I bought a baggage online when I got to the airport they would not accept my receipt and said I had to pay again call customer service stating that I was not satisfied and that this should not be my problem because I did everything I was told to do and even paid money And the rep hung up on me

I have purchased a flight booking and cancelled on 2nd August 2024.Till now I have not received the refund even though the airlines confirmed that they have refunded amount to gotogate in August 2024.Very untrustworthy service from gotogate based on my experience, hence I would not recommend this site for any purchase

You buy and then 10 choices of useless options. As a result I only use gotogate as my last option. Plus during covid you never reimbursed me a flight which was cancelled and I never forgave you for it. Thieves!
Worst experience and customer service ever
I wanted to change the dates they refused and refunded me only half the price paid altho they promised more
And i informed them 5 times that my bank account is closed and needed to change but they didnt take it into consideration and my refund is still pending

I never write negative reviews, but I'm tire of chasing these people for my money, These people are thieves, they stole $523 from me, they did not refunded my 4 family tickets even thought they assure me they will do it. I called 23 times and every time I was told I was going to be refunded in 5 days maximum, I also open 15 tickets and no response, and after 3 months they close the case and that's it. The reason of the refund request was that our Turkish airline flight had a schedule change and we had to book another flight, I even called Turkish Airline and they confirmed to me that I was entitled to the refund because it was Turkish airline fault and that Gotogate, (the Agency), was the only one responsible and entitle to request the refund from them to me, but Gotogate never asked the airline for the refund in order to keep the commission and my money, also the customer service is horrible, you have to wait about an hour to get in touch with them and they are very disrespectful and trained to be liars, do not not use them, they are a scam.
