PS I saw the interview of one of the owners on CNBC. He spoke about his sadness of having to lay off workers from his restaurants due to the virus, and that he continued to operate this business. I thought it was a good way to support your employees, and am glad I ordered. The two cheesecakes were for a gift for employees of an assisted living center in Liverpool, NY (Brookdale) where my mother is a patient. I still have not heard anything back from the Brookdale Liverpool employees, but hopefully they loved your chocolate cheese cakes. All the best!
