Great service, very professional. I meet one of your agents at airport and was driven to the office which is a short drive about 5-10 minutes away. When I arrived I was greeted and in no time at all my paperwork's was completed and I was on my way. The vehicle was practically new and very clean inside. Excellent company
Both staff had difficult customers who took a long time to help. I waited for 45 mins - standing in the small office. My daughter and partner with all our suitcases waited outside as there was no room. It's not a nice environment - a lot of young male asylum seekers looking at my daughter. She felt uncomfortable and there was nowhere else to go. No toilet facilities, nowhere to sit. Not a great experience. I would recommend you move from this site.,

I was skeptical cause had never heard of this company and service in PR can sometimes be spotty but it was all great. Very professional. Clean office, clean car, good price. Finding the place was tricky because Google was taking us to their old office apparently inside a hotel but if you're not sure just call them — a human not in India but in Isla Verde PR picked up the phone and I saw her at the office later. Beware -the office is NOT at the airport and they are only there 8 or 9am to 5pm. I did not have the shuttle pick me up but they dropped me off at the airport very quickly and efficiently. Not sure what happens if traveling outside regular hours. I'm a past local now tourist and rented the car only for an overnight trip into the island on my last day.

27 haziran perşembe günü mobil uygulama üzerinden rezervasyon oluşturdum ve ödeme yaptım. Daha sonra araç teslim alacağım şubeyi arayarak, aracı adresime teslim alabilir miyim diye sormak istedim. Şubeyi aradığımda telefona çıkan görevli, rezervasyon olulşturup ödeme yaptığım aracın ellerinde olmadığını araç veremeyeceğini söyledi ve rezervasyonun iptal yazısını mail atacağını söyledi. Daha sonra müşteri temsilcisini aradım ve durumu anlattım, rezervasyonun iptal edileceğini ve para iadesi yapılıp bankaya bağlı olarak 7 gün içinde geri ödeme yapılacağını söyledi. Hiç bir şeyden habersiz olarak rezervasyona güvenip aracı almaya gitsem, gittiğimde ödeme yaptığım aracın ortada olmadığı şokuyla karşılaşacağım. Amatör işleyişiniz yüzünden para ödeyen insanlara bu hayal kırıklığını yaşatmaya hakkınız yok. Bugün 01.07.2024 ve yapılan bu işlemlere dair mail veya sms ile bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Bu kadar havada bırakılan bir iş akışı görmedim. İş akışı ve rezervasyon süreci için profesyonellerden veya denetmenden destek alarak bu adımları iyileştirmenizi isterim.

Initially I gave 5 stars for kindness, speed, but after 1 and a half month I found myself and the others who rented cars from them, that I have to pay a FICTITIOUS fine of 68 pounds NO EVIDENCE!?!?! I am waiting for a quick refund of the £68 fictitious fee made up by this company!

Unfortunately, when a Penalty Charge Notice is received, it is sent to the fleet company as they are the registered owner of the vehicle. They then charge Green Motion handling and 'Transfer of Liability' fees, which is why we must charge an admin fee in such circumstances. To clarify, this charge is not to provide you with a notification of the fine, as it is the responsibility of the issuing authority to do this. Great overall experience. From the guy took us from the airport, girl in reception who was polite even if it was huge the queue of people waiting, the person/lad who deliver the car, to the person drop us off to the metro/tube station. Those lads was the reason I might in the future think of refusing same company. Deserve a bonus in my opinion m

We had to wait 45 minutes until to get served. No water, no toilets, hot air. I ordered VW Golf or similar. Got proposed a Citroen C3 which I refused, to small. Then, everything went perfect with the alternative as a car, a class higher and automatics. Just perfect!

I´ve used Green Motion a number of times and always have had a good experience, they are a professional team, friendly and helpful, there´s no hard sell just offers and advice, I´ve always got the vehicle I booked, except once... but I got an upgrade because my car choice was unavailable at the time.
