I have ordered a few things. One package was completely open with the item floating around in the shipping bag. I ordered a bed set. The sheets are so thin they fell like they might rip. I think if I was the conforter it might bunch up. I order some tanks and the sizing is all messed up, know I am hoping they will let me return them. I will not be ordering material items through them again..
Honestly I tend to buy groupon's for new places that have opened up as a great way to check what is new int he area and have found quite a few new restaurants that I may not have tried otherwise. Love the service!

I order a product, never received. Groupon Customer Support told me to contact the supplier. Still no product. This is theft.
I had used this site prior to the complete re-design, and it had been a lovely experience. THIS IS NOT THE CASE ANYMORE! I spent $200 on clothing and express shipping only to receive a call the following day from the "loss prevention department" stating that I needed to call back and speak to someone or my order would be cancelled in 24 hours?! I've called back, left messages, and spent over an hour doing the online chat with customer service. CUSTOMER SERVICE said they could not access the information to find out why a hold was put on my package, that they could not help me or let me speak to anyone that could help me--but that they would reach out to the "loss prevention department" who would then get back to me between 24-48 hours--which is the opposite of helpful when I was told 4 hours prior that my order would be cancelled in 24 hours. They placed me in an impossible position and literally no one helped me. What a terrible way of doing business! With this kind of failure to complete orders and communicate or help customers, Ideeli is not going to be in business much longer. Management and structuring of the departments is sloppy at best. Pathetic CEO and COO... If anyone from this elusive "loss prevention department" sees this, it would be great of you to actually do your job and call me back! THANKS!
The only reason im giving 1 star I because i cannot proceed without giving atleast one star. Watch out free return apparently means $8.95 to Ideel. Horrible customer service stay away from this company!

My first time ordering success now tbat i had free shipping nothing and its horrible they charge my account twice im sick of these places no phone number just shop im contacting groupon since they market for them

Everything i was ever interested from groupon offers was always cheaper somewhere else...
I have purchased vouchers in the past with no issues. My latest purchase was a watch to be shipped to me. FIrst of all the UPS people left it on my doorstep for anyone to come along and help themselves. Second, when I found I did not like the product I tried to do a return, but the online system would not allow me to access the proper forms. After many emails I was able to get a Groupon Rep. To email me a return label and form. Apparently CANADIANS cannot do electronic returns without assistance.
Tried to use groupon for New Age Cycle in Hollywood, FL.
I was told that boss was not in until tomorrow and we could not use the groupon.
I was originally told they had the 7 bikes we wanted to rent but when told it was groupon, they said they did not have the bikes available.
I was told it would "wipe out their entire inventory".?
Isn't the goal of a bike rental store to rent out all of their bikes?
You never know what might be offered, and the offers range from a manicure to a weekend at a mountain resort. Good stuff, fun, good offers, and easy to redeem the deal.
On March 12, I ordered a Cable & Gauge Boatneck Elbow Sleeve shirt with a handkerchief hem. Instead of the shirt I ordered, I received a Cable & Gauge Marine/Cloud shirt. I was told that I would receive a refund considering it was your mistake, and my account was credited. I was also told that it cannot be exchanged. Then, I again ordered the Cable& Gauge Boatneck and for the second time received the Cable & Gauge Marine/Cloud Shirt. I enjoy shopping on your site, but have to question why I received the wrong item twice. I believe it's the wrong stick on labels on the packaging bag. Now I have 2 tops that I don't want. I question if other people that ordered the top had the same problem and would still like the original top.

I love using Groupon. I've been a customer for just over a year and I haven't had a bad experience yet.
And I try a lot of places that are new to me. Very good place to find photo canvas discounts.
I purchase a set of non stick pan on 14 March 15. As it has indicated that delivery would be send within 7 days. I waited until 24 March 15 and the goods never reached. Send them an email and they responded that the goods were already out of stock and asked me if I am able to wait for another week for the arrival of the stock. I agreed and waited again.
Then, on 1 April 15, I send them a reminder asking about my goods. And they replied was that it had been collected by the delivery company on 31 March 15 and told me to contact them for delivery timing.
I contacted the company NNHAS and spoke to the staff. When I gave them my order no, they told me that they would be checking. They did not get back to me for an update and as usual the phone line was not answered.
It was on 8 April 15, I send an emailed on my goods and even contacted Groupon to complaint a day before.
Today, 9 April 15, when I came home, I saw a parcel right on my doorsteps.
WHAT A WAY TO DELIVER THE GOODS. Nnhas IS THIS THE WAY TO DELIVER THE GOOD TO YOUR CUSTOMERS CUSTOMERS!. There wasnt any phone call to inform of your arrival. And what about the invoice?. Your delivery staff signed himself?.
I ordered a groupon a couple of weeks ago. The business said they would only honor it if I ordered through groupon. I did and they wanted to charge me full price for my pizza. They had my phone number but just made the pizza and sad groupon did not show I paid. I am 74 y/o and had to give them almost all of the money I had. It was a horrible experience and I refused to take the pizza. Why eat when you are crying over it. Never again.
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes, report it but using social media is a very effective way to get a companies attention. Spread the word, Groupon does not honor returns!
Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: I wish I could say why, but a solution might be to contact Call Curtis, or your local News station that helps with consumer issues. They always seem to get fast resolutions, because companies hate BAD TV PUBLICITY.

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!
Answer: Well, it's not Ideeli anymore... it's been Ideel for about a year now I think. Yes, there is a customer support phone number. I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
