Worst service ever!
September 11, 2022

What was a convenient service turned out to be not a service at all! Still waiting for my grocery delivery more than 24 hours it was scheduled to be delivered. Have never experienced this with others! Doesn't even deserve 1 star

Just letting anyone even thinking about spending your hard earned $, DONT! Cant get groceries delivered OR pick them up. Biggest waste of my $. Horrible

I have been ordering Walmart grocery. At this point in time I am really hating Walmart I must change my grocery delivery to another store in multiple items are either spoiled or expired. Absolutely no good. I also ordered a bag of dry cat food. Purina Pro Plan lamb and rice. It took almost a week to ship from California and when I got it it was expired 7 months ago. I opened up a jar of Greek pepperoncini, most of the peppers had black stuff all over it. This is stressing me out and I cannot order from them any longer it's not worth saving money cuz I'm not saving money. Walmart is disgusting and there are no damn good

This delivery service is getting sloppier and sloppier. I purchased groceries for Saturday delivery. Only one item in the delivery was correct. I immediately contacted customer service, really wanting the delivery because I was hungry. The guy offered to refund me my money for products that I didn't receive. Imagine that! And Walmart wants you to be happy about them returning your money for products not received. Money will be in account in 3 days. Well I don't have another $80 to order elsewhere. So, I guess I will have to wait three days before I can eat.

HORRIBLE DISPICABLE COMPANY

Didn't get our order and now have to starve for 3 days because we are not allowed a refund for that long. Walmart will not just resend the order they did not deliver. They told use they could not deliver it in two hours which i was already annoyed with and to expect it between 8 am and 9 am the following day. Never arrived and when looking online it was said to have been delivered last night but i got no buzz or knock on the door. This is a horrible horrible company, when escalated to supervisor they just kept saying that i have to wait 3 days even if my pregnant wife and my daughter and i have to have no food. Horrible horrible... this should be illegal. Worst ever can i give less than a star perhaps -10 stars

Spent 40 frustrating minutes on the phone trying to figure out why I can't complete an order. Turns out it's Walmart's Website glitches. This is not the first time I've experienced the same exact problems. It's like trying to order from a 3rd world Website. I reminded the nice-enough representative that these same issues keep happening. She eventually got it straightened out, but the larger question remains, why can't Walmart get their online ordering act together?

I've been making Amazon purchases for almost 20 years without one single hiccup. EVER! But in the 5 months I've been using (trying to use) Walmart's online ordering, it has left me wanting to jump off a bridge! How does Walmart expect to keep customers with all this ridiculousness? Hey Walmart! Try spending a couple of million $$ on getting your Web site to work properly.

If I have one more single problem with this delivery service, I'm going to start ordering my non-perishables from Amazon and will be getting my fresh stuff from the local Safeway delivery.

Missing items

I have been experiencing missing items recently. I call and get refunded but I am concerned the drivers are stealing. There needs to be something in place where the drivers confirms entire order was received before leaving for delivery. Today, all my meat products were missing. I feel like the drivers are stealing.

I paid for walmart grocery to have priority delivery times. I tried to order groceries on Tuesday and the only times available were Wednesday. I decided I was ok with that. I set the time and then on Wednesday they told me there was a delay and did not go into the specifics as to why. They delayed my order to Thursday. What is most egregious about this is that my order was supposed to arrive on Thursday between 7-8. At 7:30 I tried tracking my order and it simply said it was delayed. The time past and my groceries did not arrive. Further, I received NO apology or communication at ALL warning my groceries were going to be further delayed. I tried to place a complaint on their corporate site, and the site crashed.

Theft abound
September 6, 2022

Outsourcing your delivery to another company who already has some shady business tactics ripe with theft is, of course, gonna net the same behavior for any businesses that it patterns with. Surprise! Several of my non grocery items have been stolen, including a $400 Oculus VR headset. Also slightly delivery related, but why the hell should I have to pay an order minimum for w+ to PICK UP MY OWN ITEMS? Why would I pay WALMART to pick up my own $#*!? I cancelled it.

