If you are handicapped-DON'T USE!
March 24, 2022

I have only used the the WalmartsPlus service for 2 months so may be early but before my anger builds I better speak now. My third home delivery was today. I request I sign a receipt so I can be sure my groceries are set inside at least. Driver #1 I happened to be waiting, resisted walking the groceries 20 feet to my kitchen but at least inside. Caught driver #2 so he had to pick the groceries back up and place inside as they were dropped in front of the door. Word must have gotten out as driver #3 came 15 minutes early and stacked the groceries so perfectly I could not step down to to them. I am handicapped pretty severely so getting in and out the door is work let alone with 12 bags. Just spent 15 minutes with customer service who only seemed concerned "was everything there?" so dissatisfied. I have not found the way to remove the tip but I will or have Capital One do it. Been with them for 20 years and they still seem to be able to pretend they care. 3 experiences with WalmartsPlus home delivery and they hit "F". Not good.

Awesome experience
March 20, 2022

The new staff at the Ashley Circle Walmart in Charleston have changed the pick up game! Catherine and the young man with black hair and a ponytail are very fast and efficient at the pickup area. Thankyou for hiring them.

No call
March 20, 2022

My stuff was left next-door I mean at least I live next door to the police station but still no one likes a call from the cops they never have good things to tell me well except for today. They're should bea way like with door dash or Uber eats and all of those to contact your delivery person but like only whenever they need to drop off your things

I can't believe a store can be so disorganized and they actually call you rude to try to be organized with groceries, hello this food you are placing in my car so don't trow bags like it don't matter to me, I like to be organized I treat customers like I am shopping for myself, the waiting time is ridiculous the money is very low, and I don't want to delivery one single order from Walmart anymore, irresponsible, rude and disorganized workers.

Trying to have groceries delivered is almost pointless. Even though the app says an item is in stock it never is. Items that used to be delivery are now pick-up only, such as canned goods, bottled water, salt etc... Nearly every thing is unavailable or out of stock. Items that used to be pick up or delivery are shipping only and that takes up to a week to receive. Overall a terrible and expensive experience.

The potatoe's have eye's aka roots growing a inch out. Which means there really old. There drivers at door dash not only take there time. They come with the food all over the place as if they been racing they even have come here with no bags i had to go up stairs 3 flights to get bags to put my food in. I have complained 15 times easy they just don't care. They all say this will never happen again. All lies. I can't even tell you how pissed off i am..

Terrible Service
March 15, 2022

I left 1 Star because I can't leave zero. I pay for Walmart plus & it's been hit or miss with miss being the dominant word. Whenever I order groceries from Walmart online I go in knowing I'm going to have some sort of issue. Whether it's what I'm looking for strangely not available in any form, another issue is finding out my item is unavailable & then offering a substitution that makes zero sense & not being able to add a better substitute due to it being too late at that point, then there's not getting what I ordered & payed for or not being able to get a delivery for sometimes days on end. It's very rare I put a shopping list together & then that order shows up in full. Today I received an order with $92. Worth of food not showing up. I call to complain & I get my money back. Then I go to reorder my food only to find out that the super center Walmart I ordered from is out of stock in every produce, meat & poultry the store carries. Walmart delivering groceries is a great idea in theory but so far after my first year it has been executed about as bad as humanly possible.

THE WORST
March 13, 2022

They send totally wrong products worth nothing to the amount you order, leave them at your door and customer service disconnects on you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE OVER THE INTERNET. BEWARE! They are using drivers that have NOT been checked for any security and they could be anyone.

I had been using Walmart delivery since it was introduced. But twice now, they have put my account in the hole.
They used to just take the amount owed from the hold amount. But now, they are billing before the hold is released, and it will overdraw you if you don't make sure you keep an equal amount in your account. I just paid bills, thinking that when they did this at Thanksgiving, it was just a glitch or something.
Now, I am slightly overdrawn. It is Saturday and they have informed me that the hold has to expire naturally between Monday and Thursday. This is no way to do business.

