I thought this company was good value for money until I ordered a coat from them when it arrived it looked like a rag I e-mailed gogroopie and was told I had to send it back to China it was going to cost me £37.50 to send back the item it cost me £19.99 plus p&p £3.99 in the first place I have been arguing with gogroopie I told them they need to let people know where these items are coming from they are drop shipping which is illegal and they need to be stopped

Cant even give them 1 star.
Do not deal with this company they take your money and do not deliver the goods.
Order some headphones back in June and will not issue a refund all I keep getting is 'we will contact the merchant'. This company is a scam - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.

Absolute joke do not use them they take your money then you get nothing back. Ive repeatedly been in touch I had 1 email saying I could use my voucher again so tried to use it and it said it was expired I tried to use it before it was expired but it also wouldnt let me. I would rate it 0 if I could

Crooks- Beware!

Bought items, arrived late and not as described. Paid a fortune for a return, merchant confirmed receiving the items but wouldn't issue a refund, Ground level, very rude customer service. Contacted GoGroopie, takes 45mins-1hour to answer your call, asked them who's going to refund me? Said they were waiting for confirmation of returns from merchant, merchant sent confirmation still GoGroopie won't issue my refund. I've called so many times, this has been happening since June still don't think I'll ever get my refund. Already lost a lot for delivery and returns, plus my phone calls to GoGroopiel. No one wants to take responsibility, seems to me GoGroopie and 'their friends' knows exactly what they're doing. People beware!

I've just been told after calling several times they will apply a credit to my Dads account, this has been done according to them but when he goes to spend them, they are aren't there. A screen shot was sent on Sept 19th and I was told it would be dealt with but it hasn't. I have called so many times they take over 30 mins to answer and do nothing to help. Do not use this sight they just take your money

We ordered an all-in-one Sat Nav bundle, waited over 3 weeks for it to arrive and when it did it resembled a cheap kids toy and didn't work. There was no sales advice, invoice or suppliers address to contact for returns, in fact it came with nothing. Contacted GoGroopie who only replied stating we had to send our complaint to the supplier giving us a dubious gmail address asking us to allow 7 days for them to respond. Heard nothing so ended up going through PayPals Resolution centre and got no response from GoGroopie after 2 attempts. Thankfully we got our payments for the goods and postage refunded by PayPal when we escalated it to a claim. Terrible customer service when they won't even give you an address to return faulty goods so you can get your money back! Thank goodness for the support you get from PayPal!

Purchased a Cooling Cashmere Memory Foam Mattress from them, supplied by Karpe Deal. When the mattress arrived in a vacuum pack, a sticker on the side clearly stated that goods couldn't be retuned if opened. So how do you check Goods.?

All the instructions and Guarantee were in Spanish.

Tried the mattress one night, NOT super cool as advertised but Very warm, and Very firm not Super-Soft as advertised.

Contacted GoGroopie who washed their hands of the problem saying I had to contact the Merchant, they were only a Discount Coupon Company.!

Contacted KarpeDeal who didn't address my complaints only said I could return goods, at my cost.

Really disappointed with GoGroopie looking at legal action.

"Save 83% with the 18k White Gold Plated Crystal Bracelet for £12.99 instead of £74.99" I was a fool to fall for it! I also paid £4.99 for postage. The third party seller is called Crazee Trend. I should have noticed the name: it speaks of quality of the product. It's not 18k White plated, it's a tin-coated plastic! Geez! I didn't even bother returning the item, I could feel it will end up into more stress. But posting this for you people - if you do listen - will be a sweet revenge to this legalised business of deception, thievery and corruption in the UK.

Steals money from the homeless

Terrible still waiting for refund, claimed they had not received my PayPal payment for 7 days then after 2 weeks they emailed stating my order was out of stock bit would get some on from the 10th of July over 14 days later so i opted for refund I received an email a few days later stating the had refunded part of the order and did I want to cancel the other one I said yes but when I checked my PayPal there was no deposit made no refund I emailed them no response so I rang as usual took about 20 minutes to pick up the guy said the manager is investigating it as they have issued a full refund to my PayPal account surprise surprise no money in, then later on that day I receive an email stating I have a dispute on PayPal and when I cancel it they will refund me in full I replied that they must refund first then I will cancel the dispute I work in a homeless hostel and the purchase was for air-conditioning units with the charity money and this company are just ripping us off, shameful thank God the hostel gave me the money and I paid with PayPal absolutely shameful give this company a very wide birth I also believe the good reviews on this site are fictitious on other review sites they are mostly terrible...

Bought 15 Giant Lily bulbs £9.99, could see no mention of any P&P charge, thought I was buying 15 Giant Lily bulbs, but when I paid for the item, found that I had purchased a voucher for 15 Giant Lily bulbs, and when I redeemed my voucher there was a postage charge of £5.99. Dreadful, will never use GoGroupie again. I though this type of rip off was stopped years ago. Stay well clear of GoGroopie! Why Trading Standards has not stopped this type of thing I will never know!

I cancelled an order

I placed an order today but very quickly realised that it is something not right! Within half an hour I wrote to them and requested cancellation before redeeming so called 'voucher'. There is no answer when I tried to ring the number on the website, When I called the reception at the address in London (which is on the company's website), I was told that this company is not physically based under this address. It sound like it is another dishonest online business and whoever is running it, is not doing a great job. When I read your reviews I am even more convinced that I made a big mistake by placing an order in the first place! I am waiting for the order cancellation and a refund.

They are a shocking company that I don't truely believe is even real. They would never have refunded me if I hadn't kicked off. But my elderly mother didn't kick off and didn't get refunded until I stepped in. They take advantage of the vulnerable. They are considered artists avoid avoid avoid

Appalling service

Purchased two vouchers from this company and was given the number to phone to book with deluxe holidays. Phoned this company where I had to be subjected to rude customer service by a guy called James who repeatedly tried to get me to spend a further £47 per person when I declined when he finally acknowledged that I would not do so he became abrupt and very rude and told me to get a refund from go groupie... in which I emailed them... I was told it would take up to 14days to be refunded... 17 days later no refund and I'm now being told a further 14days... DO NOT BOOK with this site it's a SCAM to get u to spend more money... FALSE ADVERTISING and POOR CUSTOMER SERVIVE I will stick with wowcher in future

I ordered two kids blankets in September. I am still waiting for them. I keep receiving generic emails telling me they are on their way. This is obviously untrue. I emailed to inform them I would be posting a negative review and they have not bothered to reply. Do not buy from Go groopie.

Ordered a kids tablet 22nd September. After waiting and emails backwards and forwards to gogroopie and bazaar -me. Who are the merchants no tablet has arrived. Kept saying they had sent another one. If so it would have been delivered. I'm now waiting for my money back?
Terrible service. I'd advise not to order anything. Other people have had problems with them