Order was suppose to be delivered between 1 and 2, it's 5 now and still not here.ive called 3 times already and was told a bunch of lies. It's a huge fail.

I have been using Walmart delivery for some time now, and lately, it's been a nightmare. I'm still waiting for a delivery promised 3 hours ago. They don't seem to care. I was offered that they will credit my shipping charge for my wait. When I told them that I had an appointment the customer service guy told me to wait for the driver.

I don't know what is going on with Walmart's Grocery Delivery Service... several week's ago we received over $35 in 4 spoiled packages of Chicken... it was rancid smelling as I opened my bags... 2nd time getting bad Chicken...
Decided to no longer purchase any meat but continue to use for noneperashables... so on.
Placed order for yesterday... by 7pm still wasn't delivered... placed order for today... it didn't come either...
Tip or no tip just constantly an issue...
My cat food tore open and taped up...
To a Birthday Cake on it's side...
Items Didn't get... to bags and bags of Frozen Broccoli that wasn't ours they didn't care to come retrieve...
Became My Neighbor's Blessing...
We need some serious Improvements to this Service... some people are great Delivery people others not so much...
Even one very evident intoxicanted lady...
Unbelievable what I went through to change out my cat food to the bag I ask for vs what they sent me...
Was ridiculously...
Carried it all the way to the store and took me Forever to get a refund and go buy what I ask for in my Delivery!
Walmart... do better!

I ordered from Walmart groceries I am a sick woman with cancer stuck in the house and can't get to the store and I ordered and 16 hours later and the order still not get here, they did give me a discount coupon for next time so now I'm placing another order within a 2-hour window and now they're saying it's going to be delayed again I don't think they should be doing this because they're not reliable and customers like I or depending on the food it's just a shame that they can do this to their customers

Is it too much for a delivery driver to just follow, Incredibly simple, directions!?

If you can't read and speak English equally as well in the United States then you can't provide good service as a delivery driver. How can you hire a person who doesn't meet this standard?

I have discovered that delivery personnel have become far to reliant on the "App" they are provided to make accurate and timely deliveries.

I'm getting sick and tired of having to step out of my house and go find someone who should be doing their job better.

Heavy items like 2liter bottles of dr pepper they say is out of stock, just went in today and bought some, they're to lazy to make the delivery, or to send it by carrier, big items are always out of stock, Sorry business practices.

I wasn't going to get half the items I order so I cancelled the whole order. Also, I order a sofa and they changed the delivery date 3x. I cancelled that to. Not professional.

Horrible service

I've never encountered a more inconsistent grocery delivery service and I have used quite a few for many years. Associates keep making promises that are never kept. Groceries that don't show up on time... and poor quality groceries when they do show up... rotten peaches, horrible produce, worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

Im a long time Walmart shopper thought I would order groceries through the App and have them delivered. After a 3 hour delay 8 of 21 items were not received even though they were in stock. Walmart CORPORATE management needs to take a good look into what is going on in the Delivery aspect I have NO doubt there is theft going on with some of the Drivers. There is just to many complaints among customers regarding delivery. Customer service was good and promptly refunded my account for the items I did not receive.

Save your money and avoid the Walmart+ membership! The food doesn't arrive or is delivered hours late. Many times you're charged for items that are missing or spoiled. Refrigerated items arrive warm and packed with paper products that ruin them. The pack canned items on top of bread and eggs to break and squash them! I could go on but you get the message... save your money or sign up with Publix for delivery.

I had Walmart delivery since March & it WAS wonderful. I ordered Friday for a 10-11 am delivery. At 10:15 I received a text that the delivery was delayed. NEVER RECEIVED IT. I received $25 to use on my next order from customer service. I reordered Saturday morning same 10-11 am delivery. AGAIN no drivers. I'm now going to Kroger's. Their annual membership is cheaper than Walmart and they deliver in refrigerated trucks. Walmart should refund our annual membership fee since they CAN'T deliver!
