One name incorrect in surname - contacted them immediately same day. I paid to change it and sent passport - they said fixing. 3 weeks later they ask for more money again and still not fixed. They are a money grab. Disgusting service and crooks don't use them. Go to a proper agent or Expedia!
The booking went easy and quick. The payment process was also very quick.
Tried to book on 2 different airlines through Gotogate. They try to sell you extras every step of the way and when I entered my card details to pay the price went up by over £200 so I aborted the transaction.
Avoid this scamming company at all cost.
I realized after purchasing airline tickets with GoToGate that I need to purchase additional services from GoToGate in order to receive SMS flight updates and booking. I paid 12.98 CAD for these SMS updates.
But my flight was canceled by airline a couple of days before the flight, and I was fully reimbursed for this by airline.
But guess what? GotoGate told me that all their additional services are non refundable.
Even if it was not me who canceled the flight. So, they take money, cancel service and reject reimbursement! What an excessive desire for money!
If you want feedback here is feedback love.You overcharged me 10 extra dollars I had to rebook twice the first booking was for 170 dollara but no you decided to cancel that trascation so I had to rebook but this time at 182 Us dollars what a srupid thing to do.Let alone the lying and hidden fees that you dont mention in your advertising :(

I asked for a refund after 10 mins of booking because of out of my control visa conditions. You charged me $44 for each person. Not fair! Those are were flexible tickets and I asked for a refund before you create tickets. You didn't send tickets to me. And you have to refund $88 more

So far so good. It is nice and easy to book at a cheap price with a lot of paid add-on options. The flight confirmation could be better as it was not sent to email directly but you have to look it on the website. I will update if there is anything bad happening with my booking.
