There was a slight problem with the initial order. Unfortunately, a problem with shipping and the product arrived melted.:-(. Accidents happen, and when shipping perishables, it happens sometimes. Having said that, when I contacted customer service, I spoke with Tatiana T. And she not only affirmed the disappointment of my situation but she went above and beyond to fix it and get another shipment out ASAP. It's one thing to have a great product and delivery but another thing entirely when you have a caring and competent customer service staff. For me, the thing that really put Goldbelly over the top was how professional and effective your customer service rep was when I had an issue. While there may be an occasional melted Macaron, feeling valued, heard, and appreciated as a customer goes a long way.

The website has poor functionality. It does not rotate to allow landscape viewing in an iPad. It lacks an easy "continue shopping" button. It has a poor interface. It does not allow for an address book. Please make it more user friendly!