Walmart + customer, so a service I pay for. I've had a favorable impression in the past, to be fair. I had booked a 2 hour delivery window for a grocery delivery. Right before end of delivery slot received text message to say order delayed. 1.5 hours beyond end of of delivery slot, I receive text message to say delivery cancelled. I call to enquire why, since items have been shopped for and presumably my credit card has been charged. I get conflicting information from customer service person as to status of order, the woman constantly interrupts to reply with scripted responses, at which point I decided to cancel the order. I receive a text message to say cancelation is pending. Nearly 10 hours later, I receive a text message to say that order was delivered at 9.38 am. Yet another phone call to 1-800 number since local store does not answer calls, and finally get a refund for the charge. Incidentally, my husband had to go to the store to buy the items so that I could actually cook our evening meal. Not impressed. I'm certainly hoping that Amar who supposedly delivered the order has not received the tip.

Do not do it, they are the worst, unreliable, and some of the drivers, let's just say they are less than competent. I have had orders not delivered that were marked as delivered, received produce that was not fit to eat, had my money held up for days while waiting for a refund. They are a large corporation that in my opinion, that doesn't give a hoot about whether your weekly grocery money is languishing somewhere. Guess it is let them eat cake as far as they are concerned.

The park I live in doesn't show up on 5G digital maps and I make sure to put in detailed directions in the instructions and they STILL can't find it! I tell them to text me if they can't find me, but today the lady they sent didn't speak english! I felt so sorry for her! Who does that to their employees? It's also been suggested that you get better delivery service if you tip well. I tip, but I'm on a fixed income and can barely afford my groceries! THIS IS THEIR JOB! I SHOULDN'T BE EXTORTED TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR!
Also been suggested that drivers steal RTE snacks. I'll be picking my orders up curbside from now on.

In am a Walmart+! Member. On Feb 5-6th I ordered nearly $200 in groceries. I have the order number. I spoke with a representative who went over each missing item (nearly $50) and she promised a refund that never came. With the economy being in the state it's in, I don't appreciate Walmart not following through. Some items were out of stock and I understand that, but they admitted it appeared all the items I ordered that were NOT out of stock and I didn't receive should not have been charged.

I order my groceries on line to be delivered. In the past 2 months, I have had several instances where the groceries were charged and not delivered. The common denominator was when there was alcohol in the order. I then have to call the 800 number, report the missing order and get it refunded to my card before placing the order again and there's no convenient way to place the order again at once, I have to re-enter every item. When I talked to the store yesterday, they said that the delivery service is contracted out and this happens frequently. He looked up the name of the driver assigned to my order and said that sadly he recognized his name as a frequent driver that did not deliver the goods. They are supposed to post a picture after they leave the order and while there is a picture attached to the delivery, the photo is not of the delivery, it's just an image of a wall or something. I spend $150 to $200 per order and what a shame for Walmart to continue eating the cost of these failed deliveries, refunding the customer without managing their supplier. The attitude of the store is "this is a corporate contracted 3rd party, so there's nothing we can do". I'm sure the cost of all the grocery refunds is reflected in prices as a whole, not to mention the inconvenience to customers who are very busy or wouldn't be using the service to begin with. The store I buy from is Palmetto Florida and it seems to be a common problem there. I order from Walmart because the prices are competitive and the products are quality, even the generics but the inconvenience of having to place and replace orders is driving me to order from their competitor from now on. Sad that a company this size can't solve these issues with their suppliers. I am in supply chain in my profession and I wouldn't be as complacent about holding people to the service level they guarantee and that I pay for. One other issue I have with the service is that if they do not have the specific item you requested, many times they will just remove it as unavailable instead of trying to find a substitute. I have even had bottled water marked unavailable and then went in the store afterward to find other cases of bottled water readily available. This is a major inconvenience because if I needed the product, I STILL have to go into that store or another store to buy it which negates the reason for ordering on line in the first place. I have also had "popular" items missing even though scanned and charged, such as candy, bacon and alcohol. If I report it, I get a refund. Many times, I just don't want to be bothered to call back. Walmart -- stand behind your service as advertised and improve your process!

Terrible.
February 1, 2022

Really bad. Half the items ordered were missing most of the time, didn't have what we needed to begin with almost all the time. Driver threw them halfway to the curb nowhere near door one time but it was better than the time they left them at a neighbor's house and he ate it. A for sure mess and won't be using them again. Had to cancel because it's more of a hassle than a convenience.
