I ordered a sweater and over a month later it finally arrived. It was HORRIBLE quality, huge, and smelled awful. Of course, they put it in the smallest print that you only get store credit back. I didn't want to waste anymore time with them as their customer service is horrible.It takes them forever to respond (you can only communicate via email). Since I spent so much on the inital sweater, I did not want that money to go to waste so I ordered another sweater with that credit. Fast forward to another two months later, I got the sweater and the first time I wore it, the sleeves ripped. I've never had such awful quality in fabric before. Something needs to be done about this company. If you leave any feedback on their instagram page they delete the comments and block you.
Shipping takes forever! I wish I knew it came from Hong Kong before ordering. Had I known I would not have spent over $200 on high priced sweaters. Don't do it!
I was SO excited to order stuff from Goodnight Macaroon when I saw their awesome posts on Instagram. I spent nearly $200 on 4 sweaters, which I thought was fine for wool. However, once I got my order (1 month later - it ships from Hong Kong) I realized the clothes are overpriced, cheap wool knock offs that smell like plastic. So disappointed! Read these other reviews, I am sure we've all had the same experience!
Yes the clothes are cute, but don't listen to anyone who gives this company 5 stars. The clothes are cheap and I won't be surprised if they start to fade and pull as soon as I wash them. Plus what is with so many things only coming in 1 size?
I wish I would have read all these reviews before i purchased. All these fashion bloggers I follow always post about Goodnight Macaroon Clothing and so I thought it was fine but it's definitely not! As everyone has mentioned, their only means of communication is via email, and i haven't received a response to any of my emails other than an automated response that says they will respond to me in 5 days! WHICH DOESN'T HAPPEN!
It's been a month since i placed my order and just called my bank to report them as a scam! I hope i get my money back. If i knew before i ordered that it was shipping from Hong Kong, i wouldn't have ordered- last time i bought a dress from a company that didn't say where it was from, I ended up getting a completely cheap "remake" of my dress that looked nothing like it and it also took forever to get to me! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, first you will wait about a month for your order since it comes from Hong Kong. Then, if by chance you need to return something you have to go through an interrogation process to see if your return is worthy of a return. They charge $15 to use their return label (ridiculous)!
Still waiting on my order since Oct 29th. They said if lost (mind you when I check the tracking info it is in Hong Kong since Nov 2nd) they will not refund me or replace. They will hear from me a lot if I don't get a refund or mail me another one.
This website has the cutest clothes, the best customer service and the best deals. I have ordered a few items from them and have never had any problems at all. I plan on ordering many more in the future as well, I am a loyal and lifetime customer now!
I have ordered multiple items from Goodnight Macaroon ranging from tops, sweaters, dresses, etc... and I love it all! The quality is great, the customer service is incredible, and the prices are great for unique items you won't find elsewhere! Goodnight Macaroon is easily my favorite place to shop!
I have purchased a few things from goodnight macaroon! And some things worked some things didnt but I love their clothing and the customer service was GREAT! I abaolutely love my sweater I bought there!
Ive ordered several times and beyond the long amount of time it takes to arrive, I have been very pleased with my items. Things fit true to size and are of good quality. The style are great and the prices are affordable. I have recommended them to friends.
I accidentally have my order shipped to my old address. I contacted them, they immediately sent me a replacement FREE of charge! Excellent!
Cute stuff. BUT Awful return policy. They also do not disclose on the site that all items are shipped from Hong Kong. They are charging you a premium price but items are shipped slowly from Asia. And if you want to do a return, you're pretty much screwed. $4.99 fee plus you have to pay for shipping yourself. Just awful experience. I will never buy from them again. I wish I read these reviews before buying.

In response to your comments, our Returns Policy is clearly presented on our website (click here). Our Returns Policy was in-line with most online boutiques but we have improved it considerably for our customers as our business has grown. We introduced the option of returning to our US warehouse, along with a handling fee, so our customers didn’t have to return to our HK warehouse. We understand you were not happy with the handling fee of $4.99 but it’s far cheaper than making a return to Hong Kong. We have since abolished handling fees but this has meant more returns will be directed to our Hong Kong warehouse.
We do freely advertise that our products come from Hong Kong, for example, it’s stated in our Shipping Policy (click here). It’s definitely not something we hide! We strategically chose Hong Kong, so our designers and buyers can be close to our manufacturers. Please note that, on average, delivery times from Hong Kong to the US are around one week. If you or any other customers experience delivery delays, then our Customer Services are on hand to help.
