I got the World Famous Apple Pie in a Brown Bag for my family's Thanksgiving.
Delicious! The apples were perfectly sweet/tart, and abounding! The crust was excellent, the topping was crusty & Perfectly seasoned! I thawed in in the refrigerator for a day, so it heated beautifully in a 425 F oven for 20 minutes. Those instructions weren't on the box, but the link is on the information page.
Delivery on time and cake was well protected.

I ordered 6 Cannoli and a cheesecake. One of the cannoli shells was broken and you have to stuff them yourself; ad looked like they'd arrive already made. The cheesecake was the best I've ever had.

My husband, a native New Yorker, was delighted. Seems they just don't make those pastries right in western rural Pennsylvania! In addition, when he lived in NYC, Ferrara's was actually the bakery he used to visit! The pastries are just as he remembered, and he enjoyed them very much.
I ordered muffalatas through Goldbelly. I made sure I was home for Delivery on date and time said. Instead I get email that evening saying there is a delay and later that night or Tomorrow. Nevr showed up that day. Next day came home after work found note saying package was dropped off at leasing office which was already closed. Came in today to pick up after emailing customer service and them saying it should be okay. Opened it up and dry ice was water and smelled like it went bad and warm. Now I wasted $120 on this. When I was here when it was supposed to be here. I read no refund. Will never order through this company again. Next time they should tell UPS to leave at door. UPS never contacted me saying they dropped it off.
I ordered from White House Subs in Atlantic City, NJ. I am in Honolulu. Order arrived on time and in better condition than I thought possible. Yes, the service is expensive but higher quality that I expected. Food arrived very fresh - meats, bread and veggies were all still cold. Not only am I looking forward to enjoying White House again, based on my first experience with Goldbelly... I will have no hesitation trying any of the other vendors! Texas BBQ... mmm... I cant wait! Hahahah
It was perfect! The most delicious pecan cups I have ever tasted and the pecan balls with the cherries on top were outrageously delicious also! They were so fresh and you knew you eating something very special. I will be ordering these again definitely to send them as gifts and keeping a few for myself! I can't wait to see what else this baker makes! She has forever customer with me!

Shipping. Unfortunate for me my order didn't arrive in time for the big event due to local weather conditions. Literally Interstate 5 in Northern California was shut down for about 24 hours. Goldbelly kept in touch! If snow hadn't bombarded "the corridor" I would have had my pie in two days. Dang snow, but good customer service.
I ordered the rhubarb pie for Thanksgiving as a surprise for my daughter-in-law's father who had mentioned several weeks prior that he hadn't eaten straight rhubarb pie in years because you couldn't find it in CA. The look on his face was priceless! He said it was the best he had ever eaten.
