I've ordered from Goodnight Macaroon 3-4 times and each time I've had a really great experience. I found them through Instagram so I'm always a little weary trying new places I haven't heard of before. Out of all the random boutiques I've found and ordered from, Goodnight Macaroon is my favorite. Everything I've gotten so far has fit perfectly, the material Is always great! Genuinely just that happy with them) I haven't had to return anything so I have no idea what their customer service/return process is like. But from the multiple times I've ordered, I've never been dissatisfied.

My boots took approx 3 weeks to arrive which i was okay with but when they arrived they were not even the boots i ordered. Same style but the wrong color. I sent an email and immediately received a response asking for a picture of the boots i received. I sent the picture and then nothing... No response after that. Its been months and dozens of emails later and they will not respond. Horrible customer service and just complete disregard for people who spend money on their products. I will not be buying or recommending them in the future.

I ordered an item a month and a half ago. The company says it was shipped the item and gave a tracking number from the US Postal Service which claims it is still waiting for it. Since the item was shipped from Hong Kong, I am sure the postal service hasn't gotten it yet. I emailed Customer Service. They told me they would look into it 3 weeks ago and that they can't refund my money since the order has been labeled fulfilled. Don't use this company!

They claim to shipping will take "7-16 days" but prepare for AT LEAST a month before you get your order. I ordered a sweater for my girlfriend's birthday and now it's over 2 week late. I contacted customer service who indirectly told me they hadn't even shipped my package yet! (thanks for the update). But the absolute nail in the coffin was when I first tried to contact customer support through their instagram which my gf suggested because I'd get a fast response - after commenting my complaint on their instagram, they not only deleted and ignored my comment but then BLOCKED me - which I confirmed on my girlfriends account. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Save yourself the time and headache and avoid this company!

I was constantly worried that I wasnt going to receive my product because it kept saying it was still in Hong Kong, but about 2-3 weeks went by and I got the product today and... its basically the same thing I ordered (which was the Hayley Plaid Turtle Neck Sweater) its the same colors and same design and has the turtleneck but the cut is different as in theres two long parts in the front and the back which are not pictured in their picture for the product. Its still a cute sweater but I would prefer if it was the one on the website. I also dont think it was worth the money and I wont be shopping here again but at least I received the product even if it wasnt the same exact one.

I bought the cutest boots from Goodnight Macaroon. They did take a couple weeks to arrive. They are being shipped from Hong Kong and I was aware of that. I was able to track my item throughout the shipping length. On day of arrival and after delivery I was notified. I ordered boots a size too large so needed to return. Their return facility is in the USA so within a week I was refunded. I will not hesitate to order from Goodnight Macaroon again soon. They have the cutest clothes and shoes!

I ordered a cardigan on 12.17 and here it is 1.17 and still have not received it. When I go to "track the package" in the past, it would come up with it ready to ship. When I go today to "track package" it won't even open anymore. Just a blank page. I have contacted them but I am sure after reading these reviews, I won't get my money back. AWFUL! Shame on you!

After posting this review I was contacted by the original customer service rep with whom I had emailed about my missing order. She had seen the review and realized she never followed up on tracking down my order. She offered to send out the items then (a month after original order) and give me a $50 credit if I would take down my original review. I declined, asked for a refund and received it promptly. So I eventually got the resolution I wanted but it took way too long and was too much effort. I would never do business with this company.

I will never again purchase anything from this company, and I would never ever recommend it to anyone based off of service. I should have seen the red flags when their generic initial shipping email says to "allow 3-4 weeks to pass before contacting us regarding your order". Clearly this shows my situation of having absolutely zero updates with my tracking number for over 3 weeks is not an isolated incident. On what planet is that considered in ANY way a "standard shipping" timeframe? I am very sad since they are very hyped on social media.
