My account has been hacked. Last night I received 5 "purchase confirmed" emails totaling over $1K worth of fraud, all of them showing my accurate personal information and payment details. This was immediately followed by another email that my email subscription had been changed. I first contacted my credit card company, which immediately addressed the fraud concern. And then the nightmare began... groupon customer service was closed to begin with. According to the recording, "the agents were RESTING THEIR TONGS". I called back first thing in the morning. After a long wait, someone picks up, apologizes for the inconvenience, says she is unable to pull up my account and will have to transfer me to a different department. Long wait again, and... I'm sent back to the automated voice main menu! Long wait... another agent, I explain the situation, she assures me the call will get through this time around. Long wait... call drops! Third consecutive time I am calling now, and the wait is 20 min or greater... just to hear that they can only deactivate my account, but NOT DELETE IT. I AM NEVER USING GROUPON EVER AGAIN!
I don't understand why all the name brand let Ideel get away with this they are selling dresses with their name on them PATRA, SUE WONG AND OTHERS and they are fake I think is a law suit.
I had a horrible experience with this company. The first I experienced was I order something an I was expecting it to be shipped when three weeks later I reach out to them to find out where is my item and informed me of course this how they get you we sorry at this time the item I order was no longer available meanwhile I had paid them and receive a confirmation number, then the next incident I order an item as a gift for someone when I received the item it was the wrong item and they tell me again we sorry about this they will issue me a refund of course but my item is no longer available. Now this is like playing the lottery with this company. They do not appreciate my business because they dont really care about the customer but about get there money doesn't matter from who... This should not be a way to run a business. How can I buy from them and then to find out I can get what I order!
Ordered a GPS, got it two and half weeks later to find that the windshield attachment piece was missing. Customer support (after waiting an average of 25 min) told me that I could return the product and I would get a full refund. I asked them to tell me something new, since I knew all this already, plus that answer didn't solve the problem at hand. I really wanted to keep the item, in part because I had a trip coming up the following weekend. Then they told me that I could contact the manufacturer, since the product has a one year warranty. Who should contact the manufacturer? Am I being a nuisance by demanding service for something that I paid for? They don't know how to solve these issues. Serious companies will ship you an expedited order with a new item while they wait for the return, not after they receive the returned merchandise. It seems that going above and beyond to appease rightfully upset clients is not one of the core values of this company. No wonder you find many negative reviews all over the internet. Never again. I wish good luck Groupon, but you are going to need much more than that to stay afloat!
Groupon I always shop online with this site prices are just great and postage is a great price consider with other site I love shopping on groupon.
They have the worst customer service ever I order iPhone 5, they send it to the wrong address when I called them they said that i have to call ups, and then ups said its group who has to contact them, so I had to call them again, but they keep saying the same thing. I never had my refund still, and never get the package. They even refused to contact me to follow up with me.
I ordered a pair of shoes, and I paid for 2 days delivery. It was shipped on the 28th and on the tracking record, it will be delivered on the 1st -end of the day. Is this 2 days? Please true to your promise. If you can't deliver it on time, don't charge clients for speedy delivery.
FYI: this will not improve your sales. To the management, you need to look into matter, if you want business improve your system of delivery.
Ordered a dress for 12.00$ it came so I ordered tank tops for 34.99$ Never received them they said they delivered them to me to contact UPS... So I will never shop there agin... No tank tops and no money. I'm deleting the app on my phone
I booked a coupon for Iceland trip with Gate l travel. There are two different trips one for groupon or Gate one regular.-- the groupon trip did not include morning tour, or airport transfers. When these were included with the groupon price it was $80 more than going direct with Gate l. I have been on the phone 5 times to get this matter straightened out. DO NOT TRUST GROUP ON TO BE CHEAPER THEY ARE NOT!
I canceled my order after 10 minutes because I forget to apply a coupon.
According to their own instructions: I cancelled the purchase then I received a message by mail confirming the cancellation and refund so I proceeded confidently to make the purchase again and apply my coupon.
Although I followed their own instructions they took the money from my card for the canceled purchase and they will return it in 10 days? It's crazy! I totally upset!
