I called their customer service twice. Uzair was not helpful. Couldn't check in on my flight with the booking reference number they provided.

Avoid at all cost. Plain bullies and thieves. They refused to return my money, despite having paid in full from Air Canada on my agreed refund. Air Canada didn't care either of the fact when I told them. It took over one year, legal action on my behalf and countless hours of stress with them telling me they are NOT going to return them at all (they even said that on the phone after I waited for a good 40 minutes in hope I put down the phone). When they were legally forced to return my refund by my lawyers, they charged me double their commission and returned the rest. Ref. L0RDZ8

When you go to cancel a flight, they tell you the amount they will refund, but not the difference between the refund amount and the original price. Thereby making it very easy to cancel and have to pay a cancellation fee instead of simply transferring flights. This is very unfair given the amounts of money involved, and is clearly a way to make antsy planners (like myself) pay extraneous cancellation fees. A very dishonest practice. I lost $300 due to the above. DO NOT use GoToGate if you can avoid them.

I booked a flight through Cape Air through GOTOGATE. Cape Air had to cancel my flights because of unforeseen events. Cape Air customer support was very helpful and easy to understand the directions they gave me. GOTOGATE, however, was terrible. I was on the phone with them forever and they were unclear about what I needed to do. When they finally found out how to issue my refund, they were charging me a 60.00 (USD) handling fee for being an intermediary. I don't know about other people, but that seems like a steep price to pay when the airline claims that GOTOGATE doesn't even transfer the funds over to them until the flights happen. No flights happen, no money transferred over.

Even if it costs a few extra dollars to book your flight directly through the airline, I would recommend that. GOTOGATE isn't worth the headache or the corrupt handling fee charges.

This company never answered or responded, their phone number is fake, you need to be careful before you purchase.

Do yourself a favor and never get anything through go to gate. They are scammers, and do not even know how to deal with their customers. I have been asking for a refund for a year and they are making things up. Fraudsters.

This company are scam artists. I hope unlike me you read reviews before booking through this company. DONT TOUCH THEM they will take your money and give you no service in return.

We just wanted to change a typo in a name, they took maybe 1 month and a half and they dont resolve it yet. They always say that they wait for the airline but when we call the airline they said that they cannot do anything. They try to charge us 35,100 and 600$ in separate times. Each agent says different things. Worst company ever NEVERR BOOK WITH THEM!

I booked a flight on GoToGate from Medellin to MX City at 11:40am with Vivaaerobus. GoToGate then gave me the information, that the flight number is VB287 and the time is 8:35pm. Of course I tried to call GoToGate customer service right away and multiple times, but there was no agent available. I googled the flight number and it did say 8:35pm. So I arrived at the airport 3 hours before to find out the flight left at 11:40am, and its flight number is VB281.
I called GoToGate customer service again, of course without success.
I emailed them to ask for a refund, and all they responded was "the airline does not give a refund in case of no-show", and "you should have called before the flight". No taking any responsibility, no apology, no help at all. Been flying my entire life but never experienced this kind of BS.

Airline cancelled my flight... called them a zillion time but only got the refund after 5 months + they charge you $45 for service fee even if you didn't cancel or change your booking but the cancellation is from the airline, you are the one to be penalised! Will never ever make any booking with these scammers!

You will be robbed I bought 2 tickets for my mother and my mother-in-law gotogate sent me an email canceling the purchase and never returned the money 6 months have passed, be careful when buying your ticket

Booked a flight with GoToGate. Flight was canceled by airline. Customer service is fast but sent us to the airline knowing they would not speak to us. Absolutely no help. This is just a travel agent but not interested in solving the problem

I would advise anyone NOT to use GoToGate. Their customer service is shocking and I have been waiting over 8 weeks not for a refund!

Do not book your flights through this website. They are a total scam. I have booked a refundable/changeable flight. They are refusing to change my flight and have told me they would call me back for the past week and half. I have heard nothing from them. They are full of $#*!. Do not book through them.

They are the same as my trip look@ my reveiw proof is they say it themselves 1 on thier webpage bottom right corner mytrip/gotogate 2 the callback number is the same 3 the website layout is the same do not fall in yet again like i did

I paid for the ticket flying with alliance. Tje fly got canceled and either the airline or tje gotogate took responsibly of the expense I got to buy a same day ticket. A refund is what they offered.
What was the point of buying cheap if they wont take responsibility and left me strengthened 900milles away from home. Do no use this 3rd party partner's

I made the huge mistake of buying through this site since it came up when i used Google flights to search for flights. Each time i called i waited over 1 hour 20 mins to even get through to "customer service". Then they want to charge me $$$ to change flight and are calling me to collect more money after spending 3+ hrs to change flight.
