I ordered 2 pairs of shoes - one for myself and one for my daughter. They are really cute, but no stretch and even though I ordered a size larger than I normally would, they don't fit me. They took months to come.
I've ordered multiple shoes over the years, and the designs are great. I'm a middle school science teacher and these shoes are a fun way incorporate science and get the students talking. Shoes look great and and the customer service is one of the best I've seen. I accidently ordered the wrong size of shoe, but they were more than willing to accomodate me and send me the correct size. Despite the pandemic, the shoes arrived within a reasonable amount of time.
Groove bags (not all they sell by a long shot) with Boots, shoes and handbags in beautiful artworks and great quality. I have been shopping with them for years and have bought many gifts for friends too.

Due to my bad ordering the shoes were too small. I emailed to see if I could exchange for a larger size. I got a very quick response just needing to verify new sizes, so they could send them right out. Best part is I don't need to do anything, and can donate the shoes that are too small to a shelter that can use them. Win, win, I love any company that does this!
My son absolutly loved the patterns on the shoes, and cannot wait for the new ones to arrive!

I ordered some canvas shoes with my cats picture on them. They came in good time and I was very pleased with the product. Very cute. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. When I approached the company they were prompt in replying and extremely helpful and the situation was resolved quickly and very graciously. Due to Covid and availability of in store shopping i started my Christmas shopping in the fallI ordered the buy 1 get 1 free shoes and i ordered the incorrect size. I had placed my order on September 26 & received it on October 22, i was expecting that it would take some time to receive as the shipment came from China so i was pleased with the shipping time.
I had contacted Groove Bags about their return policy (and explained they were ordered as a Christmas gift) and was told that normally it is a 30 day return policy but due to shipping time from covid they would gladly exchange them. I was very pleased with the prompt response and the effort made to get me the correct size. I am pleased with the excellent customer service provided and will be definitely ordering again now that i know the correct shoe size (note: i am in Canada so i was unfamiliar with US/UK) shoe sizing)

I ordered these shoes in October (18th)and they said that it would be here around early to mid November, boy was that wrong they showed up December (21). They show off as a local family owned company but when I searched for the shoes they were shipping from China. The slip ons I get are not stretchy at all and one of my shoes came with some orange marks on them. I highly don't recommend unless you want to over pay, wait too long, and get poor quality products.
Sorry for any misunderstanding, but our products are made to order and shipped from overseas, so our website states 4-6 weeks for delivery. Due to the current pandemic situation and being the holiday season, we are seeing longer exporting & ship times. I have made multiple purchases from Groove Bags, mostly shoes & phone cases. They are one of the few US companies I could find who made interesting cases for my not-an-iphone. Their shoes are super comfortable and hold up really well; still have my first pair after 4 years of use. The design selections are incredible, and special orders are possible. Whenever I have had a question or problem, they always reply almost immediately. I am surprised at some of the negative reviews; I have always had a great result.
When I saw an ad for this company, I immediately made a purchase after seeing that they are based in the U.S. and their masks looked fun and provided safety with filters and nose pieces. The first batch of masks that I received were great but then as time went on, I wasnt so impressed. The masks are produced outside of the US which means that it takes a month or so to receive the order. So when I received the wrong order recently, I contacted the company (whose office is in the U.S.) and they refused to refund the $25 in shipping that I wasted and they gave me $5 off of my $100+ order. After numerous emails, I finally received the correct order BUT the masks no longer have a seam to insert the nose piece. No longer impressed.
I love everything I have bought from you but this latest order was all for me. Usually I am spoiling one of my neices or sisters but this bag is all mine and it is wonderful. Perfect size, top quality, arrived quickly, perfect condition. I couldn't ask for anything more. I am just over the moon. Everyone should buy from Groove Bags.