I fine from my Bank because I use more money that I had. ( I have two charges from two purchases :'( ).
The site of Groupon doesn't have a costumer service on live, only has several Q&A that never resolve your issue.
I love Groupon and all the deals, however, I have had several experiences with the actual vendors being inconsiderate or not accurate to their deals.
I have had several terrible experiences with Groupon and finally just gave up on using the Groupons I had purchased because the ones I did use cost me more than if I had just gone to a decent service provider in the first place. Hair salon example: the person who colored my hair was terrible - my hair turned green. I spent over $300 going to another salon to remove the green and return my hair to it's natural color. Chiropractor example: my back was killing me, so I decided to use a Chiropractor Groupon I had previously purchased to try to find some relief. The Chiropractor was so focused on the Groupon that he did not want to treat me until I came back for a second visit without the Groupon. I had to tell him to pretend this was a second visit and to please treat me and I would pay for the second visit separate from the Groupon. Restaurant example: the restaurants that are involved with Groupon do not seem excited to see a Groupon customer and in many instances will try to limit your ability to use the Groupon. It can be embarrassing and I have found that it is just easier to pay full price for a meal at a restaurant that is not desperate enough to participate in Groupon. Tour of Washington DC in Limo: the limo was not a limo - it was a car and the air conditioning was broken in the car when it was 98 degrees outside, and the "tour guide" did not even know his way around let alone five words of English. We spent two hours in a hot sweaty car, no guide, had to get a map and tell the driver the few places we actually wanted to go in the hot car. A taxi would have been cheaper and they probably would have been able to tell us more about the sites. There is usually a reason for restaurants, hair salons, chiropractors, etc... to participate in Groupon - many times it is because they are desparate, going out of business and trying to hold on, have terrible food, service or are not good at what they do in general and that is why they are participating in Groupon. Life is too short - I'd rather pay full price and have a good experience!
I use Groupon very often and have for several years now. I enjoy the great deals they offer. Their customer service also takes care of me when I have a problem.
Make sure that you read the fine print before purchasing.
I've ordered Restaurant, hotel stays, jewelry, lunch boxes, many items and haven't had a problem. If something isn't right I email and they rectify the situation.
Always good deals but mostly local services that sometime I end up not using since the expire too soon

I bought couple tickets on Groupon, online for Cirque du Soleil, Varekai Show, August, 23rd. By the time I bought there, since I couldn't complete the purchase online, I had to use customer service online, they were really helpful, I was able to complete the tickets buy. But, at show time when I was claiming my tickets on will call office, they weren't able to find any where around through my email confirmation sent out by Groupon to me the nominal G-tickets. At that point I had to buy again my tickets for the show on tickets office. I was at a later time reviewing the confirmation and I couldn't find that G-tickets confirmation either, same over my Groupon. When I emailed back to Groupon, with an explanation of my events and trying to get a refund, their answer was adverse and I couldn't get not even a consolation coupon or something. Going forward I would recommend to general public stay away from buying on Groupon unless they are certain about their getting a clear confirmation, or a good G-ticket to the show.
This is the worst experience I've had in my life, she works out of her home it was very dirty, and had a foul oder, she had multiple loud disrespectful kids stomping and running through out the house. I had reservation about continuing after my first impression but being as I paid already and drove to her and she was already and half hour late for outr session I stayed. She has a very nasty nice way of speaking to people and claims positive energy but gives off very negative, as she rubs me she goes to get something out if a massage bag and condoms fall in my view at this point I got up to leave I was very displeased with this service and would not recommend Mellisa Bagleys lavender lotus mobile wellness spa to anyone.
I purchased an item on groupon three weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped. Tried contacting customer support and even called 1800 number and no response at all. Three week? Really? I could get mail quick in a third world country. Shame on you Groupon and your groupon CEO. STICK WITH AMAZON PEOPLE. IT"S NOT WORTH THE 3-5% SAVINGS.
I love groupon! They always have awesome deals, my wife and I are using them all the time. I love restaurant deals and my wife is always using groupons in beauty salons. That's also great that they have it in different countries.
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
