I booked a flight on the 2nd of May and received no email with the details of same. How am I supposed to know who I am flying with and where to go in the airport?
Super easy to book and I especially like the ability to individualize add-ons for different passengers within the same booking.
Hoping seat selections are confirmed at $10. Each. Travelling w/ friend. Another co. Was charging $1.30 but showed only 1 seat i wanted was available.

We booked a holiday in FIJI. BOOKING.COM provides packages including resorts and flights.
We paid for Flights. BOOKING.COM sent us a Booking Confirmation for the Hotel.
The hotel sent us information. The hotel is closed for renovation. The airline did not pay the cost of the ticket.

We had the worst experience with our flights to the United States. Please book directly with the airline.
Gotogate contacted us a few weeks before our flight and let us know that the airline changed our flight. They suggested a new flight or gave us the option to cancel. We chose to cancel. The email read: "We regret to inform you that your flight with order number XXXX has been cancelled by the airline. Please review the available options below and select the one you prefer. [...] Rebook your flight(s) [...] Request a refund for your order."
After waiting for the refund for a few days, we contacted them and they said the airline responded and told Gotogate that they never changed or cancelled the flight and would not give a refund. [For clarification, the airline changed the flight number, however the flight time and date remained the same. Gotogate in fact stated the entire flight got cancelled.] Gotogate said they would contact the airline again and try to receive a refund.
The date of our flight has since passed and the flight never got canceled. After multiple back and forths, Gotogate is now declining to give a refund at all because the airline does not allow a refund. We have lost over $1k using this site with little or no possibility to recoup this.
Beware of their offers. I have read many reviews with the same issue. It seems to be a strategy of this company and you will lose money and lots of time in this process.
I saved about 150 AUD and didn't have any issues thus far. Hope I don!t have any issues at check-in either.

I got in a life changing car accident. I got into a coma, almost lost my legs and had a 10% chance of walking again. My wife tried to get a refund, we realized it was a long shot. But we couldn't even get a credit from them as we wanted to eventually fly to the same spot. We saved up thousands of dollars for this trip just to get stripped away from this gutless pathetic company. Absolutely no sympathy, I'll never use this company again and i recommend you do the same. At the end of the day they don't value their customers lives.

Doesn't allow the option to choose "not to be seated together" which forced me to pay $102 to be seated together. Also, the overall price changed by $300 more while transacting in the final pay button. Price couldn't be temporarily "locked in" while completing the ticket purchase. Felt like it was a bait and switch happening right before your very eyes.
I can't describe how please I am website easy to manage and how my tickets were so fast to purchased. Excellent definitely for now on will use this web thank you!

It's easy to book on lots of sites - but then you find hidden fees, sneaky ways of asking things that cost you more money, etc. On GoToGate it's all totally clear and transparent. I love how they fill in the passengers' names as you type! And that it's very clear you've already paid for baggage! Forget the ones that might be $10 or $20 less...it's worth the extra for this confidence and peace of mind!
First, the site was easy to navigate and the prices were phenomenal. I was able to complete my booking with ease. I have referred my travel companions to the website as well.
Getting all the way to the end, submitting my payment, and having the flight price increase right then, so I have to accept the higher fare? WTF!? That's the worst. I won't use this site again.
