Where Did My Order Go?

Home delivery service of groceries & HH goods is abysmal. Many times it gets delivered to the wrong address (no idea where). I just paid another year's delivery fee, and I am regretting it. Twice I have placed a full order (Over $50.00 worth) of groceries, only to have a driver show up at my door with ONE OR TWO items, and apologizing as they don't know what happened. I am a cripple and I CAN'T come to the store for groceries. PROBLEM IS LONG-TERM AND CHRONIC. MORE THAN 3 YEARS. It keeps happening, no matter what I've tried. I also see here,
That I am not alone in my dissatisfaction.

They Choose The Worst Food

I know for a fact they tell their employees to choose the worst groceries possible so they don't lose money on it. They definitely choose what people in stores skip over. Any produce you get will be very small and/or almost spoiled. Some things will be beat up and some even opened. If you don't know, the driver isn't the person who picks the groceries, it's the employees.

Over a Year of problems with this

I had no issues with Walmart+ delivery in Las Vegas then I moved to Virginia and literally every. Single. Order. (Save 2 that actually came on time without major issues) has had major problems. Either damaged items or just outright not showing up. Sometimes even saying it was delivered when it never even left the store! I have spent well over 20 hours in communication with customer service and the local store itself and all they've done is give me a few promo codes for $10 here or there. Absolutely the worst delivery service out there as far as I've experienced.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

1st time user' I was really impressed with service' I scheduled on Christmas evening for boxing day delivery' the arrival time was between 9am to 10 am & my groceries arrived at 9:10am' & everything was perfectDelivery guy was pleasant as well. Stay away from this

It is basically a lottery. Maybe it comes when promised, maybe not. Walmart cannot even tell you when to expect it when it is late, because apparently it is under control of a third party. We have asked to cancel the subscription for a prorated refund, but they won't do that either. I would like to emphasize that this happened repeatedly within a short period.

Walmart delivery sucks

I was supposed to get the delivery between 11am and noon. I got one email saying it might take up to 2 hours to get it (canned response) -:It is now 10PM with no delivery and no notices from Walmart.

This is the second time this has happened - all other deliveries were lat.

Bad deliverys

I have made many orders for food delivery and every time theres a problem they package it bad they have severak missing items this happened 4 times in a row. The last delivery igot was missing items plus the milk wascexpired and they packaged the can goods with the btead and itcwas crushed. I called walmart several times and they asy there gonna take care of it but the same problems keep happening.they have instructionscto put it on top of the front stoop and instead several times they left on thecside of the house. Im handy capped and can get to the side of the house thats why i leave instructions to put it at front door on top of stoop.this has happened to.many times so im gonna have to find a new place to buy food

I have been a prime + member for about 3 years. I pay my membership every year. I literally spend a thousand dollars per month just on groceries. That is not to mention other stuff i buy through WM. Every time the wind blows, we get cold weather, or there is a holiday i cant seem to get groceries delivered. The explanation is always that they contract out to drivers and they have no drivers or they are waiting for drivers to come in. I pay my fee to WM. I dont care about contracted drivers. If they cant contract with people that can do the job, WM needs to find someone who can. My agreement and contract is with WM. They have failed the contract. We should get compensation for our time when WM breeches their duties. Do Better WM.

Just receiving your groceries is hit or miss. Even sharing a live location doesn't help. You'll write detailed instructions that are completely ignored. They forge your signature on deliveries that require your signature. Drop your food off literally anywhere and you'll be watching them do this live on GPS. You'll call the driver to help them out and they won't even pick up. Yeah Walmart will give you a refund but it's still not worth the trouble. You're lucky if you get your delivery at all..

It's a helpful service

I appreciate the fact that Walmart does deliver there are many times that I can't get out so it's a big help to me. I do wish they would have a cart that they hauled the groceries inside with. I live in an apartment for stories up with an elevator and I know it's a hassle for them but they will come up with one load go back down come up again it would just be more helpful if they were stocked with some kind of carts I have had one bad experience with them. My order was placed 24 hours ahead. The delivery time was 1 pm. I never received the order but got a call from Walmart explaining they had no drivers for that day or the next. I decided to never use delivery again. I only used it because I am old and have car problems. The town I live in has no Taxi service so I rely upon delivery.

Horrible service

We ordered groceries online for the first time yesterday The driver either stole them or gave are groceries to someone else We escalated the situation and they told us to wait for 48 hours Are they kidding me, I spent $160 Who has that to lose To make things worse my son works for the company Needless to say I'm very disappointed My rating is a big fat 0

Delivery

This is my first time getting my groceries delivered. So far I am not impressed. I had to wait a day to even reserve my time slot because even next day was "full" even though they advertise same day delivery. So I reserve it for today 9AM-10AM. They send a text saying it'll be late. Its now noon and no order. Not impressed at all.

Terrible!

Became a plus member since my hours/responsibilities at work have picked up tremendously and thought I need to use resources available to help continue getting things done at home……thought I'd start placing grocery shopping orders so I don't drive myself to and anxiety attack. I got a message saying that they were out for delivery and then 5 minutes later we attempted to deliver but were unable to do so... no one ever actually showed up... I'm checking the recordings on my door camera and everything……. NOTHING…. When I investigated they said oh we don't deliver perishable items because it's unsafe to leave at the door... which is bull because my first order was made up entirely of perishable foods and they left them right there on the porch just fine as I have instructed. Said I should just cancel and reorder...ummmm, absolutely not! They did nothing to even show empathy much less even try resolve my issues. This is why I'm reluctant to use tools like online ordering, etc. Never again!

Walmart negative

Always has to change your order and you need walmart+ just so that the delivery fee isnt 15 dollars and if you dont LOVE that. You have to WAIT for a delivery,not a few hours that would be reasonable and sane. No expect to wait 1-2 DAYS for the delivery.oh and one net positive i guess is that often you can end up getting random peoples $#*! on your doorstep so thanks for the pair of socks but it doesnt cover the entire day i wasted waiting on my delivery.the highly likely outsourced support are quick to cancel and issue a refund with no actual compensation apart from saying "SOWWY" but that isnt going to cut it. NO thanks walmart

This has to do with customer service when you don't get all your items or someone else's items or they deliver it to the wrong house I stayed on hold for an hour for a refund that I can't just go back where they dropped it off and pick it up and bring it to you once they know that they delivered it to the wrong house. And you have to reorder everything and then who's to say if it gets delivered to the right house or not not very professional especially with Walmart stayed on the phone from 12:30 to 1:45 very bad experience

Seriously

You took my order online, it didn't come, you said the driver didn't show and it would be there in the am. It never came. I went to store and asked to pick it up. You "couldn't find it".I offered to repick. You said no. I asked for someone else to pick it you said you were to busy. I said cancel and you told me no guarantee. It wasn't canceled. You stole my food stamps. Wth?

Avoid this "service"

I paid for a 1 year Walmart plus account. I only used it for 6 months and had to contact customer service more than 15 times in that period! The savings are good, "IF" you get your order filled and delivered. I canceled the service after 6 months due to constant problems. They refused to refund the 6 months I won't be using it. This service is a joke and definitely NOT a convenience!
