This was the worst experience I have ever had with my flight booking. They sold me the wrong ticket (return flight from Melbourne-Delhi) which had transit through Singapore. During that time, no one could transit through Singapore because of COVID. They sold me that ticket and I was left stranded at the airport because the airline refused to take me on board. I called GotoGate so many times and they did nothing about it. I had to book another ticket on the spot at the airport, which cost me a lot of money. No only this, they said they cant do anything about the return flight too (which also had transit through Singapore). Therefore, I had to book another return flight as well, on short notice.
One of my connecting airline was willing to give me a refund. Go To Gate said that they will process the refund once my journey is completely (back to Melbourne). Its been 6 months and I am still waiting on my refund. Every time I call Go To Gate, they keep transferring my call to different agents and none of them solve the issue. Then suddenly the call disconnects. On top of all this, they are charging me extra fees ("Handling fees- Rs 2500") from the refund that I will receive from the airline. Which is totally unfair. I already wasted so much of my money. NEVER NEVER NEVER book from this website please!

I purchased the absolute MAXIMUM in every insurance category because I was travelling with very expensive computer equipment for work and everything arrived broken. It's been two months and they haven't responded to my claim, nor can I reach anyone on the phone after 20 phone calls and emails. I'm not giving up. I'm tasked one of my employees to destroy them in every travel forum and review site online. Only in AMERICA can $#*! companies like this exist. This was for my ticket and AA/Japan Airline made me pay another $500+ for one extra suitcase that was 23kg. On an international flight from Bangkok to Toronto. I was told that the insurance only covers Americans. So they will not honour it. Then why did you sell it to me?
I bought a ticket in February, for Argentina to Israel, with two stops. A week after I had paid for it (Thousand of dollars) they cancelled one of the legs, since there I'm calling and emails then to re-book my ticket or get the refund, and it's IMPOSSIBLE! Because they wanted to keep my money, they stole me!

I had to cancel my flights due to airlines fault, and I tried to call them but the phone took more than 3 hours still no answer and I kept trying until on third day of constant attempts was just able to talk to someone, when eventually talked to the customer representative, they told me your money will be refunded and that they will take this up with the airline. Still no refund and they aren't picking the damn phone. My advice is simple, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! You aren't getting your money back. I'm thinking of going to a lawyer and officially launching a claim against these scumbag criminals fraudsters!
I'm not sure why this company is still operating. I had to fight so hard to get a refund from them for flights cancelled due to Covid. Their customer service is practically non-existent! Eventually, I facilitated the refund myself, directly with Ryanair, who paid the money to Gotogate. However, I still had to battle with Gotogate, who claimed they needed to "raise a refund request" with the airline, and that the cost of this would be deducted from my money - this, in spite of the fact that Ryanair had paid them weeks previously and my money was sitting in their account! They are dishonest and fraudulent - please avoid!
Worst travel agency in my life. I call literally 15 times to change the name of the passenger on the reservation: 3 hours of waiting for each call, they hang up, do not want to give satisfaction, and are impertinent. No one can help change a simple name. Result I lost 800 dollars and 45 hours to negotiate
BE CAREFULL, this company is cheating us, I have paid extra for Flexi-plus ticket for my daughter, to be able to change the date without extra payment. BUT now they are asking to pay the difference.
The company is a scam. Customer service is not responsive, replies to messages with a week long delay, no willingness to solve an issue. Service fee and rebooking fee together are a half of the ticket price. They have no dialog with airlines that they presumably work with. Don't expect any help if you get a flight problem.
More than one hour on hold to check if a ticket can be changed. Then I got connected to someone else and then they simply dropped the call.

Very poor customer service and binding agreements. Do not use this provider. Phone numbers do not connect and spend hours on the phone only to be cut off on long distance calls lasting hours. A Bureaucratic mess designed to make you give up. On one call I was told I was in the queue for an estimated two additional minutes. 1 hr later I was being told the same message before eventually getting through to a "customer service representative that cut me off.
I think it's clear to note that for the sake of my families holiday I was being extra nice and trying to work with the staff as much as possible and going with their suggestions but the policy seems to be to shift you on to the next guy who leaves you sitting in a call service queue for 50mins before answering. I have a sneaking feeling that the whole system is designed to infuriate you into cancelling your flight which costs you money.
Avoid at all costs. If I went through the airline there would have been no issue. 10 days after my flights have been changes I am still trying to get """"any"""" type of a decision

3 weeks before my flight I asked to cancel the extra cancelling cover, but they said the intern policy allows only after 24h the purchase. I asked to see this doc as nothing available online and the said it is just intern policy can't share. By email no one respond, said they are giving priority to the latest flights requires.
Its their word against us. Its a big scam! Dont buy it

This company sucks. I bought a Korean airline ticket with a special seat that is more than 100 dollars. But I canceled the special seat through Korean air customer service. But the staff told me that I needed to call GoToGate for the refund. So, I just called the GoToGate customer service. But after calling and waiting for an hour, the staff told me that it is non-refundable. What? The airline company told me that it was refundable, but why is it non-refundable? It doesn't make sense. Never buy an airline ticket through this website. WORST.
I wish I could give a zero-star rating for GOTOGATE. They cancelled our flight on March 24,2022 through an email and when you call their customer service for any update on the refund, you get no explanation and you get rude and impatient people on the phone. I called mid-May and two weeks after and I have been pleasant on the phone both times. They have no way of giving any update on the refund process and expect you to wait for their email only when the refund is on the way. It can apparently take up to more than six months for any update at all. You will have hoped you have never encountered them at all. I am a frequent traveller and this is the worst service I have ever come upon. I am warning everyone, NEVER USE GOTOTGATE FOR ANYTHING!

I bought my flight tickets online from this website. Unfortunately, the airline changed flights and I had a conflict time with my 2nd flight. I called the Agency and they told me that airline had to make the changes.
