My food was supposed to arrive within an hour of me placing the order. Instead it took TWO HOURS. I called the restaurant. They had said the food was ready very long ago... they were just waiting for a GrubHub driver. What a mess.

First Time Order, Last Time

First time ordering, said 45 to 55mins for delivery. It ended up getting pushed back multiple times and got up to 2hrs! Contacted support, they were not any help at all. Told me they were still trying to find someone to deliver my food even though I knew it had been sitting there for almost an hour. Only help they gave was I could cancel the order. Couldn't cancel because it was too late to get food anywhere else and I had no transportation. Food arrived ice cold as predicted. Forty bucks in the trash! Would give zero stars if I could

I ordered. It didn't get delivered. They didn't give me a refund. They gave me a credit for less than I spent. Tried to order the next day using the credit. They forced me to spend more money than the credit was worth. Absolute garbage

Not worth it at all

Grubhub Always insanely late. Always cold food. The drivers never make it to my door and can't follow simple directions. Considering what you pay, it is far from worth it to use.

Might as well drive to your nearest fast food diner or take out place because it's going to cost you an arm to get one meal, you would save more money actually eating at the place, delivery fees are way too much, the delivery is 40 mins to 1.5 hours. Just use uber eats everyone.

This has always been a slow, expensive app to use (insane delivery fee on top of the necessity to tip at least 20% to get your food within the calendar year. However today marked the 3rd time food was ordered and completely stolen. Grubhub tracks the driver and updates their location once the food is picked up and I'm straight up watching this driver travel in the opposite direction of my home. 0/5 stars. God awful service and even worse customer service. Maybe I should work for Grubhub and start jacking people's food whenever I get a few hours to spare throughout the day. Do yourself a favor and use Uber Eats, Uber makes so much money they practically give away money ANY time there is a problem. I'm talking if you order McDonalds and don't want any pickles and there is just one pickle seed on that burger, boom full refund. Grubhub on the other hand will have their drivers literally steal your food and not give you a refund of any kind. $#*! Grubhub. Rant over.

NEVER AGAIN

SO I ORDERD $80 WORTH OF FOOD FROM ON THE BORDER AND GAVE THE KID A $15 TIP. I GET THE FOOD AND HALF THE ORDER IS MISSING, SO I CALL ON THE BORDER AND THE MANAGER IS REMAKING THE WHOLE ORDER AGAIN WITH OUT A PROBLEM BUT HUB GRUB WILL NOT GO PICK UP THE ORDER. THEY SAY OH WE WILL REFUND THE MONEY, I DONT WANT THE MONEY I WANT MY FOOD, WELL TO BAD YOU HAVE TO GO GET IT YOURSELF. I ASK HUB GRUB DO THE DRIVERS CHECK THE ORDER? OH NO THEY CANNOT OPEN THE BAG, WELL WHAT THE HELL GOOD IS THAT, HOW DO YOU KNOW IF THE WHOLE ORDER IS THERE? WHAT GOOD IS THIS SERVICE? NOT WORTH THE TIME OR EFFORT SO NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM. THEY NEED TO HAVE A HALF OF A STAR.

I have absolutely no idea why i keep using this service. Definitely deleting the app tonight and never looking back. Ive had so many incidents where my order never arrives but is listed as "delivered". The last excuse was "she left it in the door." um ok well you need a fob to get in the door so no she didnt. Also my number is listed on file in all instructions to call me upon arrival... not to mention, its downtown denver. When i emailed to follow up they told me to CHECK DOWNSTAIRS?!?!? Outside. On the sidewalk. Wtf. So done with them. Ill stick to uber eats and postmates. #boybye

I am hangry and I can't go to sleep with my growling belly without formally listing a complaint. My husband and I ordered Thai food over TWO HOURS AGO. One of us could have sacrificed ourselves to pick it up but we are tired and parents of a baby so we called on your company's services and I have NEVER regretted something so much in my whole life. The driver was incapable of finding our residence AFTER getting detailed instructions from my husband AND myself. When I called her to see where she was she told me "I am going to put it in my Google maps now." WHAT!?!?!?!?! You have been aimlessly driving around without our address being in some sort of navigating device!?!?!? I didn't say that (as I said, I am hangry). Instead I said, "Please call us back if you cannot find us and I will drive to you to get our food. But you know what she did... SHE DESERTED US. We have been waiting so long that the restaurant is closing for the night. We have no food and it is all because this driver lacked problem solving skills. When my husband called to report this, the representative who was not much help simply offered a refund... Are you KIDDING!?! We are HUNGRY. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. We will NEVER EVER use your service again. I will scream at the rooftops my negative review of your service... or lack there of. Sincerely a HUNGRY TIRED NEW MOM.

Crappy service

If I could give this a zero I would I'm not usually one to write reviews but this evening I ordered dinner at 6 and finally at 10 my order was canceled the restaurant kept pointing to GrubHub and GrubHub kept pointing to the restaurant claiming that they had their own cars I really don't care who has what but if I order through GrubHub I expect them to stand behind it.

Never received my order.

First day in 3 weeks that I had nothing to do. So, I decided to relax and order delivery. Never used GrubHub before, I ordered Taco Bell which was not even 2 miles away. Theme ETA was pushed back 3 times. After 2 hours I called hq and was told they're waiting for someone to "pick up" the order and it'll be there when a driver decides to get it. I cancelled and thankfully my back put my money back immediately. I was told it'll take 5 business days. I'll never use GrubHub again.

DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A $#*!ING STAR AT ALL. 2 HOURS TO GET THE FOOD! ARE YOU $#*!ING KIDDING ME?! I CALLED THE RESTAURANT AND THEY TOLD THEN IT WOULD ONLY BE 5 MINTUES BUT YALL TOOK 2 HOURS TO GET IT AND DELIVER IT. THE RESTAURANT ISNT EVEN 1/2 A MILE AWAY! WORTHLESS SERVICE! I live in CT and visit family in NYC about every two weeks.The last two weekends, I have placed orders through GrubHub that were both over an hour late, couldn't find or get in contact with my driver, and then refused to refund the delivery fee. In CT, I have not had such poor experiences but this is the first time I realized how terrible their customer service policies really are. Needless to say, will likely stop using the platform altogether, if not selectively based on the city I am in. They really need to tighten up operations and be careful of the drivers they are hiring. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional.

The worst. We waited an hour when it said 35 minutes. Called bob Evans said our order had been ready for 45 minutes and was cold. Called grubhub spoke with supervisor Oliver who was worthless. Never use again in maumee ohio

Dont waste your time with them. Ordered and place didnt have over half what I ordered. Text came in and driver told me so told him cancel whole order. They decided to go ahead and proceed with order anyway and start delivering it. Told them I said cancel and want full refund. They were refusing then decided and said a 1 time inconvenience we will do it. Well that's okay because there will never be a 2nd chance. Simple cancel means cancel.

On multiple occasions they have failed to deliver food paid for; claimed to have called (they don't look at their own info and used non-default phones). On at least one occasion I tracked the driver, who came to my building, sat in his car, then drove off and claimed he had delivered the food! When I complained, the customer service claimed they called and got no answer... I was holding my phone the entire time and no call was made. Customer service then stated a credit Wes emailed to mr. Not so much, never received it. They ripped me off. I did the same meal thru UBEREats for $9 less than grubhub!
