I've been waiting for over a month+ for my shoes that claim they were made in the USA, yet surprisingly are coming from... China? They have been stuck in limbo for over a month, and I have no idea when I'm going to get them. Items that comes from China shipped in the manner they ship it takes long enough anyways, now with this COVID thing going on - it's going to take who knows. No wonder they are doing their BOGO sale every day. DO NOT BUY - YOU'LL NEVER SEE YOUR SHOES FOR MONTHS.
While I am aware that your company isn't responsible for global delays! It should be responsible for maintaining open communication channels with customers.
When your company first alerted customers to the delays. I immediately wrote requesting that you cancel my order and refund the purchase. An option your company offered. There was no response! Nobody addressed ANY of my emails... Yes I can see my order is coming (so is Christmas btw), but the issue here is your customer communication or lack there of. I would not even be writing this if you had simply canceled and refunded my order at the time.
I ordered these sneakers back when the world was normal! In any event, the shipping took forever, but there was constant communication from GrooveBags which was very thoughtful! I took advantage of the buy one, get one 50% off sale. You cannot beat two pairs of adorable sneakers for the price! They are super cute and surprisingly comfortable! I only wish they were made in North America! Great product however!
This is not a local company like they try to advertise. Their products ship from China and when I was given this information I asked for a refund as we are in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis and will not be getting this product any time soon. They refused to give a refund and basically shrugged and said "not our problem." It's a scam!
Do not order from this company, they will keep your money and your product! I ordered shoes for my girlfriend three months ago and still haven't received them! Emailed me with one sentence and never followed up!
I got my wife shoes for Christmas and she loved the shoes but they were a little big. Trish took care of everything and got us a new pair for free! The customer service experience was amazing and my wife has a new pair of shoes! Highly recommended!
I really had a hard time waiting to receive my boots. I should have received it October but something went wrong with the address. Groove Bags has been waiting for the package to be returned yo their warehouse but I am not sure if it returned to them. And I waited for another month before it can be remade (I understand the policy of Groove Bags about this one). Trish (and someone named Robert) has been trying to assist and help me thru emails. It's a really long wait but I very much appreciate the prompt response. Specially Trish. Thank you, Trish for all the help. Finally I have the boots!
I ordered anatomy shoes that are horribly mislabeled (dogs don't have 2 femurs - 1 is a fibula. Also the ribs are mislabeled.) and took 2 months to arrive.
I originally placed an order for two pairs of shoes, one sneakers and one casual, on November 19th. I received the set of shoes on December 12th. They were both too small. I emailed Groove Bags and got a response from Trish within a couple of hours. She mailed me a new set of shoes at no charge to me. She went over the size chart with me, also. I received my new shoes by January 11th.
I absolutely love these shoes! Trish was there for me the whole time. She emailed me right back if I had any questions. The size chart is very accurate to the sizes in the US. I'm a 7.5 and it was right on. It does take some time to get order confirmations and for them to ship to you, but they are totally worth it! I'm using the casual golden retriever shoes in teal as my wedding shoes! Thank you Groove Bags for having great people like Trish that I can email and stay in contact through this whole process. I'm so in love with my shoes! Thank you again for being awesome and sharing my special day with me. :)
The shoes are super cute, but not worth the 50 they charge for them. They are made in China so shipping takes forever and when I finally got them I was really disappointed in how they felt. They feel light and cheap. I won't be wearing them outside my house, I essentially bought really expensive house slippers. The tote I bought is also very cute, but again not worth the money. I would advise finding another site to shop from. The only reason I am not going to return the shoes is because I bought them during their BOGO deal so they were about 25 per pair which is closer to what I think they should be charging for these shoes.
I placed an order in early December, 2 pairs of shoes for Christmas gifts for my mother and daughter. Just received my order today via UPS. Cute idea but a HUGE mistake. The items came from China so the sizing was way off. The tracking is a joke so you'll never really know where your order is or when it will be delivered. Decent price for 2 pairs of slides but not worth the hassle. Now, let's see how long it takes to process a refund/return. Shop somewhere else.
Order five items for Christmas weeks ago and I doubt if I will ever see them. No response to emails. They are a scam and crooked company and should be shut down.
This order was placed 7 days ago, and is just finishing in production. We have red bold alerts on every product page on our website, stating production & ship times. We won't be able to deliver by Christmas, and will happily accept the return for a refund when they arrive. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes I loved but they were both too tight. I had no problems getting the right size with no cost or hassle.
I ordered two bags and they looked so cute and perfect. I realized that I forgot to put on the Cyber20 discount code! I was shopping late cyber Monday after a 14 hour shift at the hospital - my mistake. I emailed Groove bags that evening and in the morning Trish from Groove bags wrote back to me and retroactively applied the 20% off. So kind of her! Then I realized that I might not receive the bags before Christmas due to shipping times and Trish, again, helped me by cancelling my order and responding to my email within minutes. I hope to support this small family owned business in the future and just get my orders in earlier. Thank you Groove Bags!

So, I went a little crazy ordering several pairs of dog slip on shoes LOL! Had a little hiccup with the breed of dog that I ordered vs what I received! But, after a email to Customer Service, Trish went above and beyond to correct my order and get me the right "Dog"! I had ordered "Pugs in Space" but received Beagles instead! Not, that I have anything against Beagles, they just weren't Pugs!
Like I said, Trish with Customer Service was amazing and very understanding! The shoes fit great and are very well made, I definitely recommend getting a pair or two!
I have purchased several items from Groove Bags. Every time I wear one of my stunning and colorful sneakers I get stopped and complimented on them. Colors are vivid and designs are so creative. There is a wide selection of items to choose from. I have pillow covers, totes, casual shoes and several pair of sneakers - they are all so unique. They make wonderful gifts. I can only leave positive feedback regarding my purchase of Beagle print sneakers. The original order was a size too small, the communication relating to exchange has been prompt and friendly. I have since received the correct pair and received a kind offer from Trish on behalf of Groove Bags to either gift the incorrect size to a family member or friend/donate to charity which I decided was the most fitting thing to do.
I think it is important to note that these products are "novelty" items and so should not be purchased for long term comfort/exercise reasons, they are attractive and fun!
