The first two books I received within 4-6 weeks of each other. The next month August of 2014 I uploaded my pictures and submitted my order. I waited for months and did not get the book. No customer service phone # to contact for help. I submitted an email to customer service without any response. One year later, August 29,2015 I received the groovebook ordered a year earlier. I thought maybe they worked out the kinks and decided to download the app again and give it another try. No upgrades to the app and still no customer service support #. It says I still have an account, but I can't remember my password. The app and website direct me to the *******@grooveboook.com. Oh great the the black hole of support emails. Maybe I will get a response by next August, 2016. Don't bother it's not worth the headache.

I agree with the masses. Eversince Groovebook was taken over the customer service is so bad! I am charged multiple times a month for this service, and when I send them an email to their info department or billing department I get a generic response that makes it sound like they never even took the time to read my response.
I canceled my membership with them as some months I wouldn't even receive a book and when I would reach out to them they I would have to go back and forth about 4 times with not wanting to update my address but just looking for my missing book. They would say that they are sending another book right away but then charge me for it... I was already charged for it! One month I had 3 charges... non of which have been refunded at this point and I just send ANOTHER email to every email listed on their site. I would love a phone number of where I could call and actually talk to someone. This service is no longer worth it. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you dont care about customer service.

If I could give this no stars, I would. Love the idea but there are a lot of problems with this app and the product (falls apart in two seconds). The support team are TERRIBLE. Automated responses from people who clearly do not speak English and don't understand the questions. Have had a major problem uploading pictures (from my computer) - there is a bug in their system. They have just stopped responding to me at all - no help whatsoever. No email responses from any of their listed email accounts. Also, the accounts team won't reply - so currently I can't cancel my subscription. Terrible customer service, worst I have ever experienced. Stay away people! This business should not be allowed to continue.

Little Disappointed
August 18, 2015

My photos seemed darker than the photos I submitted. Not the best quality. I will try it again. The price is good.

Same complaint as most reviews. Been a member for more than a year. Great product and service. Suddenly started having issues since May... photos won't upload, books late, pictures not same quality, account cannot be updated, emails go unanswered. GrooveBook was acquired by Shutterfly and obviously have outsourced customer service as you can see from names on customer service responses. I will close my account and notify my credit card that I protest further charges. They are not interested in a good product or customer service any more. Great company when it was a Mom and Pop. Sorry but have to give up on them.

Infomine use to work great, but my pics won't even upload. So after hearing all your complaint's I updated my credit card info with bogus numbers. Has anyone tried that? To see if it will stop billing you

Very disappointed, have this for several months, giving it up for another app. I have complained once, pictures are terrible, lack color, dark, look nothing like my cell phone pictures! Done with this app.

Horrible
July 31, 2015

I was billed month after month for books that I never received. The company kept saying the books were lost in the mail and supposedly they sent me a new book in which I never received either. I paid for a total of three books that I never received. I close my account back in March and they had the nerve to bill me for A book in the month of July that I never even ordered. Customer service is awful. I requested multiple times to be refunded for the books I never received but Of course I never received that either. I would not recommend using this company. Can't cancel my account, continue to get an automated message from their "customer service" email, then get an email later that month saying my next book will be sent etc, etc., this is BS! Do not join, I'm sure CVS or other stores who do photo printing would be happy to do it without a monthly subscription. Anyone have ideas on how to get in touch with this frauds?!?

SCAM!
July 27, 2015

Groovebook makes it extremely difficult for you to cancel your membership and misleads you into thinking its canceled until SURPRISE you are charged again next month. I was told because i did not respond to the cancelation email with a reason why i wanted to cancel they didnt officially cancel my account. It wasnt until i erased my credit card information and they began emailing me asking me for payment that they finally canceled my subscription. Groovebook is a joke and a pathetic company to try to make their money this way. And the picture quality sucks

I have tried to cancel 5 months in a row. I get the automated email then confirmation that it is canceled. And yet they continue to charge me. I have been through this process 5 times. There is NO customer service. It is a nightmare! Today, after being charged yet again, they emailed me this time telling me they received my request to cancel but cannot cancel without me giving them a reason! Beyond frustrated! :(( DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO they will charge you forever!

When first started with GrooveBook - great quality. Just received my latest book and the color is not very good anymore - not true to the photos? I really loved this service- since company taken over a noticeable difference. Will the company get back to what they did best? I'm bummed.

Eff you Groovebook
July 12, 2015

Photo quality has dropped tremendously since they were acquired by Snapfish or whatever it's called. Asked to cancel my subscription twice and they've charged me for one or two books since, because they don't care to actually cancel my account. Please don't subscribe to this service... it used to be a lot better.

Disappointed.
July 11, 2015

Not going to lie. I am VERY upset with this company! I picked 100 photos on June 1st. Well, my history said it was sent June 27th. I NEVER received my Groovebook! I had to deactivate my account for this month... because I do not have $3. And... I will be mad if I never get my Groovebook that I paid for, for last month. I have checked the mail literally EVERYDAY since the 27th of June... and I have gotten no
Thing from them. I gave them a good feedback on the web... but, now I'm slightly regretting it.

What happened?
July 2, 2015

I enjoyed GrooveBook for over the past year, but suddenly in June 2015 it all fell apart. I was billed twice, I received a book that wasn't even the photos I selected and the album selection won't show my my photos on my iPhone. It seems they just randomly filled the last book and now I can't select any photos for the current order. There is no way to cancel or suspend the subscription on the app and they don't respond to emails. Too bad such a great idea had to lose its appeal.
