I received a sisters mug this past Christmas 2021 as a gift and was so in love I decided to order a mother's blanket for my mother. I placed my order on Dec 29,2021, it sd it would be delivered Jan 17,2022 which was perfectly acceptable. It came today, Jan 5th. Thats less than 7 days from order to manufacture to delivery. I opened it thinking something has to be wrong, that was too fast. Nothing was wrong, its absolutely beautiful. Gave it to my mother and she loves it. I couldn't be happier. Thank you

I love this Company. I got all my Christmas shopping done with thoughtful, personal gifts that really hit the mark with everyone. I had a problem with a pillow I ordered, and when I called Customer Service, they dealt with the problem without any hassles and sent me a new pillow right away. They stand by their work and their products. Their Customer Service is soooo helpful and goes the extra mile to Take care of their customers. Terrific products. Amazing Customer Service! You guys rock!

Quit lying to people. I was supposed to receive item 2 weeks ago, when I didn't receive it I started calling and was given the run around each time including being lied to twice. I called this morning to refund my money. I'm so disappointed, I just hope my refund doesn't get lost.

Ordered mugs for friends before thanksgiving. They never showed. When I contacted customer service they told me the wrong shipping label had been created and to give it a few more days. A week later I contacted them again and was told my order was lost in the mail and there is no way they would expedite my order so I could receive it before Christmas. I asked for a refund. After many attempts to discount my shipping but told me that because I had not originally paid for expedited shipping so they could not give it to me, they finally agreed to refund and cancel my purchase. I got the refund today. It was for the wrong order ‍.

I have ordered a variety of products from Gossby for myself and gifts. So far I have purchased coffee mugs, tumblers, ornaments, Canvas, t-shirts and keychains. Everything has been beautiful and of excellent quality. Everyone that has received a Gossby gift from me has loved it. I look forward to more products from Gossby!

I ordered a personalized phone case after a few weeks of it being on the processing I called customer service was told it would be shipped 3 to 5 days 6 days came still was showing processing called back she giggled when I told her what I had been told the previous Monday she said oh I'm sorry we were told to tell you that so in other words you were told to lie to me! So yesterday I finally got my case it's not the one I ordered it's not my name & totally isn't the design I had chosen. When I contacted them via Facebook messenger their excuse was the products were being shoved in the envelopes so does that mean other people are going to get the wrong case! NEVER AGAIN I've including pictures of the one I ordered compared to the one I got

I bought 6 customized coffee mugs for my mom and her sisters for Christmas and you get alot of options to personalize and they came out amazing and VERY quick shipping! I will order again

Bought 2 of these, so I could send one to my elder daughter in Australia just to remind her what she's missing back home

My family key chain turn out very nice, I love it the only thing that made me sad was, I had to change key chains.

The quality of the coffee mugs and the designs on them is excellent! I received my order very quickly and they came securely packaged against breakage.

Absolutely perfect! Purchased for my sister.The opportunity to personalize the picture gave me the chance to have two figures look JUST like us. My sister thought the sayings were funny and true and then turned the mug to see the 2 girls and was amazed. Said she "was looking at us." Thanks for bringing a smile to her face every time she looks at the mug!

I ordered 6 personalized ornaments for me and my 5 sisters. I paid $104.00 for the ornaments, plus shipping! THEY ARE SKINNY, TIN, CRUMMY ORNAMENTS! Beware… they don't look like their ad!

Sent me 3 baby blankets instead of adult lap blankets. Spent over a $100.00 for useless blankets. They will not refund me or take them back! Offered my shipping fee only! Very misleading company and not customer satisfied. I would NOT suggest this company

Not sure why so many people had a bad experience... my mugs arrived a few days earlier than expected and look just like they did in the preview picture. I can't wait to surprise my sister with her matching mug!

I have received two mugs and a large canvas. Each item was wrapped well and were perfect. I will order again.

Have been waiting on a purchase and the courier service had issues. Contacted Gossby and they responded on the live chat within 2 minutes. They were efficient at organising a replacement and seemed genuine. Hoping it arrives soon but happy with the quick response and happiness to help. Great customer service

Don't waste your time. Thgt it was a cute idea. #1 Mug came chipped. Reordered. #2mug came smashed Ordered again and if it's damaged. I'll try to get a refund. They throw it in a box. No packaging. Just awful. Ray away. I should of done research before I ordered
