Unfortunately they don't let you know that a item is not available, I ordered a roast and hamburger so I could have one of them for dinner and did not receive either one in my order. Still gave tip, was not drivers fault. What good is this type of delivery service.

I ordered a gallon of regular white, whole milk. They didn't have the brand is asked for. They offered NO substitute. I ordered a pound of bananas and a pound of peaches. I got ONE banana and ONE peach.

... It's hard to get delivery dates for my family member's address in "exotic" long Island, ny. And as far as my own experience, the delivery people were...; they never delivered an item and snapped a purposely fuzzy photo as " proof" of delivery, but I can tell they really c.a.i.r.ed

Completely dissatisfied

The order was picked at 2:45. It was to be delivered between 4 and 5. At 4:20 the status was updated to say the driver was on the way. The store is 5 minutes away. It's now 8pm and I'm being told to wait until 10pm for my order. I was offered $15 for my wait. That doesn't even cover the delivery costs.

Every time i order something they dont have one of the items. If they don't have it in stock then there should be sold out so i am not wasting my time ordering and paying for delivery. I could have gone elsewhere.

Disappointed

Today I placed an order around 10am for a delivery at 5-6pm. Over an hour later I received a message that m y order was canceled/ I contacted the call service who told me I was flagged by the Walmart fraud department and could not place an order for another 24 hours. I did some research on line and found that I could order again using another card. After verifying this was in fact the case I attempted my order again but now the only available slots were for 50 item or less express delivery. I modified my order, paid the extra $10 and began waiting for it to arrive; now scheduled for 2pm. It is currently 4:04 pm and I have just got off the phone with a customer service rep who tells me I have to wait until 8pm and then call back if my order does not arrive. I am a nurse and this is my only day off. Not only am I expected to sit and wait all day, I am only getting half of the items I originally ordered, I am still paying $10 for express delivery, $15 for a tip, and if I want the rest of my items I will have to order them tomorrow. Very disappointing

WALMART DON'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS DO THEY REALLY? I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER & RESERVED A TIME FOR PICK-UP. THERE WAS A DELAY & NO ONE NOTIFIED ME. I CALLED THE STORE TO BE TOLD THERE WASN'T ANYTHING IN THEIR SYSTEM WHEN I GAVE THEM THE ORDER NUMBER. THEN I WAS TOLD THERE WAS SUSPIOUS ACTIVITY ON MY CREDIT CARD & TO CONTACT WALMART.COM WHICH I DID. THE FIRST REP. I SPOKE TO DID NOT SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH SO I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR & I WAS TOLD NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE. SO, I PHONED AGAIN & GOT ANOTHER REP. WHO DID NOT SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH BUT DID TRY TO ADDRESS MY ISSUE. I WAS ON THE PHONE ABOUT 30 MINS, TRYING TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE. I ASKED AGAIN TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR & WAS SENT TO CORPORATE WHICH NO ONE ANSWERED THERE EITHER. FINALLY, THE REP. CONTACTED THE LOCAL STORE TO ASK THAT THE ORDER BE EXPEDITED & I WAS TOLD THE ORDER WOULD BE READY IN 30 MINS. I WILL HAVE TO WAIT & SEE IF THE REQUEST WAS FULFILLED. THIS HAS BEEN TOTALLY TIME CONSUMING & DISAPPOINTING TO ME. UNFORTUNATELY, THAT'S THE WAY CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED AT WALMART, AND TRYING TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONES LOCALLY IS A JOKE. YOUR WHOLE DAY CAN BE RUINED JUST TRYING TO REACH ANYONE. BY THE WAY, IT'S HOURS LATER & THE ORDER WAS NOT FULFULLED. BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH THEM MOST OF THE DAY, NOW I'M FURIOUS!

