We ordered groceries on line at the Walmart Store in the Meadowdale area of North Chesterfield, VA. We selected an hour time period of 4p to 5p for the groceries to be delivered. Then, my wife gets a message that they can't oblige the order to be delivered at the time requested. So, we wait and wait again. Then three hours pasts, so we canceled the order and we are expecting a FULL refund! It is ridiculous that Walmart tries to compete with other stores with their food deliveries. But, Walmart is failing miserably. So much so, they should even cancel delivering groceries. Especially, considering Walmart (the Walton Family), who have hundreds of billions of dollars in just their net worth alone. With that kind of money, the Walton Family never has to depend on grocery deliveries like the rest of us who live on fixed incomes. What a farce!

Look right hear me out. I was 100% convinced that the Delivery drivers didn't bring me my groceries because I didn't tip. And honestly, you could've called this time a social experiment. My first time ordering Delivery from Walmart, I tipped them a DECENT amount because it was such a short amount of time before the needed to get the groceries here. I never received my groceries but, they damn sure took my money outta my account. The second time, I didn't tip, due to my first experience, never got my groceries. Some crackhead who called themselves a " Delivery Driver " literally took my groceries. For the love of god, please don't use this scamming $#*! website to order ANYTHING AS FAR AS DELIVERY GOES. The lady had the audacity to tell me. " Well you can literally come pick them up, even if it is Delivery. " Ma'am, you just made me pay for Delivery & a 47$ weight fee & now you want me to come pick them up? Walmart has GOT to be one of the bigges scam artists. LMAO.
Im now without groceries, or money to buy any from anywhere else now that the walmart app delivery tracker claims that my order arrived yet thats B.S because I stood at my open door watching my entire property and nobody came with no flipping food. I even went outside with just a Tshirt, out in the canadian winter snowstorm around me and froze while hungrily scavanging the entire street for a possibly misplaced delivery order. Nope, nada, zip, zilch, nothing. My groceries maybe never existed to begin with. Maybe the map delivery tracking feature is a lie too. I watched that car move on the map for 30 whole minutes anxiously and excitedly awaiting my food as I havent eaten in 2 days and im starved to the bone and now because of the Walmart app, im broke and penniless with no money to spare on anymore food or groceries from walmart or anywhere else for that matter. I want to crawl into a hole and force myself asleep and not wake up for a year. Im not just hungry. Im now angry and disappointed and hurt and feel so cheated and abused. Im facking hangry AF. Thanks Walmart. You suck.
Ordered a pack of diapers that I really needed for my newborn. Upon ordering it did not give me the option to leave a gate code for my apartment. I provided my phone number since it said if anything came up with my order they would call. I got a text saying the delivery was attempted and would be tried again later, then got another message saying my order was cancelled. How hard is it to call and me provide the gate code to sit it at my door? I won't ever use this service again.
They rarely deliver my order. Hours later, no order. So I cancel the order and it takes them 10 days to drop the pending charge.
Every time all items ordered either missing or undelivered but they still charge and cheat customers
Items were not delivered, but I was charged for them.
One time a complete whole order wasn't delivered; they said it was delivered and charged me anyway.
The past few months Walmart+ grocery delivery charges are terrible, never had an issue when I first started using Walmart + but now the charges do not add up on my credit card. When I set up the order I am charged for what I ordered, then when I get my groceries and there are several items out of stock I should not be charged for those items. After I get my delivery I then check my account on Walmart+ and it tells me what my total order was minus the missing items... But when I go the my credit card statement it doesn't show any adjustments the total charge is still there before the out of stock items... So I keep an eye on it and after a few days the amount changes from pending to posted and still there is no credit for the missing items or a change of what is being charged to the correct amount of what should be charged and after weeks there is still no credit I have talked to my bank several times about this issue and they are the ones offering the refund and then going after Walmart for the money, it shouldn't be this way. There was one order on Christmas week that was totally canceled due to weather conditions and they still charged my credit card never giving me a refund my bank had to reverse the charges for me... Walmart get your $#*! together your ripping a lot of people off and it's not right and on top of that we are paying for the delivery service!
The constantly don't show up.
Or delayed.
Then cancel the order on you.
Takes a week or more 4 refund.
Asked to be refunded for this trash service and they refuse.
Stealing from consumers.
Need the attorney general to look into this scam.
So. I placed a large order and ran into a few snags with the one item that caused me to order to begin with. Wal Mart Suet cakes for birds. Their price is phenomenal. I called and dealt with 2 Wal Marts in order to rectify the situation. 2 employees did an absolutely wonderful job fixing the situation. One of the employees names is Tyson. I am very impressed with how a solution was found. The staff dealt with me clearly and professionally and I applaud them. So many other local businesses could take a lesson in basic customer service. These employees went above and beyond. Good for you and thank you!

Walmart delivery only gives you 6 minutes to get to your door and outside. Which is fine if you live in a one story home on a good side of town. But if you are on the 5th floor of a large apartment building on a bad side of town, it sucks. Especially in winter time. They don't give you enough time to put on a coat to wait outside in the cold. If you try to tell the foreign driver (who's second language is English) that you're waiting inside (due to the cold), they freak out and call you because all they can understand is that your apartment building is locked and they can't get in. They don't seem to understand that the lobby you are waiting in is lit and you need to wait for cues (the person heading to the door is probably trying to get out to meet you) instead of explaining yourself and confusion for 5 minutes in the freezing cold with someone who didn't have time to grab a jacket. Can't I get a 10-20 minute alert instead of just 5-6 minutes. Wouldn't recommend outside of the super hot summer months.
