Do NOT order from this site! I ordered boots a month ago (which says they've been dispatched)! Once I reached them via email they told me they were out of stock and I'd receive them in another month. It didn't say they were out of stock and in fact it says they have been dispatched - when would I have even been informed had I not reached out to them?! They refused to give me a partial refund! No call centre number to call either as I asked to speak to management! It is all done via email!

I ordered the over the knee boots 5 weeks ago. Ordered confirmed 3-5 day business delivery. I keep getting emails boot are arriving next day then emails saying back ordered. I have asked for a refund they are refusing. I now have to file a claim with credit card company. Run from this online scam.

I tried to write a review on their website and they told me they monitor their reviews first off. I am so infuriated with this company. Not only did it take over a month to get my items but they suck! So cheaply made and they smells of spray paint and plastic. I got a sweater that fits all, ha! That was a joke, good luck if you are over 5 ft and 110lbs. And the boots, the boots that have all these amazing reviews. The bottoms are literally spray painted and the heels are plastic. I'm sure I'm going to have a hard time retiring this crap too!

This is by far the worst company I have ever come across. It is a huge scam! I ordered on Jan 25 and got a shipping confirmation Jan 28 saying the items have shipped. I also paid for express shipping. The shipping never updated so I emailed the company and same as everyone else they said it was sent out by mistake and the item was out of stock until Feb 18. Mind you they never said the item was back ordered! It didn't ship then either so I emailed again Feb 25 and now they say Feb 28. Still no shipping info and now after numerous attempts to contact them they are ignoring me completely! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and I suggest you do the same! BEWARE

I placed a first time order on January 28th for a dress I saw on Instagram. February 4th I received a shipment confirmation saying my package had shipped however when I clicked on the tracking link it stated "label created. Not yet in system". I checked back everyday for about a week... then TWO weeks... still the same error message.

Finally, February 18th I decided to email customer service. I received a response that stated I received a shipment confirmation that was incorrect on their part and my dress was actually out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock for about another week due to the Chinese Holiday...?

I placed my order on Jan 28th, received a shipment confirmation on feb 4th, and Chinese New Year is on Feb 5th. I'll add that NOWHERE on their website did it say my dress was out of stock nor did it state my item would take over a month to six weeks to arrive due to Chinese holiday. I'll also note that they charged my card the MINUTE I placed my order.

No where in the email did they offer to make anything right just simply said they sent me the wrong shipment confirmation and my package would ship after their inventory came in from the Chinese New Year?

Trust these reviews and do not order from here. In a world where we can get things delivered overnight, do not waste your time ordering from this crappy company. I believe if I had never emailed them I would've never even received my item.

Almost one month later and I'm still waiting- order still hasn't been shipped out.

Long story, I first made an ordered that was supposed to be free express shipping with 3 days. The label was created but the packaged never get dropped at DHL. Contact Goodnight Macaroon (GM) customer service, did not get a reply until 3 days later. The packaged finally arrived after 2 weeks.

Total order were 4 sweaters included: 3 were extremely big, one was broken.

Now, 3 sweaters that I ordered was extremely big, completely different measurement compare to the website. I contacted them and ask for the refund. They agreed to make a refund to my original payment only for the 2 they think they're significantly different measurement. The other one, compare to the website, the length matches so they only agree to refund with store credit. (Who would be so stupid thatjust measure a sweater by the length).

I still agreed and send my 3 items back, hoping 2 items - and the 1 broken sweaters will be back to my original payment, 1 will be in store credit plus $16 return shipping fee, that they AGREED to put it back in the store credit for me.

5 days after the return packaged arrived at their location, they send me an email with an electronic gift card of 3 items I sent back. DID NOT REFUND the broken sweaters or the return shipping fee as they agreed. No proper return confirmation email was sent.

I was angry, I emailed them, did not get a response, I direct messaged them on IG, did not get a response, I commented to their IG photos telling my story and tagged their influencers in. I was able to talk to some of their influencers and share with them the story. Non of them know how bad GM treat their customers.

Finally, I got an email back, saying 3 items - and 1 broken sweater back to my original payment. And 1 sweater + return shipping fee of total $44 to a gift card. WITHOUT saying sorry.

2 days after they issue a gift card of $44, they generate a new e-gift card with the total of $27, which they minus the return shipping out.

WHAT THE HECK? I have never gone online and wrote a long review, I don't think anyone have experience the worst online shopping like I did. DONT BUY FROM THESE CHINSE PEOPLE. ROBBERY.

The worst company

I've had the worst experience with this company. First of all you can't speak to anyone, it's only by email which takes days to get a response. I've order twice from them and both times my order has been messed up. It takes months to get here and when I asked for a refund because I was tired of waiting, they wouldn't give me one, o my store credit. I explained that I did not want to order from rom this company again but still did not give me a refund so I'm stuck with store credit that I'm not going to use. You can't speak with a manager or explain yourself and I've been extremely frustrated but they could care less. Will NEVER shop here again or recommend this company to anyone

I will keep this short and to the point because I am so annoyed I could rant for hours.

