As my 4th attempt I'm contacting you regarding my book. I've been waiting 4 weeks. I've emailed 3 times. The one and only response I've received simply said to make sure my address is correct. It is. So now what? In my emails I've also asked for your company to resend the book. That has yet to be addressed. Although if you do send another one I imagine I will have to wait another 4+ weeks to get it. I'm sure your explanation will be "it takes 10-14 days to ship". Seems to be your go to response to everyone. Maybe you should get a new line to use because frankly that one just doesn't cut it. It's a flat out lie. Looks like your company has let down a lot of people. Terrible service. I regret ordering and will not order again. I'm afraid if I cancel now all will be lost, including my book. Once I receive it, if I ever do, I will be canceling.
I ordered a groovebook, was charged and then I NEVER received it. I waited a whole month, never got a reply and then I cancelled my service. Don't waste your time.
Only been with them 3 months. The first month was great. Didn't received the last two books. Can't get any answers from groove book. So I guess Walmart will get my business from now on. Don't try groove book. It's not worth even the 2.99 a month

Omg! Just got my first set of prints today and I LOVE THEM! The photos are perfect! The photos come in this awesome photo book that has a very nice look to it.My Grovebook was delivered right on time as they said it would be and Monday was even a holiday! Thanks GrooveBook! I will continue to use you and I will also tell more of my family and friends about you. I am absolutely happy with GrooveBook. YOUR AWESOME!
The last two months I have seen the quality totally gone downhill from my earlier books. Grainy and dull. White walls are yellow. I hope there are some competitors out there. I would pay more for thicker paper and pages that don't fall out and decent quality.
I had an email stating thy grove book sent my book on jan 15th and still have not received it. Emailed customer service and never got a replied. I cancelled my services And after reading all these reviews I am glad I did.
My credit card was charged 3 times in a month. After several emails without resolution and customer service being rude I canceled. Do you know that they have a F rating with the better business bureau. This company is a home and not worth it.
I signed up for the first time thinking what a great idea to get my photos printed so easily. So I signed up for a monthly fee and ordered my pictures to be printed.
But when my Groove book photos came in ( which were 2 sets of 100 photos) and I flipped through the pictures, more then half of the pictures have light green smeared streaks across the photos. Some midway at the bottom, some in the middle and some midway to the top. And a lot of the pictures look grainy.
Most of the pictures are close ups so with this streak (which looks like something was wrong with the ink cartridge) on the pictures are not really presentable or good for framing.
I am not happy with that issue.
Also the turnaround time is to long and customer service is very poor. All in all I will not order again from this app.

