At first we thought they were very accommodating. However, as soon as we needed to add items to our online menu we started having issues. They make it extremely hard to have anything resolved. There is no one person to speak to when you have a problem so you end up getting bounced around from representative to representative. And when you think you're finally speaking to a manager they tell you "I'll have to transfer you to my manager." WHAT?! It's just insane. When finally I realized they were not going to fix the issues I have I told them I wanted to cancel my company's account, they were delighted. Unbelievable. Stay away from GrubHub. There are so many other companies out there.

Don't do it!

GrubHub is ridiculous do not waste your money they have the worst customer service and they will steal your money! I don't normally do bad reviews but in this case it's ridiculous enough what I went through to warn others! You'd be better off hiring a neighbor kid to go get your food.

Do not leave a tip on the grub hub app. If you fo and end up with 3 other people's order don't say I didn't tell you so. This is the worst way to order food in these Winchester martinsburg areas. I ordered denny's 1 meatloaf and 1 spaghetti. Ended up with 4 meatloafs that were ice cold. No spaghetti. Tha spaghetti was for my pregnant wife keep in mind. Then when I told them they messed up.my order they blamed it on denny's. Well the manager of denny's is family of mine and shie made my special bc I called her. She gabe it ro the driver ther driver dropped it off somewhere else. Then said denny's didn't give it to her. She straight lied. I tipped her 16 dollars on the app then they wouldn't give me a refund. Only on the missing spaghetti. They made me call my credit card company and report a fraudulent charge line I wasn't gonna do this for 60 bucks. I hate this app. Try others. They may not offer as much but it will be good, right and hot when you do recieve it. Don't trust these people away grub hub. Consider yourself warned.

Hot Mess!

Never again! After waiting 90 MINUTES I called and our order wasn't even picked up yet. I was told to wait another 50 MINUTES, that's ridiculous! I just ended up canceling and I'm waiting on my refund.

Grubhub is trash

Spent 28 dollars on an order to grubhub, food never came and they did not contact me. Called customer service and they said they tried to get ahold of me and that they wouldn't refund my money. Basically paid for the driver to have my food. They are garbage and i will never order from them again. Might I also add it took them over two hours just to pick up my order...

Food Did not Arrive

I placed a $30 order. During the 10 min arrival time window, I checked the map and saw the driver pulled into my apartment complex and sat stationary and no attempt was made to reach me to find me. Then the app notifies me that the food has been delivered but I didn't receive it. I called customer service and they kept stating that their records showed there was an attempt made to contact me, but that was a blatant lie. So now the driver has a free meal, my meal, by claiming they attempted to contact me and deliver the food. For some reason customer service could not get a hold of the driver as well. Cust service offered me a measly 50% off my next order. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM GRUBHUB AGAIN.

Horrible customer service

Horrible service. I received the wrong order which initially is not Grubhubs fault. I called the driver who delivered it and she was nothing but rude. She basically told me to call Grubhub and that its out of her hands. I call Grubhub only to get a refund which is expected. He told me that he couldnt send a reorder and that I would have to do it myself and wouldnt get any discount at all for the extra wait time and inconvenience. Not good customer service. I will never order through Grubhub again.

Agent called us stupid

We ordered chinese food in Pearl River through grubhub and we stated that "no garlic" since my husband has allergy. But when we got home the mongolian beef has garlic on it. We chatted to an agent last Tuesday and said they were going to contact the restaurant as as it opens again on Wednesday so we waited. But nothing happened. So today, Thursday, we chatted with a new agent and told us that we can't get any refund and we get 10% off our next order. What I'm angry about is that he told us that were stupid not to check our order before leaving. So basically we don't get anything from a wrong order but that agent calling us stupid

Is GrubHub fraudulent?

I order food, pay 22% tip. I write delivery instructions in memo. I contact via text to make sure the driver will show up at the right place. It's a hotel. My son is hungry and no room service. They ask us to use GrubHub. The driver is going somewhere else I reach out can't get in touch. I call GrubHub and they do nothing meaningful. Meanwhile GrubHub has defrauded me of my money and a tip!

This looks like a fly-by-night company. Lousy service is an understatement!

I've tried this survive 2x and both times my order was never delivered as they canceled it after an hour or more of waiting and chatting with customer service. Then telling me that can't refund me but offer a 50% off next time. Pass! Terrible customer service and $#*!ty delivery.

Grubhub sucks, stay away

This place is terrible. I ordered a small meal last night and it took 2 and a half hours to deliver. Any other place would give a refund for such terrible customer service. Unhelpful customer care and when driver finally arrived he just stared at me blankly in a drone like fashion, didn't say anything and just left. $#*! GrubHub, stay away from this company.

They do NOT check orders and will not re-deliver. So if you are hungry and they left some of your order at the restaurant you will go to bed hungry!

Will NEVER use GRUBHUB again!

Grubhub sucks

We have ordered GrubHub numerous times. Their service sucks. Their drivers show up and when you ask him did they check the order they just got a look at you and say this is what they gave me. Even if you tip extra their driver still suck in their customer service is even worse would not suggest using these idiots

Third time using Grubhub, and the third time they've screwed up the order, charged me for the screw up, and refused to refund my money.

Tonight I paid $20 for a burger and onion rings from a fast food restaurant. They were both cold. And I wasn't even at the White House.

I'd ordered a burger, onion rings and a milkshake. No milkshake came, and I was told at customer service that *I* must have made a mistake when I sent in the order. I told her "I ordered through YOUR app, so it's not ME that made the mistake."

I will never, EVER use this ripoff, unprofessional, rinky dink business again. Ever.

Fraudulent Charges

I placed an order and it was cancelled. The next day i placed another order with the same restaurant and all went well. However, when i received my charge bill there was two charges so i reached out to Grubhub to dispute the one charge and they told me it had to be done within 24 hrs. I explained how would i know i was charged twice until i received my credit card bill. They said that was the policy and offered no resolution.

I placed an order for delivery. This was to be delivered by Grubhub. I received confirmation of my order and it was said that it would take a hour for delivery. It was now past the delivery time and the food was still not here. I checked the status and the order said it was delivered 20 minutes prior. I called Grubhub and all they could tell me was sorry but here's a credit for your next order. As I myself work for a customer service based company I find this to be an unacceptable solution. Yes, you are gonna credit me but you KNOW who the driver was and Grubhub was not even interested in contacting the driver to see what the deal was. Maybe I should get a job for Grubhub where I get to drive around and take other people food and money without any repercussions. This negative review was more so directed towards Grubhub rather than KFC. But KFC needs to know what kind of company they are having deliver their food.

HORRIBLE DRIVERS

Always use Grubhub to order from home. My first time ordering from work was a disaster. The delivery guy never, ever delivered my food. I tried calling him even texting him, the restaurant even tried to reach him and he never answer. It was documented as if he did. When I reached grubhub they said because it was documented that the food was deliver and that he tried to called (which He never did) they couldn't do anything about it. Extremely disappointed, last time this happens to me. Not trusting this site anymore. Extremely unprofessional drivers.
