I bought concert tickets the tickets stated to pick them up at 6:30 pm for certain seats did exactly what the ticket said but when we arrived could only get tickets for the nose bleed section. Venue stated that the tickets were available for pick up at 10 am that was a error from GROUPON.
I placed an order at the beginning of December and received it - everything OK in this respect. However, the customer service is extremely slow to respond to e-mails and there is no live chat available really although there seems to be - I tried twice during their working hours, waited patiently starting as a 4th or 6th customer and when there was only one person left they informed me that the average waiting time is about 7 minutes. And when it was finally my turn, I received a notice that there was no agent available to talk to me. Plus they no longer ship international orders (in spite what it says on their web site). When in my homecountry one of such selling sites offering flash sales stopped operating, they first waived flash sales so only outlet items were sold for a while before they closed the site completely. And the return policy of Ideel is a scam compared to European businesses where returns are governed by state laws not by moods of particular companies. I am sure there are plenty of other trustworthy sites to shop from.
So two stars because the merchandise was what I ordered (luckily) - but the items were not part of flash sales.

At time you come across very unique services and products at either reasonable price or high price which seems worth because of uniqueness of product.
Negative
There is probability that you find the product shown in groupon in local market as much lesser price and you feel cheated. It happens less but happens.
Ordered 2 tickets for Josh Groban Aug 6 th. Groupon had printing the tickets at future dates three different times and the final move was for Aug 9 th after the event. What?! Then when I tried to contact them by phone the wait time is over 24 hours, what.! I left my phone number, more than 48 hours nothing. I will NEVER use Groupon again.
Groupon only allows returns up to 14 days after delivery. I bought an item for my husband as a Christmas gift at the end of October and they wouldn't let me return it after Christmas even though the item was mislabeled. I waited 20 minutes on hold and was hung up on. I tried the live chat only to be told they couldn't help me or transfer me to a manager and then stopped the chat before I was done asking questions. They have HORRIBLE customer service! In fact I spend thousands of dollars a year and many items are cheaply made, but I figure you get what you pay for, but they won't return my $60 item. I guess it's there loss. They are losing out on more money by losing me as a customer and everyone I know I will share my experience. Very disappointed!
Ideel has finally gotten back to me & all was cleared up. It seems that they were going through a major transition as they were taken over by Groupon. I hope they realize that servicing customers is of utmost importance & take that seriously. I was very satisfied in the past so I am willing to try again. I wish them success
I am finding hard tI mean reaching customer service you only can chat with them Saturday onlys. They process my payment and today they send email saying they couldn't get the money from the bank when I called my bank they say ideeli try to process extra 50 dollars now I couldn't reach any of there customer service so disappointed.
This is good for people living in chicago that have 50 to 90 % sale offer. They mostly shop from this site
I never received the item I ordered. Unfortunately, I ordered over $1000. 00 worth of merchandise. Of course, they're all been deducted on my debit card. No customer service phone number, no one to talk to on their online chat. I sent emails, but, no reply. Their policy is No Return and No Cancellation. I've been scammed. Don't know where can I get help. Why is the rating starts with "1?" Has to be -1!
Don't use it often, but once in awhile you get a good deal.
Placed an order in November expecting delivery for Christmas. Now 2nd January and item still hasn't turned up. No response to emails. Can't get through on phone. Will never be using again! Avoid at all costs.
Scammers. Stay away from this place. I know my designers and real and knock offs. This place sells knock offs at genuine prices! I spent thousands of dollars and found out it was fake! How do this site even still exist. I spoke with one of their sales rep, they claimed everything they sell is "authentic"! I took pictures of crap that they sent,; the one shown below is supposedly a Celine bag (this is what made clear to me on how fake their products are), flimsy and lopsided, handle is majorly vented, and no ID code!. Seriously major scammers. I don't know who they are trying to fool! Really sad.
Overall a great service but not really speedy in the delivery of the products. Concert tix and food are not a problem

I ordered a t-shirt on the 30th of November giving it plenty of time to be delivered for Christmas, its now January 1st and the item still hasn't been delivered, can't get in touch with them over the phone due to constant busy lines and being put on hold so being forced to deal with a man over email that keeps stating delivery dates which never seem to arrive, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless you just want to throw your money away
I am so disappointed, I don't know why it keep saying my emailaddress is not sign up because i saved both my username and password for this website (groupon) in my computer so i don't have to re enter again but when i try to login, it says your email address has not registered. I have more then $30 in my account so they took that money and refused to answer any of my emails... I used to love groupon but NOW! Be careful guys they will take your money.

I purchased a jewelry box on December 7th through groupon and its now December 31 and my jewelry box has not been shipped. I asked groupon for refund to my credit card and they offered to give me a credit towards my next groupon. If they can't help their customers then they will end up losing tons of future customers. Not cool at all GROUPON you suck!
I submitted two orders towards the beginning of December. Usually when I do this one gets to me before the other, so I wanted to see if I could get lucky and get one of them to me before the 7-10 days. It's been 3 weeks and neither of my orders have even been processed. They each have a tracking number, but there aren't even any packages to go with them. Seriously the worst experience I've had with an online retailer.
What is going on with ideel.com? I've used this web site for several years, probably since its inception and have always received excellent customer service. Suddenly I log onto my account to return an order that was shipped less than 2 weeks ago to find that my order is no longer eligible for return (prior return policy was 21 days, now it's suddenly 14 days with no warning and the change was made mid-order). Despite the change, I'm still well within the 14-day window with no option to return. I email the customer support team (there is no longer a phone number or chat option) and get a really shady reply stating "Unfortunately we don't take anymore returns from Ideel." I'm completely confused as to what's going on. I ordered from Ideel - how can you not accept returns from yourself?!?! This is unacceptable and not the way a reputable company should treat their customers, especially during the busiest shopping season of the year. If Ideel has changed hands, I am not interested in doing business with the new ownership as this kind of customer service (or lack there of) is simply not right. STAY AWAY. BUYERS BEWARE! None of us would have thought to look into the Return Policy for a sudden change. I've always had such success with this company, but now they are certainly not getting my business. Try Gilt.com or Hautelook.com for better customer service and pop-up sales.
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: I wish I could say why, but a solution might be to contact Call Curtis, or your local News station that helps with consumer issues. They always seem to get fast resolutions, because companies hate BAD TV PUBLICITY.

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!
Answer: Well, it's not Ideeli anymore... it's been Ideel for about a year now I think. Yes, there is a customer support phone number. I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
