These folks are so customer focused! Their products are great to begin with but the prompt and courteous service is rather impressive! We ordered a bag and through no fault of their own there was an issue and they solved it so fast I felt compelled to write a quick review. We will certainly buy again in the future!
I wanted to buy something Frenchie related for my sister so I googled Frenchie shoes and tote bags. Unfortunately this company came up and I started seeing all of the great (but absolutely false) pictures they have on their website. To say I was totally duped and bamboozled is an understatement. I read it was a small family based business out of Seattle, everything looked kosher, but I didn't do my research and look up reviews. As soon as I received an email that my shoes had been shipped from CHINA I knew something was going to be wrong. And good enough! When I finally received the "linen" tote bag I can attest to the fact that it is in fact one of those cheap toss away bags you get for free when a company, hospital, or institution wants to promote themselves. I get these types of bags for free every time I get my yearly mammogram. They look like they will fall apart after a couple of uses and definitely will not hold anything heavy. And as for the "canvas" shoes? Again, false advertising! The soles are made from some cheap styrofoam plastic lightweight material with no traction and the "canvas" is some type of synthetic material with shoddy glue holding things together. Plus at least 2 times smaller than advertised. I've reached out several times to return these pieces of crap and they don't offer return labels and a very small window for returns. With the global pandemic affecting shipping, I would have to pay $101.00 to return the 3 items I ordered for $79.00 and that are probably worth $10.00 all together. I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to report them for false advertising, terrible products, and absolutely HORRIFIC customer service.

They make it seem like they are a local company but they get all their stuff from China. I was upset when I paid $54 for a pair of shoes & saw it was being shipped from China. That means they pay maybe $5 and pocket the rest. It also means the shoes will be cheap. I ordered mid-July & I am am still waiting. It has been stuck in LA for days.
I ordered two pairs of shoes. I got the shoes less then a month ago and both of them are already falling apart. I have only worn them a handful of times. Not to mention that I had to wait two full months before I got the shoes. Did I mention that even fresh out of the box that the bottoms were not properly secured to the shoes?! Also there is NO traction on them. Not worth the money I spent on them, and definitely not worth the time I waited to get them.
I absolutely love my shoes *******@groovebags.com. The craftsman ship is beautiful. I had an issue with my first pair not fitting, so I emailed the company. The sent me a replacement pair in the correct size for free and they told me to keep the other pair. Amazing product, amazing people and great customer service! Highly recommend! They also send you the cutest stickers!
I have a wide foot so they are a little tight. I'm going the canvas will loosen up. I would add an insert if there was room. Not a lot of support. Bottom only foam and slight padding inside..
I ordered four pairs of shoes, 2 for my sister and 2 for myself. I had sent an email right after placing my orders asking that my sister's shoes be made a size larger. I was told that this was fine, and would be taken care of. When the shoes arrived, two of the pairs of shoes were in an eight, and the other two were in a size nine. Just like I asked, but they were the WRONG pairs of shoes! Next, I tried the ones that were for me, the eights, and they did not fit! At all! I tried the nines, and they barely fit. So I sent a message that I will need a size ten in all of the shoes. Finally, I ordered the dog photo shoes, and I received ones that had dozens of tiny photos of my dog, rather than the one central photo, like the ones I ordered. I was sent a photo of shoes with small pictures on the shoes. So, I responded with the ad that I ordered from originally with the one dog. We will see what happens now. Wish me luck!
Very bad customer service, they deleted every claim you make. They are very unorganized. I don't going to buy anything from here anymore.
I ordered two pairs of shoes for my daughters. They took a while to arrive, and when they did they didn't fit. I was pretty bummed, but I remembered they had a guarantee. I contacted customer support by email about an exchange, and they explained what I needed to do. They were extremely helpful.
Now my daughters each have a pair of shoes they love! The look, feel and fit are now perfect. I have been telling everyone about them!
I ordered these because I loved the designs, particularly the book designs as I am an ELA teacher. The shoes took a few weeks to arrive. They fit well, and are super cute to look at. They are made very cheaply though, if low quality material. The tread has NO traction - none. The overall quality gives them a flimsy feel, and I'm not anticipating that they hold up for long. If you want a cute show that fits well, this is it. But for quality and endurance, look elsewhere. I'm glad I bought them because they are so cute, but I'm worried about sliding down my school hallways.
Insane cheaply made shoes. I did the BOGO and each pair isn't even worth 25 a piece. The bottom of them is foam, foam with grooves on it. The patterns are adorable and the sizing is correct for US sizing. Shipping took weeks since it comes from China even though the company claims it's US. Would be 100% satisfied if the shoes weren't so cheap.
I orderd the custom dog shoes and they are perfect. The shoes are comfortable and great quality and the picture looks just like my pup. Friendly and efficient customer service too

Made a purchase and still have not received my order over a month later. No confirmation email for my purchase but the money was taken out of my account. Went to the site and was not able to track down any order information. Attempted to contact customer service twice and got no response. Scam company? Never buying anything off of Facebook again. These no name companies are scams. This is the third time I've not received an item ordered from advertising on Facebook.
When my shoes arrived they fit rather tight and I mentioned on Facebook I wish I had ordered a half size bigger. They saw my comment and contacted me on how to exchange them. I was impressed that they took this initiative. I will order from them again.
I'm genuinely thankful that groove bags has unique designs with all of their products. I have purchased two different pares of shoes from them and I'm beyond thanks for the unique way that they are made. You can't did their shoes in any store. I love that! No copy cats at all! So I love this business n recommend them to everyone!

Unfortunately, two of the girls did not fit their canvas shoes, to which I proceeded to verify with the company what their return policy was. To my surprise and joy all my doubts answered super fast. Sorry for any misunderstandings! It looks like the box got damaged during shipping, but our insoles are made that way. There are light strips of glue applied, so they are easily removable for use of other inserts, for customers who need more comfort & support. Once you wear the shoes, the insoles will stay permanently in place.
