The car was in excelent condition with a full tank and clean.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull.
They picked us up at the airport and after 5minutes ride we were at the rental place.
Everything was great, and the price for rental was very good.

Other than finding the place, the adress was not in my email, so i went to the car village, then told where to go, put that to one side the service was excellent, the person who attended me was called Drew, i know they are paid to be nice and polite to the customer, but he was down to earth, not full of bull$#*! like others, and i have hired lots of cars, explained everthing in plain English, honestly, talked to you like a person, explained all the ways to pay, IN PLAIN ENGLISH, i would certainly reccomend Green Motion to anyone, but you have to look after Drew, because i belive he is looking after you and your best interests,

Overall a very good experience, no delays with collection and none with return. Free shuttle form airport was a big help too, straight to the pickup and back again to the airport

Car was as advertised, ready when we arrived and had no issues Over the 2. Weeks we had it. Return was simple and quick. The only negative was the shuttle bus, hard to find on arriving having incorrect instructions. Also, someone should probably show the timetable to the drivers.

I have not used your company before and so I can only rate the booking process so far. I think your prices compared very favourably to others but I did feel like there was some info i would have liked to be able to access before confirming my booking and which I didn't seem to find. Most of the time when I book a rental car I take wheel and windscreen cover but with your package it was only available on the upgrade option which had a whole lot of other extras I didn't need. That was the only frustration. Other than that I was very happy and I am hoping that we get the car we booked and that the process goes smoothly from here because then you will have a loyal customer for life.