My credit card was charged three times last month and I have never received anything. There is no customer service number to call
What a mess! This was such a great app when I first joined. Sadly I have to say I heard about it in shark tank, I joined that night and got the first few books were great. I even had a problem that was taken care of promptly and I was happy as could be about it, then I noticed the charge to my card changed from 2.99 to 3 something which includes tax and I wondered what happened but since I also had a family emergency I couldn't check out the book properly. The next few books took longer, and the quality seemed to be lacking, I too emailed but going no response and now I see why. It's ruined by a buy out by a larger company. I seem to remember one of the sharks taking about shutterfly the night of the show and while I understand the creators reasons for selling they should have been more careful to negotiate to keep the book as it was not to protect their names and the quality of their creation.
It sucks now. How could shutterfly be so ignorant to the customers who help build the company they were frothing at the mouth to buy?
Up until shutterfly took over it was awesome. Now it takes 30 days or more to get a book my last closing was Jan 22 it's now Feb 7th my info says in production used to receive book within 8 days from closing. Shutter fly will not get Xtra product order from me.
Received my first book and waiting for second. Very poor quality. I considered Groovebook so I can delete my photos lost in my hard drive limbo and have them on paper. I think I am going to consider walmart now.
I LOVE this app... at least at first. All my pics were taken with my Galaxy S5 and my groovebook were amazing quality... color and clarity were AWESOME... especially for that price. My excitement was short lived however. SINCE IT WAS SOL to SHUTTER FLY the quality is HORRIBLE. Faded color... grainy... just HORRIBLE! There is NO customer service number to call and when you email complaints you get a generic reply DAYS AND DAYS later if at all that says sorry... we can reprint book or give you credit. NO answer as to WHY the quality is Sooooo bad now. This once was a great app... great quality product and great value. Once SHUTTER FLY took over its a giant FAIL! I know the man and his wife who sold this to Shutter fly are probably cruising the world with their millions... but this was a "passion" of theirs and now it's going down the toilet thanks to Shutterfly... what a shame!
I am cancelling and hope someone else comes up with a comparable product... someone who gives a rats $#*! about the product they pit out there! I will NEVER use or promote a Shutterfly product EVER!
I have been a customer for many months. I just recieved my January book and it was horrible. Horrible picture quality. This is the first book I have gotten since Shutterfly took over and the images and color of the pictures is the WORST I have ever seen.
Just recieved my 1st groovebook. I wasnot expecting much at that price, but the quality is SO poor that I would consider my printer broken if it put out this quality. They are so blurry and color off I am stunned.
I believe that Shutterfly bought out Groovebook to kill it off and avoid competition. I will never use Shutterfly again either- they know they have turned this company into garbage and when thier response is that if you dont like it go elsewhere, it doesnttake a genious to figure it out. Let Shutterfly know what you think by using other services in thier place.
Have not used groove book & will not from reviews, but the two that started the company sold it fro $14.5 mil SO THEY ARE HAPPY! 4 stars to them!

Poor quality. Picture colors are EXTREMELY off. Even some photos look like they are from the 80's when they would be over exposed and half of the picture would be yellow with lines. I emailed them and they offered a refund or replacement. I chose replacement. In the meantime I received the current month book. Colors are still off in these pictures. Received my replacent book, had the same issues still. I emailed customer service: received my reprint. Unfortunately most of the pictures have a red tint to them and some of the pictures turned out just as bad as before.
Before receiving my reprint, I received my January book. All of those pictures the colors are off as well. Are you having issues with your printers? I have printed some of the same pictures at Walgreens and they turned out fine.
I am not happy with the quality I have received the last 2 months. Please let me know what can be done to resolve. Thank you for your help!

We don't edit or color correct the photos, if multiple books are not satisfactory, I would have to suggest using another service that might be more expensive but might be able to lab enhance your photos. We can't send anymore reprints as they are turning out the same as the original books mailed.
This is really sad customer service is suggesting you send your business elsewhere vs performing quality control and quality improvement. I am not asking for perfection, I just want the colors to be right. I use and iPhone and the colors are right when I print them at sams or Walgreens
It took 22 days to get to me. The quality of the pictures were poor (very blurry and weird coloring) and it was printed on a thin, flimsy paper. More than half of my photos had a weird crease down the middle. Hey, but at $2.99 you get exactly what you pay for. I love the idea, but I would pay more for better quality.
Answer: They are a horrible company... until the BBB or Attorney General's office gets on their case, they'll keep abusing customers. They didn't respond as Groovebook, and now with Shutterfly it's the same deal. Cancel your payments and sever your ties with them... otherwise you'll have aggravation forever. BJ
Answer: It is impossible to cancel! I had to dispute 6 months of charges to my credit card. Groovebook responded to my email cancellation 3 times and confirmed cancellation. However they continued to charge me. Thank goodness my CC expired so now every month they email me to say they are having trouble processing my payment and need a new CC. They are awful!
Answer: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! LOVED it until Shutter fly bought it... then the picture quality went to crap... grainy... poor color. HORRIBLE! There is NO customer service person to speak to... only email... and all you get is a generic scripted answer. IF you haven't signed up. DONT! If you have CANCEL!
Answer: Parkingtoday are now working after months and months of problems so hopefully the glitches have been fixed
