is to be expected, what is not expected is a restaurant putting the burden of their mistakes or glitches on customers. What's not expected is the lack of good customer service once an error or inconvenience is made.
This company is terrible they take your money and dont deliver your food! They are thieves! Liars! And rude! I would not use this company even if its your last or only choice! And customer service is terri le and cant help at all!
I have used grubhub since it came to be. What is the point of having any customer service if no changes can be made? I was unable to change or cancel my order. I put that I wanted my food 2 hours later and I actually wanted it asap. I called the restaurant and they already made my food so it is still sitting there cold because I couldn't change the delivery time. I couldn't cancel and reorder no one on the phone could help me with getting the order picked up. I will absolutely NEVER be using grubhub again. Such a simple issue and there is nothing they can do. Ridiculous
I placed an order for a 6:30 pm delivery. Received a confirmation say food would be delivered between 6:35pm & 6:45pm. Then I received another text message saying the delivery would be between 6:45pm & 6:55pm. At 6:46pm an email was sent, not a text message, saying the driver could not reach me by phone. I had my phone with me the entire time. I did not see the email because I was not on my computer. At 7:20 pm I called to find out what happened to my order and was told the driver could not reach me, and because he couldn't reach me, they weren't going to deliver or return my money! The order was for $27 plus tip!
Don't use Grubhub if you want to eat today. Just take a look at all the reviews and know that my complaints are the same. We ordered via Grubhub. A few minutes later I received notification that the order was cancelled. As mentioned in other reviews, we also got the same response that a manager was not available. It will of course take 7-10 business to be refunded. It is very risky to use this service, hit or miss. I hope in time they get better but they better hurry before someone else comes along with a better service and kills their business.

I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF WITH THE WORST CUSTMER SERVICE AGENTS EVER! THEYREFUSED TO GIVE ME A SUPERVISOR AND I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 23 MINUTESON ONE CALL. MY LUNCH BREAK IS NOW OVER NO FOOD, NO MONEY AND I AM A DIABETIC WHO HAS A HISTORY OF FAINTING WHEN MY SURGER IS TO LOW! CLASS ACTION SUIT ANYONE? IN 2018 THEY GROSSED OVER 288 MILLION DOLLARS AND THEY DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY OR RESOURCES TO REFUND MONEY ASAP SO I CAN EAT. HMMMMM
They took money TWICE and I used all the money I had both times for food! They canceled my order both times and told me I had to wait 5days for refund! Mind you that I was obviously hungry and had no other funds for food
The customer service is really not any service at all they clearly don't care about the customers or the fact that they are dealing with people money
They never are state side and never compensate you for their mistakes
You just have to loose your money and wait till they decide to refund you

Ordered taco bell. Was charged for the order then was told they arent taking orders. That was a lie as i called taco bell. I have to wait 5 days to get my money back. If i even get it back... why charge my card then call me 2 min later to say order not coming? And make me wait for refund. Terrible service NEVER AGAIN!
I was recovering from surgery and ordered food to feed my two kids. After an hour and half of waiting with ZERO communication of why it was taking so long I contacted Grubhub and they told me that the restaurant had just got my order! I told them to immediately cancel it and refund my money. They did not and the driver showed up with the food awhile later. I turned him away and then he stayed on my property waiting for Grubhub to tell him to leave. Worst service ever! A total sham! My refund took over a week to get back.
THANKS GRUBHUB. And trust me I will be letting everyone I know not to use you!
Waited over two hours for our food. Always just said that order was in progress. Finally reached out and they stated that the driver had tried to deliver but we weren't home. Completely untrue. Never using this service again.
Our first order (and last) was tonight. Order was missing a salad and after at least one hour on the phone we got to speak to a manager at Grubhub. Don't waste your time just use Door Dash, will never use Grubhub again.
Terrible customer service. Spent 45 minutes and couldn't speak with a manager. They charged me for food I did not receive. I am done with them.
They give no service and waited 2 hours for food. This was the worst. I called and they lied and were so rude.
Answer: I travel for a living and have experienced the lousy service that is Grub Hub. From Philadelphia PA to Shreveport LA and multiple other cities THIS SERVICE SUCKS. There's nothing good to say about it.
Answer: Both. But he is not alone, unfortunately. He only got exposed. Millions others are working in politically intolerant places. We have to change that.
Answer: Yes, it is normal. Original delivery times are almost never met. No drivers, Lost Drivers, Poorly trained or untrained drivers.
Answer: LOL... no kidding right! How can places take 2 hours to get food to you and not necessarily at a peak time. Good luck! Hope you were able to cancel it, but wonder if it showed up in the mean time. For this reason I no longer use a card but pay cash when I get the food. Hope you've managed to eat something by now.

Answer: They just don't care. Company motto must be "customer comes last". They simply trying to salvage whatever market share they can before they get bought out by a superior service that actually cares about customers.
Answer: Nothing. By this inaction I would say to quit using this bad business. Go with UberEats or maybe try getting your own food.