A waste of time

I used Wal-mart pick up service for the first time, but I really should have known better. After all, I do shop at Wal-mart. I could not get an answer on the pick-up line. Busy with a customer. Tried several more times. No luck. So, I moved my car from the pickup zone and went in.
First, I had the never to interrupt an "employee, lounging at the first pick up point. Shame on me. He sent me down to an orange door.
Surprise! Surprise! There was no one there. Kadiyah, one of the "customer service" people told me that no one came in today. Neither she nor another clerk could do anything. Evidently, no one realizes that keys unlock doors. I pointed out that they could update the message - the one that says they are busy helping other customers. That message
If I ever get my order, I will never shop at the Spence Wal-mart again.

I can't believe this!

I ordered delivery and 7 items weren't available, I got an email saying I will be refunded six dollars and some change. I looked at my order and added up all the items and it was over 30 dollars not including tax. I called and questioned about this and after them having to look into it the person said " yes I see it should be 16 dollars " I then had to tell him if he had a calculator and went over each item with the price. So now I have to wait for an email. Hmm, let's see what happens. This isn't the first time I noticed this now I want them to go over all my orders!

We gave them three shots. They failed all three times. All three times our orders were delivered somewhere else. All three times Customer servive was contacted. All three times the reps were impossible to understand, speaking very fast and in broken at best English. All three times the issue was passed off to a third party vendor for us to deal with. They are lightening fast to take your money, but give refunds in excuses rather than your money back.

I cannot believe that they did not knock on my door to let me know that my grocery order was dropped off and left outside on my doorstep. Really? Half of my order was missing! No wonder they have terrible reviews! It's because they are terrible! Big mistake getting delivery from them! First and last time!

Instacart is better

Too many fees. Substations you don't want and no way to say no. If I ask for sticks of butter it is a sure bet I don't want a slab. I now have butter that will be a pain to measure for baking. Never would have happened with Instacart.

Grocery app is the worse

I ordered in the app 3 days ago today Saturday my order was supposed to be delivered and one bag came with 2 tissue papers that is all the rest of my groceries were not delivered.

I called costumer service they assured me rest of order will be delivered 45 min passed receive an email from Walmart my order was delivered it was not call 1-800 Walmart number and this person issu a refund they have me waiting for 3 hours and snow storm is coming to town! Worse service in the Charlotte area if I can give a zero I will.

Bad delivery service.

I put on my items I order from Walmart to put on porch otherwise they get stolen. They put it out by the hwy and it's not there by the time I get home. Thieves follow fed ex and steal packages right behind them.

Great service

I'm giving Walmart grocery a five-star review because for the past year I've been using their service and although it hasn't been perfect it has saved me trips to the grocery store with tiny babies and for that I am more than grateful. If there are any issues or missing items I'm always compensated in full so no complaint there either. This service has made my life incredibly easier. Thank you Walmart!

Another disaster

Accustomed to multiple missing items and poor substitutions. Today no delivery after waiting around 5 hours after order expected and multiple calls for updates. Now told I have to call once again tomorrow to get a refund. Do not waste your time

I had very bad experience about Walmart online order yesterday and I contacted the support service but didn't get proper answer. The Delivery person dropped the items in the different unit mixed up with different orders. Even I missed half of the items what I ordered. I called customer support service up to supervisor level but didn't get any proper solution.It was a horrible experience which I have never expected.

Terrible

They must have a severe problem getting drivers. Orders are always delayed or canceled and the customer service people are just as confused as I am about why everytime I pay 10 for express delivery I always have to wait until the next day. I think they outsource the drivers for delivery so how can you call that reliable if you don't even have a driver staff for delivery.

Placed order for 9 to 10 time slot January 6,2022. Waited all day for arrival. Called to a real person. Didn't really understand what he was saying but said Walmart substituted items but would arrive still that day. Talked to Chat Walmart who told me it was cancelled.
They said driver came here but no one answered. I was here all day. No one called so groceries returned. Nothing in tracking saying this.

Called next day and even talked to Supervisor. Walmart said you got a refund. Does that make it okay with the stress I was put through. No, not at all. Why do they come on and have a special line for seniors and disabled and as soon as they get the payment... not helpful.
