I 've tried to return an item because it was not the right color. It said I could return it in 30 days but they are not sending me the return level and I can not contact them.
Stay away from them!
We have tried to contact them using their website information. They are quite prepared to take your money but if you want to cancel, they never answer and make it so very difficult to contact them. They have changed their 800 number on their website and say they will provide a new number if you pay them more than $3.00. What a rip-off. If you call *******212 which is a free service to find organizations using an 800 number they say they have no number for "Groupon"
I will BOYCOTT Groupon in the future!
DO NOT USE! Had nothing but trouble from light bulbs to multi gyms I have had to contact customer services on all products the latest being a home gym £450 which is the size of half my garage! After nearly a month I've been told it's been lost in transit! Haha it's ok though because they've offered to refund me with bloody groupon credit! Luckily used credit card which will refund properly another instance was a mattress after nearly a month of back and forth they cancelled my order due to suspicious activity they are a joke of a company
SEND ME AN OFFER BY INVITATION ONLY, SO i GO TO BUY IT AND SPEND THE TIE TO ATTEMPT THE PURCHASE. AFTER A FEW HOURS GET A NOT IN MY GROUPONS SAYING MONEY WAS REFUNDED. AFTER LOOKING AROUND I TOLD TO RE BUY IT, THE I GO TO RE BUY THE OFFER AND IT SAYS IT ON BY INVITATION. ONLY A MORON WOULD SEND AND OFFER THEN SAY BY INVITE ONLY. COMPLTETE WASTE OF TIME. NO MORE TIME WITH THESE LOSERS. NOT MY FIRST PROBLEM WITH THIS sh%T COMPANY.
Houndstooth Grill in Braselton was simply awful. The waitress whoever was super nice. First, the restaurant used flood lights in the huge, beautiful chandelier. At our request, the waitress dimmed the lights. Yet, some other person must have requested the diner lights again. As for meal - it was terrible. Just terrible.
I priced a shop vac. GO =$214.51 Amazon = $69.99
Butterfly Wonderland GO $2.00 per ticket more than at the door.

It's not the product I had an issue with... it was Groupon's policies that were the problem. I tried to return an order purchased in error just hours after I had ordered it. There's no easy way to reach Groupon so I ended up emailing them to cancel the order. By the time Groupon finished giving me the complete run around and stalling me, it was "too late" to cancel my order. By the way, it was a final sale as they reminded me at least a dozen times. Even if the order had not been processed for shipping, it still was not returnable. Just beware of the status of your item... even if you ordered something in error and attempt to cancel it a few MINUTES later, it will not be acceptable to Groupon if the item is a final sale item. Just be very cautious. Got the complete run around each and every time I did actually talk to someone. I will order from Amazon from here on out or Walmart.com. Very frustrating experience and rather misleading policies.
Charge my credit for $19.50 (Ice Cream) and won't return our money. Groupon sent me an email stating that they found unusual activity was on my account. However, Groupon still will not return our money.
I purchased a gateway with Groupon. I git a booking confirmation. I went to the hotel and I was told that they have cancelled my booking because there were not more spaces for Groupon. They didn't honoured my Groupon. After 17 mails I got a refund in a bank account that was not active. In every single e mail I told then not to make the refund in that account but they did without notifying me. Now I have no Groupon or money back. They customers service representative just copy and paid random answers. Such a shame!
I purchased 5 tickets through Groupon and authorized them to charge my Paypal account, NOT my card on file. However, when I went to claim my tickets, I realized that I had 10 tickets. I went back to check and saw that Groupon charged BOTH my Paypal account AND my card on file at the exact same time. I have attempted to resolve this issue through both companies and both companies point to the "fine print" of no refunds. I was well aware of the fine print, but would assume it would apply to tickets that I actually purchased. Groupon's customer service (only available via chat) has been entirely unhelpful and one guy actually "hung up" on me! I will wait tomorrow to see if I can have someone call me to see if this can be resolved. I would highly suggest removing any cards on file from your account so this doesn't happen to you.