I ordered a sweater from their "valentines" collection page for Valentine's Day with over 3 weeks until February 14th. A few days after I placed the order, I realized I never received any info on shipping so I visited the page again with my confirmation number for the order to see if I could find a way to track my package. This is when I see a new banner flashing across the top of the page with the words "special shipping in February, click for details". Upon clicking I find out that orders placed on or before a date in January won't be fulfilled until FEBRUARY 12. This information was never relayed to me at the time of purchase nor was it available on the site page when I ordered. I email the customer service and leave a review on their page on the sweater.

About a week later on February 3rd, I receive an email that my order has shipped, yay! **I might actually recieve my sweater in time for the holiday I intended to wear it on!** well let me just tell you, for the last 9 days I have clicked on the tracking number which has taken me to a page informing me my package isn't in the system yet. Finally I email customer service AGAIN to recieve a poorly worded email back letting me know my product will be back in stock on FEBRUARY 15th and sent out as soon as possible after they receive it!

Do not advertise "Valentine's Day" products if this is an impossible promise to fulfill to your paying customers. So excited to receive my $50 bright red heart sweater 10 days after Valentine's Day from Hong Kong, guess I'll maybe get it in time to wear it for St. Patty's day? DONT SHOP HERE.

I ordered a sweater for Valentine's day that I saw a blogger wearing. The blogger spoke highly of this company. I found the sweater under their Valentine's Day section on the website. I ordered the sweater on January 26, received a shipping confirmation on January 30th, USPS says "Label created, not yet in system." Their shipping confirmation email states "If you have questions about your shipment after 7 business days. Please reply back to this e-mail." Last night I replied as it had been 11 days since receiving the email. They emailed me back saying nothing will ship until AFTER the Chinese New Year. SO GLAD that I ordered this sweater for Valentine's Day considering IT WON'T EVEN BE HERE.

I ordered over $300 worth of clothes and a pair of boots. 2 of the sweaters are sized as one size fits all and they fit like a size small
I am a size 8 any time of day or night and these were very tight and fit my size 0-2 daughter. I sized up in their OTK boots to a size 9 and they were still tight and fit like a 7 1/2. I usually wear an 8 1/2. ( also these expensive boots arrived wrapped in plastic) YIKES.
I purchased another sweater that is supposed to tie in the back and the tag is in the front and the sweater is as small as an xs in express sizing. THE QUALITY OF THESE ITEMS REMINDS ME OF WALMART-- I wasted so much time and money and energy ordering from this company and now have to send it ALL back. I hope that I get my money REFUNDED Sizing sux from this company. (If you are a size 0-4 then everything probably fits ok but anything bigger and you will be disappointed. Quality sux from this company. Save yourself a headache and do not order from this company. I should have read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered 4 items and had to return 3 of them (due to poor fit). The cost to me was a $16.00 return shipping expense. I will then (hopefully) get a credit emailed to me, which it supposed to have no expiration, once items are inspected and approved. The return has to reach them within 30 days from the date received. If not approved for return credit, then the customer has to pay to have items shipped back to them. If credit is received, then customer can order items (and pay with credit) and will have to pay shipping for exchanged items to be mailed. Had I paid attention to this up front, I definitely would not have ordered from this company. Fit varies widely depending on the style, one-size sizing also varies significantly as well so it is best to be very sure that the items will fit. The material also varies in appearance so look closely and be sure you love it before you buy unless you don't mind paying to return and repurchase/ship items for exchange. Items shipped to me from Hong Kong and thankfully mine could be returned to US address in FL. Just do your homework up front to be sure! I didn't take a photo of the actual items, but attached my packing slip for verification of my purchase.

I bought a pair of boots and a sweater from the site. The boots I ordered were shipped so late and have the cheapest arrival process by far and takes forever. The wrapping on the $160 pair of boots were in plastic. Not a box, but shoved in a plastic bag like a $5 tshirt would be shipped to you. The customer service will take 3+ days to reach you and are by far the worst. The only contact is email and have a $#*!ty return policy.

I ordered 6 items of clothing for my daughters for Christmas on Nov 22. The clothing shipped out of Hong Kong (which the online store leads you to believe its from Portland, OR), and stayed at port 3 weeks. Not until I opened a claim via PayPal did the items move. When they were shipped they were shipped to my home address "Goodnight Macaroon" -- not even our names, another indication of poor fulfillment management. Lastly, when the clothes arrived, the smalls were the same sizes as the medium. One sweater unravelled as my daughter wore it Christmas day -- right before her eyes. So sad.

I ordered 6 sweaters. I'd say 2 of the sweaters out of the 6 are actually wearable. The materials used to make the others are so itchy I get hives after wearing it 10 minutes! I have seen mostly negative reviews of this company, so I feel the need to share my positive experience. I ordered a second pair of their over-the-knee boots in November. They arrived yesterday and I realized that they were not the right size (I ordered a 36, but was sent a 39). Upon realizing this, I contacted their customer service via email. I received a response less than 4 hours later. They apologized and asked for photos of the boots and my packing slip showing my order. I sent this documentation to them and they simply ordered me the right size and expressed shipped it (and did not request me to ship back the old boots at all). All of this was taken care of in about 30 minutes via some email exchanges - and again, my original email was responded to within only a few hours of sending it. I honestly was expecting this to be a hassle due to all of the negative reviews, but from my experience they owned up to the mistake (and mistakes DO happen - no harm there), remedied it immediately, and did not impose on me at all to return the wrong size boots. I am very happy with how they handled this and look forward to getting my new boots soon.
