Ordered item beginning of April 2-5 days delivery ( think they mean 2 days sometime this year and 5 days when they can be bothered)
Never arrived 2 months (60 days later) still nothing emails phone calls (make sure you have days free for customer services they must be allergic to phones) always 25-30 mins waiting
Told its always on the way LIES LIES LIES because if it was I WOULD NOW BE HOLDING IT IN MY HANDS
Have left it now in the hands of PayPal and they are dealing with it
My time is to valuable to waste on people like THIS

This is a CON company be warned.
First of all you make a payment and they don't email you the payment receipt (purchasing knowledge letter).
Second of all, after getting hold of your money they won't post out the item,
Third of all, they cut off all communication with you (what a F... Con Company)?
Now I have asked PayPal to step in to get my £199 full refund from them.
Avoid at any cost! You will never see the goods you have purchased not your money back.

Never received it. I have tried several times to contact both Go Groopie and Marcus Emporium but all to no avail, and, neither of them have responded to my emails. BOTH GO GROOPIE AND MARCUS EMPORIUM SHOULD BE AVOIDED. 29th January, UPDATE. Go Groopie have reported me to Trustpilot for using abusive language (?). Have been warned to amend it. Have now received my order, 33 days after placing it, and shortly after my review, hmmmm, and THEN they complain.

I sadly have four separate disputes with this irresponsible company dating from October to December 2017. They do not reply to emails and have no respect for customers. I have sent two recorded letters to their HQ and still no response. They should not be allowed to trade, I have items that never arrived, faulty items that I have paid to return but have not received a refund and items where I order two of and only one arrived but I was charged for two. They should be made to sort out customer disputes and issue appropriate refunds and then forced to close down. This system forces minimum of one star but they are not worthy of that
Do not touch GoGroopie with a barge pole however tempting the goods appear to be. They charge an additional £4:99 for each item chosen -and then completely fail to ensure delivery of the goods. If you select various items you use the voucher that many corresponding times i. E. 2 Boxes of Crackers £4:99 for each Box = £9:98 both to the same address! When order(s) don't arrive try getting a refund/reversal on your credit card it's a nightmare. However tempted you may be by the items on display -don't be! -stay well away --You have been warned!
Do not use this company have been in dispute with them since oct 17 over wrong item sent twice. Moneys not returned emails not answered.

I complained. Martin James from the GoGroopie Customer Support Team corresponded with me and said they would track the package, then the emails stopped and he refused to reply to any further emails. I've raised new tickets. No reply. I'm just going to keep raising new tickets everyday until someone resolves this. Worst company I've ever encountered.

I ordered some items from them on 10th of November, Go groupie charged me £78 for my order which haven, t arrived yet. After lots of fake promises via Emails they exceeded the time before my Vouchers has expired the company they wouldn' have to make a refund, so I call it the most outrageous on line company I dealed with, woul sugest NOT TO ORDER NOTHING from them if you do not want to go through the hell.

They may offer 'bargains' but it is not worth the hassle. I exercised my voucher immediately on receipt. The merchant did not deliver - insists they did not get order from Gogroopie. GG say they only contract to provide the voucher and have no responsibility to ensure delivery. 6 weeks on i am promised my money back... but that isnt' really the point is it?
The product supplied by GoGroopie does not work. I have sent three messages via their website asking for return instructions they have failed to respond. My attempts to get through on the telephone have also failed as they never answer. I have written to their London address but do not expect a response. Extremely poor customer service. I do not expect GoGroopie to even respond to this review.
6 off parcels still to be delivered. All from different merchants as there put it whoever hires these merchants should be sacked i would like my cash back. I have emailed them every day /phoned and even emailed the companies to no avail. Would i be allowed to charge intrest as now i feel as have lent them the money. Live in hope of delivery some Christmas but which one?
I have held back from writing a review because I had a claim fro GG through PayPal. Now it is settled and I feel the need to comment. This was the first time I had used GG; it will be the last. Complicated ordering - pay for the item, then download a voucher to pay for the P&P. To be fair here, there is a video to talk through the system but why is it so complicated to need a video? I had ordered two boxes of magnetic bricks for my Grand-daughter's birthday, and in good time. Delivery takes a long time - far longer than any other on-line provider. One ( tatty) box arrived with Happy Christmas on it! I contacted GG and asked where was the other box. No response. Later, after more emails to them went unanswered I contacted PP and the process went forward until Pay Pal resolved the issue and my money was credited to my PP account. So, I would say do not use GG and if you do you are better off going through PP or a credit card company - have someone to fight your corner. If you don't there will be a high risk you will not get your money back. Good luck
Paid for goods 03/12/17 delivery promised by 16/12/2017. It is now the 28/12/2017 and no goods have arrived, I have used the Go Groopie mail contact form and I have had no reply after sending the feedback from three times.
I would rather not give GoGroopie a star at all, They do not deserve it, Stay away form them, Once you pay for your goods you will not get anything, Order an item back in November for my daughters birthday in December, Christmas has now been and gone and still no item. I have requested for my emails to be escalated on 2 occasions and no one takes a blind bit of notice, their customer services are non existent. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM< THEY JUST CON YOU!
Wow. What an awful company. Quick to take your money but then no sign of the goods. Ordered item valued £220 and promised delivery within 10 days.an hours wait to reach customer services. Then normal platitudes and brush off treatment. Countless calls made. Patience finally lost and requested that order be cancelled. Eventually decided to inundate them with emails... literally cut and pasted 100's! It had the desired affect and full refund promised. Initially within 7 days. A few more emails and they processed it to my bank in TWO days. A result! USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL! They like your money but service is not part of their remit.as the saying goes... if it sounds too good to be true then etc etc... an item advertised at a much reduced price is not a bargain if it doesn't get delivered.