Never use them! Take your money for a hotel that's fully booked and now I've got nothing too show for 315 pound refusing to give a refund or even help us even after the hotel has emailed them saying they cannot book us in
Bought $300 tickets from the San Diego Zoo Safari for family birthdays, but was never given the vouchers. I couldn't get a hold of anyone on the weekend. I tried getting through to them the following week, and I spoke with around 8 customer service agents, two of which hung up on me and one stopped typing on the app chat and ignored me for 35 minutes before I finally logged off. Just give me my tickets or give me a refund, but don't do this round-about business when I have spent so much money. I will never buy from them again and I love online shopping and deals, it's unfortunate that we cannot trust these companies that promise great service. This isn't a rant, this is facts - they are unprofessional and shady. I don't recommend that anyone shop here.
Abismal company obsessed with the fine print and devioud of any human desion making. I bought two tickets for fusion festival. I didn't realise the advert was for two separate nights. My 10 year old was desperate to see little mix. I ended up with tickets for the wrong night Dizzy Rascal. The customer services wasted a day of my life. Starting with the premium rate telephone operative who pretended she couldn't hear me as an excuse to end the call. 5 live chats each stating someone would e mail me. Nobody did. Eventually at 10pm in the evening I managed to get a supervisor. The reponce was from the same script. I simply wanted to pay the additional money and exchange for the tickets I thought I was buying. The fine print said no. What a disgrace take my advice and groupoff
I've only used groupon for three months and I can say I for sure hate it!
I got a subscription, it looked like it had pretty good benefits, but seeing that I didn't get to use Groupon that much because some of the deals didn't work with the days that I was available I tried to end it. First of all, it's very odd that it takes lots of research just to end your subscription and once you think it's gone, it's not. They charged me again for another month so I contacted customer service and after I gave one man named Stewart my information so he could solve the issue he ended the conversation which was very sketchy! So I contact another person who was very helpful and ended my subscription hopefully for good now, but I have been told that I am not going to get any of my money refunded for the months that I haven't used it and that I was not okay with them charging me because I thought I already ended it! I just want to get rid of this app but it won't refund me $30 that is just sitting in the account! Make sure you're committed to whatever you're buying in there because you will never get the money back even if you end up not being able to go!
I have purchased multiple groupons from the company. Many have ended up in the Merchant no longer accepting the voucher. After contacting Groupon they only offered a trade in or Groupon bucks as a refund. I got a new service which again did not accept the voucher. I contact Groupon advising all their preferred merchants are unreliable costing me to pay out of pocket for the services. Groupon explained the would not refund my money to my bank account because I used the trade in. I explain I only used the trade in because that was the only option they gave me. They did not assist and had no intention to do so. Horrible customer service from the representatives and the manager Sanath.
In June I ordered some Latisse. I redeemed my voucher. At that point they deducted $135 (full price) from my paypal account. I have sent numerous emails with no response. Oh... I never got the Latisse after. I contacted them & they said I didn't redeem my voucher...
BUT the voucher I have has REDEEMED in large letters. I also eeemt to the company and redeemed the voucher on their site.

I hadn't had Groupon in a few years and rejoined last month. My spam mails that made it thru my filter jumped to 80-90 per day. Yesterday I cancelled Groupon and my spam mail dropped significantly.
I used this service once and want to share my experience. Actually, they are not so bad, but I wanted more from service. The interface should be less comprehensive, especially login system. All in all, this is not bad
I purchased 2 Vouchers for Athens Greece and when I called to reserve them I was told that the departure cities that I have picked and paid for were not available anymore. Gate 1 suggested to call Groupon and ask for a refund since the deals that were sold are not valid anymore. They did process my refund very quickly but upon receiving it I had noticed that I lost 134$ due to the US/Canadian Conversion. To me, it was not fair that I had to lose money because of Groupon's fault. How is this fair that they don't issue you your actual refund when they are the ones at fault? They should include this in their policy. If they are not going to give you what you paid for at least give our money back. Very very upsetting.
There's no diversity in their advertisements. The world we live used to live in has changed seems like groupon need to catch up with times.
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
