Order not received refund not received after many emails problem not resolved stay away it's a con they do not seem to be bothered once they have your money and they blame others rather than take responsibility themselves.

Luckily i was only scammed out of £10. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It is a scam website. I ordered some face cream. Item never arrived, and not one single reply from all of my emails. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE.

I never received a voucher after purchasing nearly £60 in goods in the beginning of covid-19 I thought it was perhaps due to it, but the voucher expired and I never got my voucher, so they have my money and I have no goods. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE

Had trouble with the seller due to covid 19 (he could not complete the order) gogroopie sorted it out and gave me a refund... excellent service well pleased

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. Order not received refund refused I had to claim the money back from my credit card provider. Please think twice before purchasing.

I ordered some soap in March and it never arrived, it's now June 18th. They lie through their teeth and are seriously dishonest. I can only conclude this is a scam, they took my money and did not deliver. Avoid like the plague is my recommendation

Bought a few products from here plants are great some things I'd not looked at measurements just product and we're a bit smaller than I'd imagined but that's my fault not the site overall I've been satisfied with my purchases and continue to use site

Never buy anything from them. Once you submit payment your money gone. They steal people's money. They never reply your email and there is not any phone number. I returned something that I ordered from them, but they didn't refund me at all. They trick people. Please be careful.

Very bad customer service, no contact telephone and no one replies to emails.
They also take too long to deliver items.
One to Avoid

Placed an order ages ago for face masks. Paid and then heard nothing. Keep emailing, no reply. Have run out of patience today and asked for a refund, but as you can't get to speak to anyone and there is no answer to any emails, I won't hold my breath! Waste of time completely, buy elsewhere and save yourself weeks and weeks of hassle!

Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered two super bouncy wobble balls. Only one arrived in a clear package with no name or instructions. It has proved impossible to reach customer services to get a refund or to have my order completed. Worst on line shopping experience ever!

What a awful experience the customer service is the worse I ever had to deal with I have been messed about for nearly 4 wks by them and refuse to refund my money for 2 fushia bushes that arrived dried out dead it took them 2 wks to reply to me I emailed them everyday DO NOT USE

This company total rubbish can only recommend don't touch with barge pole. They don't seem to like refund your money even when asking them to cancel order.
Even after writing to CEO he can't be bothered to reply.

Seriously, I buy alot online but this is the worst I ever had to deal with. I have been overcharged and all I get back is uneducated replies, not a brain between them, after 5 weeks I still have not received my order, my advice is steer clear of this hoax site.
