It took over 2 months. First mug was lost in the postal system, second mug took almost a month to arrive. Once I notified Gossby of the issue there was no rush to get me the replacement order. In fact I had contact them the second time to remind them that they needed to send the replacement order.

They made me wait months blaming COVID for why the post was slow and then why it got lost then refunded my money but it was less then I paid and when I bought this to there attention they stopped replying. Half the people get there item the other half don't and they refund stealing money from you, it's only because I checked my banks money paid to money returned that I realised this. Do not trust this scamming company.

Bad sevice

To all my fellow online shoppers. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Do Not purchase no mugs off this site they are a Rip Off. Just look at the review pics... all the same people and family members. Girl have on same shirt in several different reviews. I ordered as a gift and my friend left the counrty without her mug due to Failure to DELIVER, FAILURE TO TRACK PACKAGE THIS A BOGUS TRACKING NUMBER. Pease avoid this company
Anyone needing proof first I will be more than happy to send screen shots of conversations with them as well as their Lack of communication. Again be very cautious when dealing with them. I work 2 jobs and all I ask for is to receive what I paid for and I know my online shoppers can relate to this. God Bless and stay safe America!

Love these MUGS!

I have ordered on 4 separate occasions to gift mugs to myself and 3 dear friends. The quality is superb. They have been so thrilled with their customized mug and I am sure will enjoy it as much as I do mine. 5 stars ***** all the way.

Avoid at all costs

They sent the wrong item, it took 3 emails for them to understand (1st response was an email to say how pleased they were that I was happy with my order! 2nd was to say that they were sorry I hadn't received my item but the tracking showed it was delivered!).

When I finally managed to get them to actually read my email and understand that the order was wrong they offered to send the correct item but refused to reimburse a customs fee (almost £14) which I would have to pay to receive the correct item.

Absolute cowboy company - avoid at all costs.

It was a personalized mug that I saw as an advertisement on my face book feed. It touched my heart because on the back I could get Forever In My Heart to honor my two cats that are now at the Rainbow Bridge (the two living ones already have their own photo mugs). Except I SCREWED UP! I didn't know that on the form that each cat had their own boxes to check if I wanted angel wings to be attached. Poor dearly departed Tyler did not have angel wings when the mug arrived in a very short amount of time (honestly less than a week! Awesome!). I could have done a "Frozen" and "Let It Go", but I wanted this mug to be perfect. So I shot off a nice email explaining the situation. And here is what makes gossby.com a website a cut above the rest! They want to make it right. By sending me a new mug. As long as I sent them a photo (not easy to do Dropbox!), and shipping info, they would get on it and send a corrected replacement. AND, I do NOT have to send the other one back (though I would have at my expense)! Now this is a company worthy of doing business with. And they do keep you informed with emails, so you are not left hanging wondering what is going on. Five stars? There are NOT enough stars of praise for this company! (here are photos front and back of the wrong mug)