Watch your account if you use a credit or debit card. After being a member of Walmart+ for over a year, I'm suddenly having mysterious charges taken out of my bank account 3-10 days after I've placed an order. When I call customer service, no one can answer or explain what they're for. I've asked to speak to a supervisor 3 times now. After waiting on hold, I've been hung up on every time.
They are constantly delayed and making you wait all day and sometimes into the next day. Customer service is no help either. All they can do if offer for you to get a refund which makes you wait up to 4 days to get that money back onto your card. They offer promo codes for up to $15 off your next order but most of the time those codes do not work. It's really difficult to order from them especially if you place an order for the morning and it gets delayed and customer service tells you it will be sometime before 8 pm. i work nights and need to sleep in the afternoon so i can't stay up all day waiting for an order. My opinion there delivery service is very poorly run and the customer service in 100 percent no help. If i had somewhere else to order from i definetly would but i am stuck using this poor service. If i could give them negative stars i would.
My groceries were supposed to be delivered between 2 and 6 today. I was on the phone with customer service for 10 minutes yo be told if they are not here by 8pm tonight that they will be here tomorrow (when I will not be home). I was then offered the option of cancelling the order, but it would take 3 to 5 days for me to receive my money back. Meaning that I wouldn't be able to even go buy groceries anywhere until then. I asked for a supervisor. They said a.supervisor could only give me same info because that's all the system shows. I spent over 10 minutes on the phone to be told what I could see from my app and was not helped at all. This is not the first time. The customer service is horrible. Good luck reaching somebody. I was sent an email saying that there were some replacements that I needed to approve. I immediately logged in to approve or disapprove them and was told it was too late. 3 minutes was too late? Customer service is horrible and my money shouldn't be held up like that. What are we supposed to eat without money to buy anything?
I ordered a delivery from Walmart it was horrible experience FedEx was supposed to deliver it 1st they claimed my address was wrong the next day they put my order on the wrong delivery vehicle now Walmart is refusing to give me a refund since I never got my item never use Walmart delivery worse ever
Warning, several items missing, you have to check every order, then phone to get your credits. It's your responsibility to track down all the errors and get your credits. They will bill your credit card the full amount of your original order request and you have to follow up for the appropriate refunds which take 5-7 days, their playing with your money. There is no reciept with your order when it arrives at your door.
BEWARE
Late night, I placed nearly a $200 Walmart grocery order and received all 35 items the following afternoon right to my door. I met the delivery person & asked them to put it on my kitchen floor; great. Only one small stalk of celery was wilted; but other than that, everything was ok.
I'd have to say GREAT SERVICE... and prices were very reasonable.
I even included in my original order a $10 tip in advance to delivery person.
Yeah absolutely not. I have never had a bad experience with anything the way I have with Walmarts grocery delivery system. The first order was delayed and I was told by three different people that it was on the way. I ended up having to cancel after waiting all day. This was 10 o'clock at night. The next day I used it again because customer service had provided me a $10 voucher (so kind, wow $10. So generous of a billion dollar corporation to give out) and once again after paying for express delivery this time. It was still delayed. I shouldn't be surprised since it is Walmart, but holy hell. I can't believe how terrible this system is.
I'm a driver for Walmart delivery and it is shady as heck for customers to be allowed to take back tip. First of all we just deliver your groceries. If you don't get something it is not our fault. If something is squished it is not our fault. We don't do the shopping or loading but we do use our cars and gas and bring your items to the door and get paid on average $4-$5 per drop off. But Walmart allows customers to put a tip on there just to make the offer better for someone to want to bring it and then the next day the tip has been removed. First of all, I think Walmart should pay more for their drivers and the drivers would be more than willing to deliver it without a tip, but to ask anyone to go get your groceries and use their gas, car and time for $4-$5 is ridiculous! It's all saving Walmart money and the customer is confused of why they pay a membership fee if they aren't really getting it free. Your fee is paying for them to hire workers to shop your items. Not for delivering them.
So, once again I ordered groceries to be delivered yet they lied and cancelled my order. I even called after I made the order to MAKE SURE it would be delivered since they have the reputation of being so unreliable. Then after being 2 hours after my delivery window and supposedly being out of items like "bread", I get the text that its on its way followed by another immediate text that the driver "attempted" to deliver. Clearly a lie since I have a ring doorbell and a dog and he couldn't physically have done that so fast. I contacted again Walmart customer service for them to lie and say the driver felt some of the items were damaged. Which is it?! I then even tried calling the store directly for over 30 minutes just to have no one answer. It is ridiculous. So much time, energy, frustration, and more dealing with this company. I even tried another time but nope, that's how deliver is now I guess. You can't contact your driver. You can't talk to an actually physical person at the store to deal with it. All you can do is a chat that looks at a computer and does nothing to help that you can't do yourself.
I hate that this business has a monopoly in our area when it clearly is not a good business. If you have to use them, just don't rely on delivery EVER!
Answer: Non existent. You get a refund - no redelivery when they screw up. Worthless.
Answer: No one wants to work. Unless you tip well they won't take delivery
Answer: Two wrong addresses in one day with picture proof in tracking that it wasn't even my address number
