I was huge fan of ideeli.com... so muxh so that i constantly recommended to customers shopping at the boutique I worked at because they loved my clothing and accessories which always came from ideeli. There is no longer any selection. Sorry to see great business disappear into the abyss... seems to be the American way these days!

Just thought I would share that Groupon is not customer centric. Beware if you choose to deal with them and always use a card that will reverse the charge for you, because they won't. I bought some Bio-Freeze and when I tried to complete my purchase, my expiration date was wrong on my card because my bank sent me a new one. Groupon stated the transaction was canceled so I updated my expiration date and re-ordered. Once I did that, they re-activated the canceled order as well and billed and shipped both orders. I sent an email to customer service, who responded from India and refused to cancel, accept a return or credit their error. I sent a second email with the same result. At the end of it all, Groupon is more concerned with profits than customer satisfaction, so I will not be purchasing from them again. Just thought you all may like to know.

How long does it take to just to SHIP a cell phone case?... Apparently 7 days... Then on top of that gotta wait "5-7" more business days just for it to get here. Assuming that's going to be more like a week and a half or more... Good deals; $#*!ty shipping service

Beyond Disappointed

Groupon, you failed at acquiring Ideeli. You took a cutting edge retail company and stripped it of everything that people valued. Unique brands, chic design, simple ideas and outstanding selection. Your merging it into groupon makes me feel more confident shopping at a flea market. If your sales haven't plummeted, they aren't far away from it. You can't take designer fashion and jam it into the same interface selling discount carpet cleaning and carry out meals. I'm disgusted.

I bought a coupon for a mani/pedi at a local full service salon. To my surprise, my mani/pedi was done by a senior in high school attending a local trade school in cosmetology. She was a sweet girl but I certainly don't feel like I got a professional job. I'm very disappointed!

Love Ideel; Won't Shop at Groupon ever again!

Bring Back Ideel! The post by S. K. is my sentiments exactly. Who in the world thought this would work? Groupon sells low quality goods, nothing at all like Ideel. I ordered from Ideel almost every day, I will never order from Groupon again. So disappointing!

Can't imagine whose IDEA this was because this is not IDEEL! Hate the new format, the lack of quality clothes, the GROUPONING of our beloved site. I purchased a bunch from Ideel, won't do this site again.

I do luv to use Groupon. The only reason I chose 3 stars is because there is no way to save things I would like to buy, and every time you click on a product to check it out, when you go back they start you back at the top of list of what you have already veiwed not where you where. And their lists are long. Its easier to just close site then trying to find where I actually was. And that sucks because Groupon has awsome deals and their own goods they sell are just such great prices.

Having withdrawals!

I am devastated! Shopped with ideel/ideel since 2012. My family even knew that gift time to buy me an ideel gift certificate. Nothing bad to say about Groupon, it's a groupon not ideeli. Even my UPS man has asked me what happened. I shop the site daily and loved the Sunday Night Steals. Where will I shop now? Yes Hautelook is ok but as far as they go, just go to Nordstrom. I feel like I will be left behind with fashion as opposed to trending. I'm just sick about it.

According to my bank account, I spent around $2k on ideeli.com last year. I loved checking the site each day and all the great deals. This groupon switch is horrible. I get it was a business decision to sell out, but at least keep it remotely the way that made ideeli.com so popular. The groupon setup is also cheap-looking, for lack of a better term. I visited the site once, contacted ideeli for the balance on my account to be refunded, and have only visited Hautelook each day since. Too bad for ideeli - and I am sure many employees who worked for them also lost their jobs. Bad decision all the way around. But good news for Hautelook!

Sick of Groupon selling out to the damned porn industry. "Adult toys"?... seriously? How family friendly is that? No more looking at "Groupon" for family activities or products. Groupon NEEDS an R or X rated site for the porn crap they are pushing. Bondage kits? What a great family gift that makes. Groupon has lost more than just my business. The message they are sending to the world is "we don't care what we sell as as long as we can sell it." Nice message Groupon. GOOD BYE!

What happened? I have been a customer of Ideeli's for years! I go to log-in and Groupon keeps signing me in? No warnings, No emails, No announcements? Not Cool!
Tried to call and got the WORST customer service EVER!
I am out of here and will have to go back to Hautelook, Rue LaLa, & Zulily!
Thanks for being so professional and announcing this huge change to your customers! I will never shop here again!

Website is good customer service terrible!
I have been trying to get in contact with someone from the getaway department for 2 days now starting from when they first opened. Yesterday I spoke with someone from the primary department but said they couldn't do anything about it and that it was the getaway department. When transfered, I was kept on hold for over an hour several times and when I finally called a final time after 5, I stayed on hold for 2 hours only for the phone to mysteriously hang up. Today I stayed on hold for 4 hours only for the phone to mysteriously disconnect again. ALL I WANT IS MY REFUND. In addition to this (my main reason for cancelling) the Bahamus cruise line had my reservation all wrong after me telling them word for word the correct spellings of everything, etc. My fiancé name was spelled WRONG, my name was spelled WRONG, her birth date and year was WRONG, the address was WRONG, and so was the city and state. That was so unprofessional because when traveling outside of the country that is a crucial point of service. I have already asked for a refund with the cruise line company yesterday but can't get a hold of anyone from the getaway department at groupon. I AM FURIOUS!
