Groupon has a lot of great goods and services but the time it takes you to receive your order is horrible! It's too bad because I see a lot of things I'd order if I didn't think I'd have to wait so long!
Totally love groupon for it's outstanding deals. Whenever you're looking for a vacation trip, go to groupon and they got you covered with -50% OFF or more on Hotels etc.
Update:
I just bought two VoIP systems. They mistakenly sent me one. When I request to send the other, they told me they cannot for no reason. They said "I would be happy to issue $30.00 in Groupon Bucks" for the item of $100 that I did not receive. This is cheating.

I have been using Groupon for quite sometime. I like the deals shown on the site. Pros are some deals are very good. So when I find one I am looking for, I buy it. Cons are item is not always available. I also recommend to remove and stop selling any adult items. As criticized, some items are not very good and sold as a deal. But also good items are also sold as cheap. So you should know what you need and buy it. I often compare with Alazon and eBay for the price and decide where to buy.
I have been sucked in for the last time with Groupon. I can think of only one thing out of many, many things that was worth even the super low prices. Most of the things I have ordered are in the trash. You can pay a little more locally and get quality items.
Groupon.com or. Ca is not worth your savings when you buy them you usually don't use them or the location is far away from your area... you will never get you money back its already gone to the stockbrokers.
I have no words for how much I love this site! It IS my absolute #1 online place for all things! From entertainment, to clothing, food, eating out, and whatever else you can think of! The deals are UNBELIEVABLE! You pay a fraction of the regular price! And if you have anything you need returned for whatever reason, they make it SO easy! A breeze! Awesome customer service too! They are always timely and so super helpful every time! I just can't tell you how much I LOVE them! Best site EVER!
Ordered a bag from this site and waited over a week for it to come. Opened the box and it was the wrong item. Emailed customer service and I was told the bag could not be switched out for the correct one. This was their mistake and now I'm out $30
Unfortunately Group on are very difficult to contact. My last item was neve delivered and it took many emails to resolve the situation. In the end I got a refund but all I wanted in the first instance was my order. Foolishly I have ordered from them again and 8 days later no sign of my item. I feel they do mot value their customers. Very disappointing.
I have a groupon about to expire in 11 days for a massage and not appointment is available until the middle of January, Cannot get to chat. Will not hold for 60 minutes to tell them I have a problem. That is a problem itself!
I bought a Groupon yesterday but then they issued a promo code today. I contacted customer service and asked if they could apply the promo code to the purchase made yesterday but they couldn't, however they did cancel my order, issue me a refund and allowed me to repurchase the groupon with the promo code. They have always been very helpful and I've never had any problems with my purchases.
I ordered a headset from the groupon app and got it in about a week! :) their was nothing wrong with them and I am happy :D

Fraud was done on my account in July 15, since I notice the purchases on my account I called customers and told them the situation and not to send the items out which amounted to £95 however they send all the items. I ve been calling for the past four months to get a refund from the company, every time I call I'm being told it will take 5 working days to investigate the issue. This is been happening every call I made to customer service, requested to speak with the manager on many occasions all them Im being told they are in meetings. After a while I kept on calling n they put me on hold for 1hr never got back to me or they just hang the phone up. I'm going to take the name GROUPON on all social websites so customers know not to shop with them because they are not reliable or helpfully and the staff are absolute waste. Groupon staffs are all $#*!ers to name a few Michelle, Melissa those are some of the staff I ve spoken too $#*!ing pricks they are….
I purchased my item, then said ' Your order will be delivered with in seven days' and now it has been 10 days and hasn't come!
Whatever I have shopped, always arrived well packed and I can always track it. I delivered a few items and never had issues, they let you know when the article arrived at their offices and the refund have been than very fast. They items that are not refundable are clearly marked so it's up to the consumer to read carefully. The brands are genuine but some items are of better quality than others, you just need to make your own research. They have beautiful items at very faster prices. I recommend also house items. Wait for the free shipping days, they came regularly.
All of the negative reviews here are extremely misleading about this company. Although, people who are happy rarely take the time to write reviews.
I am a very happy long-time Ideel customer. I've placed over 100 orders with them since July 2011. I've gotten some excellent deals, in my opinion. I have never had anything but a positive experience. I've never received the wrong item. In the event that I need to make a return, the process is simple, convenient and fast. I always opt for the store credit unless it was a very expensive item. You simply need to be aware whether or not the item you are purchasing is a final sale item or not. They are always clearly labeled. Customer service has been a positive experience and the reps have always been helpful. I've never had to call. All questions or issues have easily been resolved over Live Chat, which is a feature I love!
My only complaint, is that since I've been a long-time shopper, they are quite slow in getting new merchandise. I haven't purchased from them for a month or two as I've looked through all the same items numerous times. Although, I do keep checking for items that I like as they sometimes end up marked down even more! Though I'm a bit disappointed with the lack of new selection as we're heading into the 2015 holiday shopping season, but I will keep looking for those great deals!
Read quite a lot of negative reviews after purchasing quite a few item and spending a decent amount on money on these deals but I have had a good experience with my products arriving on time and in good condition. Very pleased with Groupon :)
I bought a futon bed with groupon. The futon itself was fine but I changed my mind and wanted to return it. I am now trying to return it since 6 weeks! The courier service has a different address and won't let me change it. This needs to happen through Groupon who just do not do it.
A complete joke and I'm furious.

Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
