The package got there at the perfect time. I was on a Zoom call with her for her birthday as they were dropped off so she could unbox them on video.
Everything went well. Easy to order, product was as described. Good packaging (dry ice) and especially good delivery. Crab cakes arrived on the date as listed. First time ordering and will do it again.
The pizzas arrived thawed and the ice packs totally liquid. I emailed customer service and Samantha was nice and offered to resend the package or credit my account. I asked to resend the package since my family and I were looking forward to the pizzas. I have not heard anything back after my last response.
Enjoyed most of what we purchased. Good food delivered on-time. Bay Shore clam chowder was just outstanding and we are looking forward to the other soups we purchased from Bay Shore.

Coneys from Coney Islander were great! Packaged properly to avoid getting hot during shipping. However... our order from Jerry's Seafood arrived warm. Not enough ice packs in the box to keep it cool in 100 degree Texas heat! This is the 2nd time we have had a problem with Jerry's Seafood. Will not order again.

Answer: They aren't necessarily a scam, but very poor customer service policies. If anything goes wrong with your order, like it did with mine, they just blocked me from their Facebook page so I couldn't leave a review. It's just luck if your order arrives and looks as you would expect and if it doesn't you are out of luck. Just contact local bakeries or restaurants and have them deliver for you, no reason to pay Goldbelly and have a third party who cares nothing about your order throw it around in the back of their truck and deliver it trashed. Goldbelly is unscrupulous and a big risk of wasted money.
