Second time I used groupon and last time I use Groupon! Half a dozen emails went back and forth in the week after I purchased a rockys pizzeria coupon all saying no refund. I bought it Friday tried to use it that night business was not in business! Sent email Saturday, auto response "someone will get back to you." Mondays email from Groupon "look at fine print - no refunds"! I respond. Next email from Groupon " no refunds after three days, only issue refunds if business is unable to provide the service." I respond. It was the weekend of course days have gone by. Third email from Groupon same response but now thanking me for my understanding. I respond yet again. Fourth email from Groupon sorry can not issue a refund in this situation. I respond once more... then write this review!
All of the sterling silver jewelry I have bought through Groupon has been amazing! The prices are great and the quality is awesome. Just keep in mind that sterling has to be mixed with something. The majority of it will get a copper or bronze tint to it depending on how your body reacts. Overall though just amazing experiences with buying rings and bracelets from their sellers.
Extremely poor customer service. They're located out of the United States, and the lady I spoke with was extremely rude. I'll never call that customer service number again! She was talking over me, and would barely let me get a word in edgewise.
When these companies outsource American jobs to other countries, they aren't aware of the quality of person they're hiring to speak with their paying customers.

Groupon does not deliver on what you purchase! I bought Groupon LIVE/Event tickets and paid for more expensive option to sit in sections 1-3. They gave me Section 4! Then they "resolved" my complaint by changing my seats to Section 8! I paid Groupon almost double per seat than what I would've paid had I bought directly through Ticketmaster! Fraud! Stay away from this HORRIBLE ONLINE company! Never again!
Ordered a ladies join size extra large as a gift. After the item finally arrived the jacket could not even fit me who wears a size small and a size 2. In addition the jacket had what looks like dark spots on the sleeve and the back. Very disappointed. Won't buy again

I`m saying this applicable for all the sites of such type. These coupons helped many times however there are many cases when the businesses did not know about the coupons and you get a waste of money. Still situationally good.
Absolutely do not buy a Groupon. If services are not received, their customer service will make excuses as to why they cannot refund or credit you. I spent $75.00 and cannot get my services or money back... AVOID!
Before you can use the discount which promises Gruppon, go to the official website and look at the price! Here is my sad experience. I wanted to buy the circus tickets and the discount was promised 39% isn't that great? As it turned out I bought not the tickets and just a voucher with which I need to contact the box office. In the checkout you will be charged Fee and taxes, you also need to defend the place and you don't know exactly what place you get. I went to the official website of the centre where will be the circus and saw that the ticket price is not more expensive than the one for which I bought the voucher Gruppone. It turns out I bought the air! It would be easier to buy a ticket with the selected location and not have problems with standing in queues and other problems. But the problems with the website Gruppon is not over yet! When I tried to cancel and get my money back (and this is when there are still two months in the front), I was told that "site policy is that no refunds of the money" and can I have this voucher to give to someone of make the present for somebody if I don't need it. This is a clear violation of the rights of consumers, is an open deception. Will never use website Groupon and do not advise anyone do this!
I was always a fan of Groupon for over 5 years because its deals are quite interesting and I was wondering why many people complained about it until problems started to happen to me last year. It is a tricky bait. My $55.50 Groupon Bucks and an $50 unused Restaurant Voucher were gone. Three Groupon supervisors I spoke to on the phone agreed that I should be refunded properly should the company decides to deactivate my accounts without informing me. However, upon their escalations to the tech team per their promises, the same response emails I received were the same, short and no explanation of the missing Bucks: "Upon reviewing your account, we encountered a violation of our Terms of Service and closed the account. This decision cannot be appealed."
Here is a sample scenario: if you have more than 1 account (to understand this, if you had 1 in the past several years and another one now, OR you have only 1 and your wife has 1, these are considered "more than 1 account"), Groupon will someday (soon or later, until it happens to you) close all your accounts and therefore all of your Groupon Bucks (which is Groupon Giftcard that you purchased from your pocket, so it is your money) plus any unused Groupon Vouchers will be gone. It means the company will take all of your money without informing you until you discover it by yourself. Search google for it and you will know. I came to realize that the company does not seem to keep customers' last Groupon Bucks balance when they deactivate consumers' accounts and therefore the only way to say is to forget the topic of the missing Groupon Bucks and instead only say there is a violation.

Groupon is a joke! You will be wasting your money with this company! Their customer service reps are a joke too! You will be misinformed and they will not do anything to help you! It took me 3 weeks to get an item that I ordered even though it said 2 business days to ship! I was assured I would get a return label since the item wouldn't make it on time and when I contacted groupon back there was nothing they could do since the item wasn't damaged. Seriously! I will never order anything from this company again! Spend your money elsewhere! This place doesn't deserve it!

You should back up your clients when things go wrong. Just being scammed with laser hair removal and groupon didnt d anything about it. All the other experience were good except for this one

Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
