I ordered a phone case & socks. I could have gotten a better quality phone case at Dollar Tree & the socks are TERRIBLE too.
These shoes feel like they are made of cheap plastic and probably cost all of 10 cents to make. The soles are not even attached correctly and they're extremely uncomfortable. Do not waste your money.
Notice it is difficult to find reviews online for this company and they have disabled comments on all of their youtube videos. If I could give negative stars I would! Beware of this company! I ordered two bags, shoes and socks from this company. Their first shipment took over 30 days to arrive I can understand this since their factories are all based in China. I did not realize that at the point of purchase. All that arrived was the shoes which did not fit so I emailed instantly about missing items and returning the shoes. They did not respond for almost a week so I disputed the claim with my credit card company. Groove bags blamed me for opening the claim and would not refund me the 45$ shoes I had PAID to send back. Then they send me another unfulfilled order and what arrived was damaged; (a box cutter slit down the side of the faux leather bag). They did not accept responsibility and brushed me off. "sorry your item is damaged". Well, it has been 5 months now and I finally received some of my refund. They did not refund me for the one of the items that I never received but honestly I give up. I cant waste anymore of my life on these people. I will be copy and pasting this review anywhere I can on the internet.
I waited 5 weeks for these shoes only to find that they were incredibly poorly made for the price. Plus the sizing was off. They are wearable but long and very narrow for the size. If that weren't enough, the soles were already dirty when I took them out of the gross packaging. Not recommended AT ALL.
I bought TWO beautiful pairs of shoes. When they arrived SIX WEEKS later, they were freakishly narrow and cheaply constructed. I didn't want the aggravation of sending them back to CHINA (seriously), so I gave them to a narrow-footed relative.
