Not worth the money

Paid for the membership and when I placed my first order there was also a delivery fee - Hmmm and the salad that I ordered was brown so what did I pay for. So its my opinion that the cost of the membership is not worth it.

Groceries delivery

My first time trying to order groceries from Walmart and I can tell you. Bad experience, they text message like 7 times and then provide an update that the groceries were delivered but guess what no groceries at the front door. Very terrible service. If I can give you guys zero stars I would.

Terrible Service

Multiple deliveries 2 plus hours late or never delivered at all. Have to jump through hoops to get money back. Not allowed to cancel when paying yearly... just too bad for you if they suck.

It's literally 50-50 whether or not I get my Walmart home delivery order. It's either late, the next day, or it doesn't show up at all and is canceled by someone at the store and they send me a note to re-order. Walmart really needs to step up its game here or just stop offering the service. It's terrible. The ONLY reason I use them is because they are less expensive than Instacart with Publix.

A few months ago when I started using Walmart grocery delivery service it worked out fine. Back then my only biggest gripe was their choice of substitutions they done. But over the last few deliveries have been a headache. Once my order got canceled for whatever reason and I wasn't alerted about it. Twice my order was delayed and never delivered because after several hours of waiting - I canceled the order. But more oftenly, say about half the time now, my order will say "On the Way" but NEVER shows up. I literally live right down the street from Walmart, like a 3 mins drive so why some 2 hrs later - On the Way?!? I contact Customer Service and it's always the same story - "Not enough drivers" or "Your order has been assigned to a driver, he just haven't arrived at the store yet". Are you kidding me, my order was suppose to be delivered 4 hrs ago. It's taking him that long to get to the store? At this point I've had to contact them about my orders so much that I can verify they have a script to follow and ranked up so many useless promo offers, which is a headache to use btw. It just seems nobody knows what they're doing or what's going on. Smh.

Not the first time I've had problems with the delivery of non food items. Today waiting on three seperate orders. First order was food, instructions for all my deliveries is call when you get here, and I will sign for my orders. I went downstairs in front of buliding where cars and trucks pull in everyday. Received messages their on their way, received message that said arriving now. They never pulled up into driveway, never called me but they sent a message saying "No need to sign" what! My instructions were clear so I immediately called drivers number you guessed it their mailbox was full and of course they never answered my call. The delivery driver name is Michele and this is a habit for this driver. I complained but still have to wait on refund to my credit card. What a waste of my time.

You are lucky if you get your order

So dissatisfied with Walmart Delivery. I thought it may help us save time and money but it usually ends up in a headache with me trying to contact customer service and track down my order. I cannot believe they charge for a service of such poor quality. When I canceled less than a month into it, they refused to give me any money back and told me I would have the service for the entire year but it wouldn't automatically renew. Amazon is SO MUCH better! Save yourself the stress and don't bother ordering from Walmart unless you plan to go pick it up.

Beware the TIP
November 6, 2022

Every single time you delete or add an item to your cart - the amount of the TIP changes to a much higher amount. It really ticks me off because I've entered a custom amount already. These drivers make more than I DO.
WALMART needs to stop trying to fleece people.

First and foremost the low income, disabled and elderly suffer the most from Walmart's Grocery seedy service.The Walmart Corporation and their so called staff and management are careless, disrespectful and unprofessional! Walmart cares only about your money! The baiting and switching of products, the missing items, not having the website advertised items and not letting the consumer know until after check out. The third party company drivers are disfunctional idiots, uneducated, uncaring and seemingly mostly thieves, alcoholics and or dope fiends. Also Walmart should offer promo codes and discounts to their deidacated customers. If l could give no stars l would! This is criminal to their customers and Walmart Corporation is fully aware of all of these situations.

Awful Delivery Service!

The Cortez Walmart delivery in Bradenton Florida is the WORST! I paid good money to get my groceries delivered. The people they get to deliver cannot read or speak English which makes it difficult to read the directions to get to your house. They were to deliver my groceries last night and the person delivering could not speak or read English they couldn't find my house so it went back to the store. They sent a second driver! They could not speak or read English and it was sent back to the store again for the second time! This has happened with at least 6 of my orders. Dear Walmart! If they cannot speak or read English they should not be delivering our orders! I have nothing against anyone needing a job but this is VERY POOR customer service. Below you ask for photos or proof of purchase WELL if I had them I would show them! UGG

Walmart delivery sucks

If I could give zero stars I would. Constant screwups with the delivery service. I have sat all day for 3 orders to have them never arrive due to driver issues. This happens all the time then stock issues and if something gets canceled you have to wait what might be days to get formal confirmation and longer to get your money back.

Half of my grocery orders never come! The order tracker simply says delayed. Occasionally, they apologize and promise a next day delivery, which also never comes. Calling the store is a waste of time. They put you on hold forever and never apologize. I'm shocked at how a company like Walmart with all their money and resources could have such awful service!

Since June I have consistently been having issues when items on my orders are not in stock and told at time of p/u or delivery. Walmart authorizes the charges and the authorizations do not drop from our banks for a week and if it is on the new Healthy Benefits Plan From United Health Care, funds are not credited for 10+ days plus if they are at all. Walmart should not do this. They should charge when they ship or process the correct payment minus items mission the moment the order gets delivered. Such an incovenience and not to mention the time on the phone for this happening now all the time.

Used to be good, now it's AWFUL!

I am disabled and on a low fixed income. I have depended on Walmart.com to deliver groceries to me since before the pandemic. I don't know what is going on now(10/2022) But I had an order cancelled three days in a row recently. No one took responsibility, I spent hours on the phone trying to correct the situation to no avail and a a lot of frustration. It's the 4th day, and I'm waiting on that grocery delivery to ffnally be delivered. Cross your fingers!

What is really going on?

I am still waiting on my order and literally every time I have ordered from Walmart for same day delivery I have experienced delays in my order being delivered on time for the time frame which I chose. This is not good and should not be happening, I need to be the one setting up their system so that it runs smoother. This is horrible and it's always something that has to be switched out cause weirdly theyre all of the sudden run out of it.

Horrible!

Most of the time, Walmart delivers the wrong groceries, and its return policy makes very difficult to return the items and impossible to get a refund.
