Bought two city breaks from gogroopie that then had no availability. Phoned into customer services and am seriously struggling to get the money refunded. They were paid immediately. Now i'm supposed to wait for the "merchant" to refund my money. Numerous phone calls to customer services and emails. Still no refund. Customer services will say anything to get you off the phone. You will struggle to get your money back, Have read lots of reviews where people have had to reclaim their money from their credit card company. I feel they are scammers. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL SHOPPING WITH THEM. Wish I'd read the reviews before I spent money with them.
I placed my order in July / August 2016 of bed lining and fridge magnets. They still haven't arrived, still after all the calls I've made and countless emails nothing! The site is a joke - never again!
28 June I placed an order for toilet and kitchen rolls and submitted the voucher as per instructions. I was told the order would be sent out on 30 July or just after. It never came so I contacted them. They said I could not have my money back as the 14 day cooling off period had lapsed and if I wanted my goods I now had to pay an extra £5.99 as I had not placed the order. Would that be the order I`d paid £19.99 for and been given a delivery date I asked? Countless emails exchanged hands and almost all by different people. I then took it to PayPal and filed a dispute. BINGO! It has finally worked. I know it is not a vast sum, but please follow my steps and good old PayPal will save the day. Go Groopie? Never again avoid them.
This company is a scam. Its has taken my money for goods and money for postage of goods that have never been sent. They said the money would be refunded within two weeks but this has not happened. They have had my money for five months. They think that hard up people will pay to get cheaper goods and not complain. I am complaining and hope that they stop cheating people.
Don't touch this company with a barge pole. IT IS A HUGE ILLEGAL SCAM!
I ordered two itemsat a cost of £30. The redemption voucher didn't work. Gogroopie have failed to respond to emails after 3 months
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!
I ordered 3 separate items from this site. 6 weeks later not one thing has arrived. They do not respond to emails and drag their heals when you ask for a refund, I've referred the matter to PayPal to get my money back. What they offer May seem like a good deal but if it never arrives it's not much of a bargain is it. In my eyes this site is a scam.
Still waiting for my purchase after 1 year. Not to worry Dom Littlewood is on the case for no fewer than 75 other disatisfied cusomers.
Very slow service. Item eventually came and little or no response to my countless emails. At least it arrived, but not before I went and got the same thing somewhere else. A bit of improvement needed gogroopie.com!
They took my money, voucher never arrived, have failed to respond to emails, this was supposed to be an engagement ring. It is basically theft.
I bought a voucher for a Tooth Stain Cleaner from Gogroopie.com and was very pleased with the results. I noticed a noticeable difference in the colour of my teeth and it was very cheap to buy. It also arrived very promptly with communication throughout the whole buying process.
