If I could give 0 stars I would! A blogger that I like to follow on instagram did a collaboration with Goodnight Macaroon and I was excited to support her. The dresses that came were the most awful CHEAP quality and a had horrible fit. If you are over 5"8, don't even bother shopping here. On top of this, I had to pay $25 to ship back! Since I used her discount code, they "said" they will only give me store credit. I have been dealing with customer service executive, Melanie K, and she is so rude and talks in circles. Its been over a month since I returned the dresses, and they still have not issued any form of refund! They stole my money! Please please take my advice and run far far away from this company! Absolutely the worst service I have received ever! It's also so expensive! I rather spend a little more money and purchase my clothing from Nordstrom and Revolve - honest companies, with amazing return policies. These are the types of businesses I'm used to dealing with. Goodnight Macaroon is a complete SCAM!

Let me start by saying, PLEASE listen to the bad reviews! I read them and still ignored them and ordered from here, huge mistake!

First, I ordered items I wanted to take on vacation and I spent enough money to get express shipping! I placed my order 2 weeks before vacation and they arrived 5 DAYS after I left for vacation.

Even after that, I was still excited about my clothes since I could still wear them during the summer! BUT the clothes are made of AWFUL quality and not at all worth the high price tag. You can definitely tell it was made in CHINA!

Finally, if you are tall, STAY AWAY! I am around 5'9" and none of the dresses fit me! I even ordered a medium since I read some comments about taller girls ordering a size up. One of the dresses didn't even cover my butt!

The main reason I ordered from this site is because the prices seemed reasonable (unlike some sites that have dresses for $5-$10). But I think they comically overcharge since the quality is the same at a $10 dress!

UPDATE: I posted on their Instagram letting tall girls know that their dresses are short and to avoid buying them and I got BLOCKED! Great customer service Goodnight Macaroon!

This is the worst, most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Seeing the high prices, I assumed everything would at least be of quality. It was not. I bought 3 shirts and a romper for around $200, and wanted to send back every single piece but could not because the shirts were final sale (this was not made aware to me at the time of checkout. Whatever, final sale is usually fine at most places but not here, apparently there is a reason they mark it final sale, and it's because it is so $#*!ty that if people could return it they would. Anyway, I returned the romper over a month ago and have not heard anything back. Every single thing I bought was cheaply made and completely off sizing wise (I am usually an xs-s) their clothing is short and boxy, and feels like plastic.

Even worse, when I didn't receive an email back about my complain of the awful quality and price, I went to their social media to get some quick attention from them. I commented saying that the quality of the clothing is cheap (thin and plastic feeling) and rather than privately messaging me with help like I was expecting, they blocked me on everything. GREAT customer service you guys! I went to get help and got blocked.

Moral of the story, they do not care about their customers at all. Horrible company.

I only received 2/3 items I orderedand the two I actually DID receive took about 3 weeks to get to me. The earrings I bought came broken, and I wont even bother trying to return them for a new pair because the customer service was so awful. The turtleneck sweater I ordered never cameand customer service has been unresponsive so who knows if I will ever get this item. What a waste of money. If I could give them zero stars I would!

I will NEVER order from Goodnight Macaroon again, and have advised all of my friends not to, either.

I returned items to the store in Sarasota - the UPS tracking number says they were delivered a month ago. I tried to chat on the website, and when I asked what the status of my return was, no one responded for about 10 minutes, then they said they would email me a response. That was 4 days ago and I've gotten nothing. I have sent a follow-up email, as well, but heard nothing back. Glad they just took my $85 worth of merchandise (extremely crappy merchandise, might I add - oh, and I had to pay $15 in shipping to get it back to them) back from me but haven't refunded a thing. It is unacceptable to do business like this, and I would NOT recommend shopping here. I wish I had looked up reviews before purchasing.

It's been over a month since I ordered and paid, and I have yet to receive a valid tracking number, a response to my inquiries or my clothes (a lounge set). They delete any comments you post to Instagram asking for answers. Unreal that it has been so long with no communication - when meanwhile, on Instagram, they continue to post and promote the lounge set that I ordered. Beware! Have heard good things from other customers, but they are totally scamming me.
